This is a relaxed spot next to a sandy beach, with a pair of pools to recommend it.
Location-wise, things couldn’t be better. Steps lead down to a sandy beach, and the hub of Pefkos is 5 minutes’ walk away. In the same time, you can be at the local bus stop for trips to Lindos and Rhodes Town.
It’s all about the pools here. The hotel has two of its own, and with a pair of sister hotels as your neighbours, the count rises to five. Between them they offer a swim-up bar and a poolside restaurant that’s highly rated.

Fantastic resort- friendly staff and great location
I stayed in Pefki Island Resort for a week in August with my boyfriend. We were amazed that the resort looked just as good, if not better, than the photos online. There are 5 pools, each with a bar, a sandy beach with lovely restaurants and beach bars close by, and a great restaurant in the resort. Even though we went during the school holidays, there was an adults only pool and other quieter pools to choose from. The pool bar next to our room was open late and with entertainment on some nights. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always talking and joking with guests. The resort is near to the 'strip' which has many bars and restaurants and Lindos is only a very short taxi ride away. The resort offered a champagne reception for free and the Greek night is worth buying a ticket for - for the amount of food alone. Highly recommend this resort!More
Lovely up to a point
We stayed here for 10 nights the resort is exceptionally clean and the staff are very hard working and friendly, we stayed by the pool for first couple of days but it got very busy and boisterous which for some could be a bit much, we decided to go the beach some days, we went across to the adult pool but they obviously don't mind adults having their children in the pool, as well also a huge group of people who must of been putting towels out in the Elia restaurant pool beds the night before and it became disappointing to see older people having to sit on the chairs because of the towels, it wasn't until our 9th day that the towels were removed by a staff member, it's not just the resorts fault for not being strict when they have a notice about no towels before 8:30! it's the visitors being inconsiderate and selfish ! I don't think they should be allowed to leave the towels for hours and return when they feel like it The other things I had an issue with was the air con which is not very effective and €10 a day u don't use it all day if ur out !!! the amount people spend at the resort it should be included in the booking plus the volume of the acts in the evening there is no need to have the microphones at screaming level it really distorts the quality, to be polite. The resort is lovely and I would return and it has been a beautiful holiday it is geared towards families in August so if you'd prefer cooler with it quieter I'd book sept-oct More
We have just returned from probably our best holiday ever! We were attending a wedding in Lindos, and we chose Pefki Island as all the family were staying in Pefkos. I'm glad we did as other family members stayed at other hotels (Pefki Beach being one of them) and none of them were half as good as Pefki Island. Here's a list of the positives: Accommodation - the rooms were modern, clean and huge. A bathroom per room too which was great for the kids at night. Air conditioning (yes you have to pay for it but all hotels seemed to charge for it) was fantastic! Our other family members had it at their hotels and their rooms still felt warm even with it on. Pool - can't put towels on beds until 8.30am which is good as always beds available. Pool with the bar in was great for the kids as most of it came up to my waist height so it was good for the kids to be able to play in too. Lower pool was deep so good for adults and kids who can swim. Elia Restaurant - went to the Greek night on Sunday and it was fantastic. Food was beautiful and so much of it! Great Greek dancers too. Good value as under 10's go free. Beach - short walk past Lindia (sister hotel) and down some steps, which has a picture postcard view as you're walking down them. Really is pretty! Beach is narrow but lovely and beds are cheap and again lots left by 11am. Sister hotels - you can easily use all the facilities at Island Blue and Lindia as they all flow well into each other. Resort - so many fabulous restaurants you would need to stay a month to try them all! Negatives - not one!! First time in Pefkos and we will be returning and we will be staying at Pefki Island again! This place is spot on we had a two bedroom appartment and it was nipping clean staff in the resort are very helpful and polite,me and my girlfriend spent most of our time at the adult only pool because you get better beds and there s no kids shouting and screaming. Only downside is the price of the drinks €5.30 for a pint of mythos apart from that the resort is really good.More
