A good budget holiday

Went over for a wedding a good time was had by all, I thought it dodgy that glass was used for drinks by the pool (I don't like drinking out of plastic) but it would be safer although there were no accidents while we were there.staff were very helpful, I would go again.More

Lizzy S,

fantastic break

My husband and I have just returned from a late booking holiday (booked it on Friday the 10th October and flew to Rhodes on 15th) We got to the hotel in the early hours of the morning and were met by a man who gave us the key to our room. I had emailed to request a quiet room and was so pleased that we were given a lovely studio in A block opposite the sea. The view was amazing, we couldnt have wished for a nicer place, the room was quite big and had the usual cooking facilities you normally get in Greece, it was really clean and we had clean towels and bedding often during the week. The TV in the studio had quite a lot of English channels, not the usual music channel and news so that was a surprise. It was the last week of the season at the Lindia Thalassa so it was quiet but the weather was still red hot. It is only a 10 minute walk to bars etc (easily accessed by walking down the beach via steps from the hotel). They even have a small museum on site which was interesting. I have nothing bad to say about this place, all the staff were helpful and we would definately go back! As I have said it was a very late booking but it exceeded everything we hoped for.More

Honeymoon Heaven

Thank you Lindia Thalassa for a wonderful 2 weeks at your lovely hotel complex. My (new) husband and I stayed for the first week with a group of 20 family and friends and had a fabulous week of fun, especially with the bar staff Stavros and Loukas, who really excel at their role, and also the lovely 'Maria' who cooks the delicious bar meals, I really don't think this is her name but it's what the bar staff call her, anyway she is lovely and serves a delicious pitta gyros. A special mention to Maria, this is definitely her name, who is the beautiful head receptionist for giving us the fabulous sea view room, which we had requested, and paid for, nonetheless she reserved the exact one we wanted, which added to our whole 2 week experience, it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up with the gentle sounds of the waves crashing, especially on our second week when all our family and friends had gone home and we were on honeymoon, very romantic especially the sunsets. We stayed bed and breakfast and there is plenty of choice for everyone, even the most picky of eaters. The whole complex is kept spotlessly clean, we'd like to thank Haroulla and the maids for the beautiful decoration of our bed on our wedding night, a lovely touch. We will be returning to Lindia Thalassa next year for our 1st Wedding Anniversary and we can't wait, so Stavros get that Mythos on ice and mines a Vodka and coke.More

Brilliant holiday!

Had a great holiday here. The hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The staff are great, the pool area is lovely and the beach is just a few steps away meaning you can split your day between the pool and beach. The rooms are good compared to other Greek hotels I have stayed in, very clean and plenty of space. As it was coming to the end of the season it was nice and quiet in the resort with plenty of sunbeds to go around. Had one breakfast and some lunches at the hotel. Definitely recommend the gyros- massive portion for only 3.90 euros and was absolutely delicious. Lee Beach is also great for lunches. To be honest every meal we had in Pefkos was delicious! With it being the end of season the hotel bar had run out of some of the bottled drinks on the menu and had hardly any ice-creams left but the supermarket just next door had plenty of choice. Overall would definitely return to this hotel and to Pefkos.More
