These clifftop apartments come with great views and a swim-up bar.
Great views come as standard at these clifftop apartments, with the sun setting over the Med a real highlight. And getting about is easy – it’s 10 minutes on foot to Pefkos, 10 minutes by bus to Lindos.
There’s a big pool and the beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away. There’s also a highly-rated poolside restaurant that puts on a weekly Greek night.

We have just returned after a week in Pefkos which was lovely. However, we were disappointed at the "extras" we had to pay for on arrival, namely :
120 euros for the air conditioning which was absolutely essential
and 25 euros for the use of the safe in our room -again essential
On the day of departure we had to pay 38 euros for the use of our room from check out time of 12 noon until 5.30 pm.
Then 10 euros each of the five days when we had sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.
This comes to a total of 233 euros which I think is a bit steep.
And even 1 euro to weigh your suitcase!!!More
At the end of May & early June we stayed, as a family, at the Lindia Thalassa Resort for 2 weeks.
We arrived late in the evening, had a quick check in, and pretty much went straight to bed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, with sea views from the balconys (the apartment had 2 balconys, one in each bedroom).
Rooms are basic, as you'd expect for hotels in Greece, but was nicely decorated, had everything you needed & was cleaned daily to a high standard. Also had a mini kitchen. We ate out all the time, but handy to make breakfast & also to have a fridge for water, milk etc.
There was also a supermarket on site that was very reasonably priced & had everything you needed.
The hotel had a decent pool area & a swim up bar. Also, a short walk down some steps takes you right onto the beach. The section of beach where this hotel is, is by far the best stretch of beach in all of Rhodes! During our 2 weeks we explored the entire island, and this beach was certainly the best! Lovely soft sand, and crystal clear water! Only downside is having to spend â¬10 per day for sun loungers on the beach, which I think should be free if you're a hotel guest.
The hotel is on the edge of Pefkos town, but within a 5 minute walk of all the bars & restaurants, so you can't fault the location! There are also 2 other sister hotels on the same site, so you can use the pool & facilities of all 3 if you want to.
The complex also has a nice Spa on site, which we used on a couple of occasions.
We had a lovely stay, but the only downside were some of the other hotel guests. Quite a lot of noise around the hotel during the day & well into the night until the early hours due to groups of people extremely drunk! We were out every night as well, but we know how to behave & are considerate of other guests. Unfortunately there were quite a few guests that weren't so thoughtful. Lots of shouting & swearing late into the night & early hours which woke us up. Had to report the behaviour of a couple of guests to the hotel reception, as it was so bad on occasion.
Despite some of the other guests, we had a lovely holiday & would definitely recommend this hotel & would come back again!More
Happy We Chose Linda Thalassa
I emailed the hotel before we arrived to see if we could get a sea view or if not a pool view. Lovely Maria had done just that and organised a top view room over the pool. We arrived late at night and the check in was swift and there was a bottle of water in the fridge for us. There are steps at the back of the hotel which lead down to Lee beach, where we spend most of our days. As far as Greek hotels go (compared to ones ive stayed in before) is 5*, to have a tv and an actual shower cubical! What a treat! Beware tall folk out there, the tap in the shower is hip height, from which i ended up getting a nice big bruise and gauged a nice chunk of skin off of my hip. I trip over my own feet though so if anyone was going to do this it will be me.
There's a shop on site which is a god send.
You arrive at night and want to find the main strip walk out of the hotel and take a right, then left towards the Elia restaurant/hotel, if you look the the right when you reach the hotel there is a gravel path, it'll be a little dark but this will lead you towards the main strip.
There is free wifi throughout the hotel and which you will pick up down on the beach. The sun beds on the beach are £10 euros for 2. Please beware of the sand temperature during the day, omg it gets hot.
Lee beach bar - walk along lee beach at its at the end on the right (make sure you have a raspberry mojito)
Philosophia - Walk out the front doors of the hotel and you'll see the signs
Engima - best food here and lovely staff
Irish bar - most lovely Irish ladies who work here will make you feel so welcome
Zig Zag cocktail bars - Lovely cocktails and warm welcome
PLEASE take enough medication to last you however long you are staying. If you need to buy paracetamol ect you HAVE to go to the pharmacy. I'm not going to rant about this here but the pharmacist is a joke.
Journey time from the airport to hotel was around an hour.
Be prepared for the airport on the way home, they open around 10 desks and its a free for all you que to check in and then re que to check in bags.
All in all we had a good stay, literally cant fault anything about the hotel but not sure we'll be returning to Rhodes again. If anyone would like to ask questions please feel free to message me.More

Wonderful to be back again.
Back again for the 5th time...we just can't keep away its amazing. From the moment we arrived being greeted like old friends from Stavros and Loukas the fantastic bar staff and Natalia the cook who is relentlessly teased by Stavros to the beautiful, helpful, friendly Maria on reception. Even the room maids seemed genuinely pleased to see us again. The Lindia Thalassa is one of the most welcoming places we have ever stayed. We were too late to book a sea view room but we had one on the ground floor of D block which was just next to the pool and very convenient. The place is kept beautifully clean and is a pleasure to return. We have never returned to any other hotel so many times, but the staff at Lindia Thalassa make it so easy to come back and Pefkos is a fabulous resort to visit. But don't tell everyone Ssh! it's our little piece of heaven. PS there might be a few exciting changes to the rooms too next season, a lovely lady called Maria told us so. See you all again in October.More
Keeps getting better!
Myself and family have just returned home after a wonderful third stay and every time has been better than the last ( who knew you could improve on perfection) I would like to thank Maria for working hard to meet our requests prior to arrival and to the hardworking barman Stavros and Lukas who looked after us all week, it was lovely to be remembered from our last visit!
Our room was kept spotless with thanks to Julie and we are already planning our return!
The hotel is perfectly located next to a gorgeous beach and it's just a short walk to restaurants, enigma being our favourite! I would highly recommend the Greek night at Elia restaurant the buffet food is delicious and the entertainment is brilliant you can't help but join in. Once again the glass bottom boat trip is a must to get to lindos, including a swim stop on the way back. Our party of eight hired a boat from the beach one day and went out for two hours which was brilliant!
I could go on about this special place but in a nutshell it is the perfect family holiday I see no reason to go anywhere else!
Thank you all from the Bucks More
