Had a lovely week in this fantastic hotel. We were there for the last week of the season and left the day it was closing. The hotel got more and more empty every day but the facilities remained constant. Our reps went out of their way to make sure our holiday was fabulous. Thank you Fran, Amy and Anna. They arranged our room upgrade to a fabulous sea view room with luxurious 4 poster bed and also the no brainer upgrade to all inclusive. The hotel staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. You get waited on hand and foot. Friendly service at pool bar and lobby and thanks to Paris at the lobby bar for your impeccable attentive service. All area's were spotlessly clean. The food was great and varied. Restaurant staff attentive and made sure you had drinks and water as soon as you sat down. Beach is sand and shingle but crystal clear sea. If you do go all inclusive get out and support the local bars too. We liked Antonis bar just around the corner. They struggle as most hotels offer all inc. Also pay a visit to Rhodes town which is amazing. 5 stars every time for this fantastic hotel.More

Mark J,

A wonderful relaxing time.

Even though we arrived late the hotel staff were helpful and the check in process quick and easy ensuring we were in our room as quickly as possible. The room was spotless, own fridge, tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily along with a bottle of water each day and toile tress in the bathroom with towels. Slippers and bathrobes were provided! The bedding was clean and fresh, the room was huge, we stayed in 337, a sea view with a balcony. We stayed all inclusive, the food was to die for! Good selection of foods, clean and spotless dining areas, we ate outside each morning and lunchtime and by the waterfall each evening. Staff were fantastic and were willing and eager to cater for all your needs without being 'in your face'. We were the last tourists in the hotel and we did wonder if things would be shut or unavailable but everything was open and functioning well! Our rep was good, Anna knew where to go and what to see. We booked a evening tour of Old Rhodes, the guide was brilliant and I would recommend this tour to anyone, he had such good knowledge of the old town. The greek meal at the local taverna was a little disappointing as we had to eat indoors instead of on the roof terrace due to the arrival of a downpour ( good job I packed my brolly!). I am surprised to read some reviews that said there was no entertainment as it was available most nights! The IL Divo tribute group were fantastic and the ballroom was full! The Drifters tribute band was not our taste in music but again the ballroom was full and they were very good. Our favourite place was the bar terrace in the day, where I worked my way through the cocktail list!! My husband went snorkelling in the bay and we walked around the small town of Komibia and again although some shops were closed or closing for the season the ones that were open were friendly and helpful. We brought some lovely leather goods from them and from the shop on the site. This was our first trip to Rhodes and we enjoyed it very much, thank you to such a wonderful staff who made it a pleasure to stay at their hotel, we were totally spoilt and completely relaxed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an escape from the rat race, plenty of space, plenty to do and plenty of food and drink if you need it. I would love to visit again.More

Just ok

The rooms are a good size and well equipped although we found the service received is definitely not 5 star. No table service in any of the bars, no body to seat you at meal times, and the 'all inclusive' package doesn't include many cocktails, just 4-5. As it was the last week of the season we received no entertainment from Thomson, most excursions were also not running. The hotel is in a very quiet resort, with nothing locally to do. Our upgrade to a sea view room was a waste of money as our sea view wasn't a full sea view at all, more of pearing over a roof top to see if you can see the sea!More

lovely hotel

beautiful hotel, rooms spotless, have your own fridge and coffee making facilities. There is a good supermarket just round the corner as the hotel shop is expensive. Towels are changed every other day, water is very hot and toiletries are provided also dressing gown and slippers. Staff very friendly. Only downfall we found was that the food can sometimes be lukewarm, but the selection is good. Their is a bus stop just down the road on the left as you walk outside the main entrance to Rhodes and Lindos, also not expensive.More

Lovely hotel, food and (bonus for late October) weather!

Please take no notice of negative reviews! Hotel was lovely, as were all the staff. Food was fantastic, such a choice that even the fussiest of eaters must be able to find something! Room was large and airy. Everywhere spotless including pool area and poolside toilets. Beach is small and a public one which when we visited wasn't busy at all. Lovely grounds if you don't want to sit/lie around the pool area. Yes there was music played during the day but it wasn't constant and so loud as to be intrusive. Local buses stop right outside the hotel for visits to Lindos and Rhodes town - much cheaper than booking through travel reps! If you have a late flight home you can book a complimentary room for half an hour for a quick shower and change - the earlier you book on the day before (we went down at breakfast) the better choice of times you will have. Overall a fantastic holiday, we'd love to return and will certainly recommend! Thank you!More
