With an exciting waterpark and a beachfront location, the Atlantica Aegean Blue is perfect for family getaways.
The Atlantica Aegean Blue is right on the edge of a sand and shingle beach, and views of the Mediterranean Sea stretch out for miles.
Wrapped up in gardens, the hotel keeps itself to itself, but you can catch the bus to Rhodes town from a stop just next to the property.

Great Hotel fantastic water park and brilliant staff
Sorry for the late update. We visited this hotel in Aug 2014. We visited with our 2 children aged 12 and 10. This hotel is ideal for families. The waterpark is simply amazing and being exclusive to the hotel ensure very minimal delays. The food is very good and a great selection for everyone. The biggest asset is the staff . The management team greet you when you arrive and then go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met.. We have already booked to go back again later this year to meet Alexandros and the team again.More
Definitely not 5* hotel nor 5* service
I booked one week all inclusive holiday at Atlantic a Aegean Blue for my family last July. As the hotel and Thomson states is 5* hotel. Yes until we hit the reality. To start with nothing was all inclusive. All drinks are not free after 00.00 hours. The safe box in the room is usable only for les as 30 Euro per week. The bar situated at Aqua park is not free at all. All drinks have to be paid, regardless soft or alcohol ones. The resort have few restorants, but you are allowed to use only one for the whole stay. Alternatively you can use the buffet .When we decided to use One of the "5* RESTORANTS" we were not very impressed with the service at all. Candles were placed on our table by the waiter . Only one was lit and after two minutes run out of wax . Table cloths were stained by the previous customers. Overall if had gone to a local cafe in surrey would had the same service if not better . I pre booked room with see view . The room had cracks on two walls . The baby cot was wobbly and the cloths drier on balcony was red rusty . After complain I made to food manager Andreas the room was re decorated , baby cot replaced with brand new and cloths drier replaced. Bare in mind on third day the crack on the walls appeared again. I simply gave up. One of the lifts did not work for 2 days. iN 5* HOTEL. During dinner I was spilled with wine , because waiters were rushing as mad. And I tell you what, there was obvious that they were understaffed . Regarding Wi-Fi which is FREE, believe or not FREE , you would not use it because is slow as 16 bit computer when is available. Again complained about that, nothing happened and I believe is still the same .in this 5* HOTEL there is no room service.,believe or not.Actualy there is . For the amount of 10euro you can get a sandwich in your room but no dinner or so.if you would like to get water water in this 5* HOTEL. You have to pay for it. Unless you wish to drink chlorite tap water. After complain about that , our fridge was refilled on daily basis as what it should be in 5* HOTEL. Thanks again to Andreas. After all that I did ask the management why they rate the hotel as 5*, because for people been in 5* hotels is more than obvious this is just ordinary 4* one. I was told that is 5T hotel, according to Thomson rate system. Nevertheless if you go to the hotel website itself you will discover they raised as 5*which to me is unfair. Anyway the hotel swimming pools were clean and the areas around it as well . To be honest I would not be that disappointed if the hotel was rated As 4* what is in realityMore

I went alone with a group of over 20 people for my friends wedding. I cannot fault this hotel in any way, nor would I want to. The main thing that sets this hotel apart from others was the food. I've literally never seen anything like it. A huge buffet hall with every food imaginable and made fresh everyday ... Simply outstanding. The rooms were large, airy and bright and thd grounds surrounding them amazing. There is a small but fun watermark and a beach close by. We are all hoping to return to have a reunion and I can't wait. 10/10More

Ticks every box
A large group of us went to this hotel to celebrate my parents' 40th Wedding Anniversary. Although it was the end of the season it did not feel that way and the staff from the reception to the dining were all fantastic. The dining experience is one of the most impressive we have ever been to for the variety of the food; there were different themed nights every night and everything cooked fresh. In general the quality of the food was not just good but excellent and will likely satisfy nearly everyone. The waterpark was cleverly thought-out and great for kids and big kids...The other thing that stands out for us is the attention to detail for kids - the creche was excellent (thanks especially to Hannah and Emma) and there were so many playgrounds around the place. We can't speak highly enough of our week at the hotel - definitely recommended.More

Great value family resort
Visited with my wife, my sister and her 3 boys in July 2014. From arrival through to departure the service was friendly and nothing was too much. Rooms were clean and reasonably well appointed. Good quality air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat off the day. Food quality was excellent with plenty of variety and a number of different themed evenings. The all inclusive package allowed us access to the premium restaurants at neighbouring hotels within the group, which offered great variety. The water park and numerous pools kept the boys busy all day, but the pool could get crowded at times. We preferred to head for the loungers on the grass in front of the sea for a bit of peace and quiet. Evening entertainment for the kids was great, with something fun and different every night. Drinks quality wasn't great, with local wine and beers leaving a little to be desired. A great destination for a family break, offering good value for money.More
