Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times.
We stayed at the Aegean in June 2014 for 2 weeks. The fantastic parts of the holiday were the room, facilities, pools / water park, food & the majority of staff. In particular we would like to mention Terry, Seva & Anna who were all great.
It's a little bit of a shame a couple of members of staff we're not as nice as all the others - we unfortunately had an incident on our last day with a barman in the lobby. My son spilled a little juice on the bar & he repeatedly shook his head then pointed at me and said he was too young to get drinks. He'd been getting his own drinks from fantastic staff in a family hotel for 2 weeks! Also the entertainment isn't the best. The tribute bands were fantastic but while they tried, the staff shows didn't quite hit the mark.
We had a really good holiday & would definitely go back but not quite perfect.More

Great family holiday!!
I'm writing this review while waiting for our Thomson bus in the lobby of the hotel to return home. Myself my husband and 2 boys ages 5 and 20 months have had an amazing week here. There is so much to do for all ages, slides, parks and little inside playrooms to get out the sun! The food was great, I have never been to another AI hotel that does fillet of beef Wellington, crispy duck, sushi and more on the evening buffet! Great friendly efficient staff! We did initially feel like the poor relative being across the road from the holiday village but fail to see how much you could improve on Atlantica Aegean why you would pay double to go to the HV.Would def recommend and return.More
Very good family hotel
There are a few rough points about this hotel and we were initially a little disappointed.
I went with my wife and our thoughts of a lazy luxury 5 star holiday don't not look like it was going to quite live up to its own hype. This was largely as we had been traveling most of the day and ended up in a fairly basic twin room.
Through the week, however, I have to say the hotels facilities and friendly staff very much won us over. The pool area is clean and there is plenty of space. There is also a grassy, quieter area between the pool and the beach should you want to make use of it.
The food was very good and there was always plenty to choose from. There were various activities, mainly aimed at the younger audience, during the day. There is even a small waterpark with various slides to entertain.
The biggest problem, apart from the rooms, was that there is very little to do in the area of the hotel. A handful of the usual and delightful tat shops, a few bars and one or two restaurants. That is pretty much it, there is literally nothing more to see than that.
If you want to be able to do a little walking or want to do something away from the hotel, you will pretty but have to look into arranging trips at additional cost.
But if you are after a lazy holiday and aren't too bothered about the rooms, this would be a nice place to do it.More
so where do you start after the best holiday you have ever had. a massive thank you to the management and all the hotel staff for looking after us all for two weeks.my daughter got married on the 3rd of September in this fantastic hotel, every body who works there could not do enough for the two weeks we were there. the food, pools, water park, beach, rooms and staff all top marks, would i go back yes, would i recommend to family and friends yes.More

Achtung - Nowhere near a 5 star high 3 low 4
After having time to think about this resort i see it as this - In a Nutshell for All inclusive with Thomson
Great choice of food
Water park access
Car hire through RoCar - Savvas is brilliant and so helpful
Beach access though pebbles
Plenty of pools and sun loungers
Pool snack bar
Some free watersports hire from hotel reception - Thompson didnt mention this!
Family room as spacious and well decorated
Cons - are you ready....
Food never not just warm
Plates taking so fast Usain Bolt would be proud
No dress standards in dining area. Sometimes its stomach turning!
Drinks are shocking.
Wine isnt worth cleaning with nevermind drinking. Beer (VAP) More like CRAP
Spirits and mixers not much better.
Excluding the Drifters and Beatles tributes - that bad its actually good. Think Pheonix nights but worse.
German first language
Staff more keen to clock off at 10:30 and head to Falaraki
A family resort - i learnt some new words - from the adults especially the large groups there for weddings (Mainly the Cockney one) Big fat cockney wedding
The check was pandamonium
Some staff could do woth smartening up and a diet...
If folk think this is a top resort and five star. You need to get out more or raise your standards
I couldnt wait to get back to work and felt robbed
I could go on...Youve been warned!
And Yes weve complained to the Tour operator
