We spent 2 weeks at the Terra Verde in September and as soon as we arrived we felt relaxed. Just what we needed after a busy time at home. Tonia the owner showed us straight to our room and realised what a friendly and lovely lady she was....nothing was too much trouble. All the rooms are kept spotless including the bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, especially the toaster which came in handy. We stayed in a few nights mainly to enjoy the lovely views from the balcony, when the daylight went it was nice to see all the lights coming on down in the harbour. Towels and bedding are changed regularly and you are also provided with a tea towel. Another bonus was being supplied with hand wash in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchen, both of which kept being topped up, something else you don't have to think of buying. There are always plenty of sunbeds round the pool which again is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness that we have ever seen in Greece. Don't worry about the walk back from the harbour to the apartments...just keep stopping for a few moments rest and take in the atmosphere or even sit and a have a night cap looking over Valtos beach...we wouldn't have missed that view at night for anything. We did plenty of walks around the area....even walked to Sarakiniko a couple of times and beat the boat there, which doesn't set off from the harbour until 11am. We're early risers even on holiday, so we can catch the best time of the day. Along the coastal walk to Sarakiniko you pass Agios Sostis where the hidden church can be found...the walk is worth it just to see the church...amazing! I know people have their own favourites when it comes to restaurants but our favourite at Sarakiniko is the 'Agali', which is high up overlooking the beach. Amazing views and the best Mussels Saganaki I have ever had! James was the Thomson rep who goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok, his knowledge of the area was very helpful, even though we have been to Parga a few times before. Thank you Tonia and the Ladies for making our holiday one of the best ever, we will definately be back and look forward to seeing you all soon. Lots of love Diane & Chris xxxMore
My wife and I stayed here in September this year. Review posted late due to interesting times. Hey ho. So let's start the review. You wouldn't be looking here if you weren't interested. GOOD !! Book it, cant fault this accommodation. Clean, clean clean. Quiet quiet quiet. Staff and owners polite and friendly. Always looking to help. Yes its out of town and its the 10 minutes into the harbour it the view and serenity are worth it. The pool helps to cool you down if you don't want to catch the water taxi early. This location is so quiet, black out curtains help, hey if you wake up at 10.00 then you know you have slept well. As you no doubt may have read other high ranking reviews of other acc in Parga, it really depends on which side of the valley in effect you want to be. I/we would go back to Terra Verde asap, youjust pay the flights please.....More
1st Family Holiday Abroad - Superb!
Great apartment on the ground floor next to the kids pool, all you could wish for and more! Aircon and a proper shower, room safe and no additional charges for anything. Can purchase water on site at supermarket prices saving the hike with a heavy load. Great views, good restaurants nearby - Andreas, Romantica and the bakery just down the road is a must for breakfasts. Stayed in August when it was their annual festival which finishes with fireworks, great for the children. Staff and more importantly the cleaners were really friendly, each day our children got a sweet and loved the way their beds and teddies were made. To the cleaners thank you very much! Best beach we found on our last day, Sarakinko well worth the water taxi trip! Will without doubt be returning!More

1st Class Apartments
These apartments are beautiful, set in lovely grounds and with a lovely pool. I take my hat off to the maids, there were amazing and they kept the apartment like a show home. The owner was very hospitable too. Instead of lugging water back from the supermarket, the owner provides it for the same price at the hotel reception. You just put the coins in the bowl and the take the water. We went in May and unfortunately the weather wasn't great, so the fact that the a/c also blew out hot air, was perfect. The only thing that would have put the cherry on the cake, was if the pool bar was open. Obviously they open it later in the season. I choose this specifically because of all the amazing reviews, although remained sceptical whether it was as good as people said. I completely understand why it rates so highly, there is really nothing to fault it on - bravo to the owner and the team that run it.I would therefore rate Terra Verde as excellent and would return in a heartbeat. Our favourite restaurant is Andreas' outside the fort - great choice, value for money and the best octopus in Parga. I would also highly recommend Sandra's car hire - great quality and value carsMore

Great, relaxing apartments
We stayed here in sept 14, the apartments were very nice and clean, the pool was lovely, we had the a ground floor apartment so straight out to the pool side. Parga is a lovely place and the Terra Verde is set in a lovely location yet it's a 15 min walk into town and the steps to the harbour do take a bit of negotiating. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would recommend it.More
