These fresh-out-of-the-wrapping apartments are in a great hilltop spot. Look one way and you’ll see Valtos Beach, look the other and you’ll see Parga’s striking Venetian Castle. Both are within easy walking distance - so you’re still pretty central despite the peaceful location.
From the outside, the accommodation is sleek and stylish. Think flat roofs, clean lines and smooth walls the colour of buttermilk. There’s a private swimming pool and roomy sun terrace right in front of the apartments, so you’re never far from the water. And with a separate pool for the kids, everyone’s happy. Plus, with only twelve apartments available, it’s likely this chilled out spot will remain just that.
Inside, each apartment has a separate bedroom and a spacious living room/kitchen – so they easily sleep 3 adults. Style-wise the rooms come with a neutral colour scheme. White walls have been teamed with a mix of wrought-iron and pine furniture. Spacious terraces or balconies come as standard and in-room comforts, like air-conditioning, hairdryers and TVs, are all part of the package.

I spent two fabulous weeks at the terra verde in September. This is the best self catering accommodationthat I've ever stayed in . The place is spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful, I can not praise it enough. I loved the location, the views on the walk into town are fantastic and the restaurants nearby are better than the ones in town. I loved Parga and the Terra Verde apartments I would recommend them both to anyone. Loved it loved it loved it.More
Great apartments in a quiet spot
I can only concur with all the other comments. If you like a quiet place and dont mind walking, Terra Verde is in the best location. The owner Anastasia was very nice to everyone and very kindly gave us some turkish delight when we left. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the castle with some splendid restaurants on the way overlooking Valtos beach. Parga is probably a busier resort than we would normally choose but we had some of the best greek food we have ever had - lots of family run tavernas with food at very reasonable prices - the most we paid was 27 euros for 2 main courses and 2 Mythos beers - ouzo and fruit dessert is often complementary. We were there when it was cooler and so enjoyed the various walks through the olive groves. The walk to Lichnos beach was a long one but definitely worth it - a lovely beach and quiet as the main hotel there had closed for the season.More

Fantastic place to stay!!!!
Stayed at the terra verde apartments first week of october, we stayed in room 4 which had two balconies and fantastic views. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean by two friendly cleaning ladies and there was a small reception area to sit and chill out in if you wished. The pool area was nice and very peaceful there is no pool bar but you are welcome to take your own food and drinks to the pool. You can buy 6 bottles of water from the owner for 2 euros which saves you having to carry it up the hill back from the town we thought this was a great idea.Parga is a lovely town and we will have to go back as one week was'nt long enough to see everything but we did manage to visit Valtos beach,Lichnos beach,Ali Pashas castle, and spot a tortoise ambling down a dirt track during a walk in the hills!!More

These apartments live up to their reputation.!
The Terra Verde apartments turned out to be every bit as good as other trip advisor reports.Namely very clean and well looked after with a nice immaculate pool and sunbed area which always seemed to have room available while we were there .Anastasia, who runs them, is very helpful and always on hand to help with anything, and, as others have said, the cleaning ladies do an excellent job.New towels and sheets every two days, tea and coffee and croissants sugar etc proved for your first days breakfast. 6 large bottles of water for only 2 euros available in reception.Samsung flat screen tv, full size fridge, and small 3 ring cooker.(No microwave though) As stated the only drawback is the walk up the hill in the heat of the day, but take it slow and steady and its not too bad. We did use a taxi twice at 4 euros per trip. The views are great of the town of Parga , the mountains , and the sea. There is no pool bar, but this means no loud music only the soft sound of the swimming pool water , and means you are allowed to take your own food and drink to the pool side if you want. We were on the first floor which has the best views but all are good. Will definately be back one day! Also the free air conditioning and free safe is unique for us in greece and was a money saver .Parga itself is very scenic and quaint with little back alleys and winding streets with a good choice of different shops.More

Best place to stay in Parga
Stayed in the Terra Verde apartments first week September. It was our fourth time in Parga but we usually stay at the other end on the town. We could not have been more happy with the Terra Verde apartments it is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are wonderful, helpful and really nice people. You could not want more from the apartments themselves, set in a beautiful surroundings and the rooms were excellent and we really enjoyed the walk down and up to the beach and town, although might be a bit of a struggle uphill for some but it was only 4 Euros in a taxi. The view from our room was breath taking and the pool was spotless, like the rest of the apartments. I cannot praise these apartments more and of course Parga itself is amazing with all its restaurants and bars and we will be going again to Parga next year and will be most certainly be staying at the Terra Verde apartments. The town beach was a bit crowded this time as we usually go a week later but as we were nearer Valtos beach this time we went there and it is a wonderful relaxing clean beach. We did not go on any trips this time but can recommend the trip to Paxos and Antipaxos.More
