Alice Springs Hotel and Apartments

This small hotel has a great pool scene and puts on a mean barbecue night. Plus it’s very near the beach.

This family-run place has a 2013 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. It comes with a good-sized pool and a bar that does snacks during the day. And there are barbecue and quiz nights, too.

The nearest beach is less than 2 minutes away on foot, and you’ll find shops and bars just outside the front door. Plus, the centre of Kos Town is only a 20-minute stroll along the seafront.

Perfect Greek Holiday

You start your holiday as a hotel guest and by the end you genuinely feel like a member of the family. This was my first visit to Kos and I can not recommend this hotel enough. All the staff go the extra mile for you, the hotel is small so there was plenty of room around the pool and the cocktails recommended by Elias were delicious. As this was my first visit, I was initially concerned with press reports of refugees inhibiting the island. However, I saw no evidence of this and I regularly traveled around the island. The hotel is ideally situated with the beach just at the end of the street and Kos Town a short walk away. There were plenty of places to eat that were close by and I regularly got to experience Greek history when I tore myself away from the pool.beach.More

Michelle S,

Wonderful Holiday

Whether a family or couple I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The owners were personable and genuine, the other staff were hard working and pleasant. Our room was spacious and modern. The pool area was gleaming and the local restaurants were A*. Such a fabulous holiday and would go back in a heartbeat 🌞🌞More

First class hospitality

What a brilliant family, staff and hotel. Went the extra mile every day. Make you feel so welcome and will do anything for you. Provided us with plenty of local knowledge. Would be happy to return again again and again. Elias goes the extra mile for everyone and makes it his personal business to make sure everything is more than ok. Location is ideal for families as close to the beach, super market and it's only a 20 minute walk to Kos townMore

Family holiday

Our second time at Alice springs and had a super time again. Took our two kids and they loved every minute . Really lovely family run hotel ,very friendly and welcoming as always. Hotel is in a perfect position for us a short walk into the main town and only a stone's throw from the beach. Elias makes the best oozo and lemonade in Kos half and half lolMore

Loved Kos ! Alice springs super little hotel

Went for a week last week had great time Kos has so much to offer. We kept busy all week but also managed some relaxation ! Pool is lovely not huge but big enough, rooms fine sofa bed was interesting as the kids bagged the twin but all in all we just got on with it. Who spends time in there room anyway ? Elias and Maria really helpful. Ellias helped when we hired a car over the road opposite the hotel in planning out our itinerary for the day. Had a great English breakfast when we arrived and drinks from bar/food was good and reasonably priced. We hired bikes only €15 per person for 7 days. The car was €35 euros for 24 hrs and we did Zia, Peacocks, paradise beach. It was def worth hiring a car as we felt like we got to see the island without the need for the tour operators trips which were hugely inflated in price. 3 island boat trip def worth going on too. Loved Kos been to many Greek Islands and have to say it's up there as one of the best ! No refugees no issue just British media hype. We may be back and I don't do returning usually. More
