Hotel Pelagos Bay

This little hotel comes with a sea-facing pool and a secluded cove just across the way.

Billy, Barbara and the family’s Labrador, Disney, make welcoming hosts at this little hotel. Sea-facing rooms look onto the pool, where the bar serves up meals and snacks and – at night – is a great place for cocktails.

One of the reasons guests keep coming back is the cove just across the road. It’s a little rocky number, secluded and quiet, where you can leave your towel while you pop back to the hotel for lunch.

A little slice of heaven....

We have just returned from a week at Pelagos Bay. What a wonderful hotel! The owners Billy, who is Greek and Barbara, his wife, who is English, are two of the nicest, warmest, genuine people you could meet. Yiannis the barman is lovely and so funny, Athena who works during the day is so sweet. The hotel is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and very pretty with lots of potted flowers and flowery trees. The power showers are amazing! The cove over the road is stunning & good for snorkeling or just chilling out. The snack bar food is really nice, especially the 'specials'. Whatever you do, DO NOT miss BBQ night, plenty of lovely food and lots of fun, a truly memorable night. Cannot fault anything about this hotel, feels like home from home. My daughter loved Billy and his Dad, and she enjoyed feeding the tortoises and Billy's pet Chameleon. Will will definitely 100% return next year, came back so relaxed and chilled. My best holiday yet.More

Beautiful Skala

Beautiful Skala and Pelagos Bay Hotel. Stayed for a week in May when weather cloudy for 3 days, some rain, but this did not spoil our holiday. Pelagos Bay great place to stay if you don't mind the walk into Skala, which we enjoyed. Great views and places to stop for a drink on the way, but only 5 euros in taxi. Owners and staff lovely and friendly as were all the guests. Lovely clean comfortable room and very large balcony with fantastic sea view. As others have said basic breakfast and only criticism we had was that ideally towel change should have been more frequent. Would definitely recommend and return to Pelagos Bay and Skala.More

Another lovely stay

So many people come back to this hotel year after year and it's essentially due to the lovely people who own/ work here. It is also in a lovely position with gorgeous sea views and a pebble bay across the road. The facilities are great and guests here tend to be sociable but in an inclusive way - you can join in or not Nothing negative to say More

Just perfect!

We have just come home after staying in this hotel. Barbara and Billy are the most perfect hosts!! We would definitely recommend staying her. We were very impressed with ithe hotel as it was so clean and looked so new. The owners obviously take pride in these apartments and ensure that they keep their fresh look. All of the workers at the hotel give the place a family feel and are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The barman is great and has a wonderful personality so he brings the bar to life. The girl who serves lunches etc is so lovely and friendly and easy to get on with. A bbq is hosted on a Saturday night and it is definitely not to be missed. The food was gorgeous and plentiful, the quiz was so much fun and the dancing was a hoot! We walked into the town of skala at a leisurely pace which took us about 35 minutes and took a taxi back which cost €5 The only negative point would be that we only had clean towels twice during our stay and the cleaner never seemed to clean our bathroom sink but they are only small negatives which should not put people off staying here.More

Great Island, stunning hotel and lovely people.

This is a lovely Island, a really nice resort, a stunning hotel run by really nice owners (and dog) and brilliant staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms perfectly adequate. Nice to have a fridge and aircon at no extra cost. Great location, stunning views and a lovely walk into town. It's well described in the details, really can't see why anyone could find fault.More
