Just a five-minute stroll away from the heart of Skala, the Dionysios Studios & Apartments offer a peaceful retreat that’s close to the beach.
The good-looking Dionysios Studios & Apartments are wrapped in peach walls, shuttered windows and a terracotta roof. A sheltering ring of flowering plants finish things off.
You can take your pick between studios or apartments at this place. Inside, décor is on the simple side – think tiled floors and wooden furniture.

It was close to Town and Beach!!!!!!
I am use to staying in Greece and this is the standard you would expect but we were staying for 9 day and the room was very small, cases never fit under the beds and a small wardrobe meant we had to keep moving the things about daily! fridge struggled to keep water cool! it was fine but I would stay in these apartments again. The guy running the place was not very chatty/grumpy. Was not happy that the people in the room next door could easily see into our room when they were on there balcony.More
Dennis the owner extremely helpful and was there to greet us on arrival. Apartments very clean but basic but to be honest we were only sleeping there so no real need for 5* comfort as we ate out all of the time.A/C is a must but is an additional cost of around 35 euros a week, 10 euros a week for the the safe. Skala town centre only 2 mins walk, beach a slow 10 mins walk. Fabulous tavernas and shops to eat in and look around. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dennis.More
Wonderful apartments and studios
This is our ninth visit to scala, and our second time of staying at these lovely rooms. Situated in a perfect position. Dennis is there to greet you and sort out any problems that you may have. The rooms are super clean and have every thing that you require for your stay. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you so much Dennis. The Sullivan's.More
Nice family business
Spent 2 weeks here. Basic but honest, obviously do your homework before booking. Lovely big comfortable beds and pillows but definately needed the air con on in there. Dennis and his family are most welcoming and helpful. Our room was the only one that didn't have a balcony and was on the ground floor facing the side entry gates. We did pay for a balcony. However this turned out very well as we like socialising and we made some great friends there which hopefully we'll stay in contact with.. It was an ideal spot for a couple of cheese and wine parties that we had at our table. Do beware the midges though, I got bit over 50 times sat there. Kefalonia is the only place that I've ever been bitten. Jeff and Kay did ok but they had a lemon tree outside their balcony. Will go again one day.More
The warmest of welcomes led to 2 weeks of gentle relaxation. Situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and eating places, these spotless apartments are simple but more than adequate. The balconies are spacious and, importantly, private. Some offer sea views, others the garden. The owner lives on site and is available for advice or a friendly chat but is discreet and never intrusive. He and his wife work tirelessly and quietly to keep the pretty, flower filled area immaculate but casual enough to relax in. Any problems, and they are very few, are dealt with immediately and efficiently, calmly and charmingly. Laden lemon trees give welcome shade, views of the sea tease the eye and in spite of its nearness to the lovely restaurants and shops there is a definite 'village' feel to it all. It was difficult to leave and easy to promise to return.More
