Luxurious bedrooms, fine dining and a spa complete with all the trimmings – this marina-front hotel pulls out all the stops.
If some 5-star pampering is in order, it has to be the Porto Sani Village Suites & Spa. The hotel’s spa is one of the biggest in Halkidiki, and it certainly makes the most of its size. A huge indoor pool is surrounded by padded loungers and hot tubs, while down the corridor you’ll find a hammam, a sauna and a herbal tea bar. It’s the treatments on offer that really impress, though. Treat yourself to a cooling ice facial, or book in for a Spirulena body wrap.
Taking it easy is the order of the day outside, too. A handful of lagoon-like pools are set among roomy terraces, while tropical palms and a poolside bar provide the supporting cast. There’s plenty to keep the children happy as well, with a kids’ pool and a playground. And the best part is, the whole area is just steps from a private stretch of Blue Flag beach.
When it comes to mealtimes, the Artemis restaurant is on hand to provide delicious cuisine in a stylish setting. Breakfast is a huge buffet affair featuring the likes of fresh pastries and cooked-to-order omelettes. Set on the site of an ancient city, modern Sani lies on the wildly beautiful coast of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, about 100km from Thessaloniki airport. The Sani Beach Resort consists of the Hotel Sani Beach Club, the Porto Sani Village Suites, the Sani Asterias Suites and the Hotel Sani Beach. The complex also offers a special ‘Dine Around’ facility, allowing guests on a half board basis to enjoy half board lunch or dinner in certain restaurants (a number of these will incur a supplement which will vary depending on your chosen accommodation). The resort offers a wide range of facilities, all of which are available to guests.
