Villa Persephone

Pano Stalos is a quiet, rural village amid a setting of olive tree-studded hills, and glimpses of the distant sea between their slopes. The village's kafenion and four tavernas are simple and unpretentious, and a small general store serves basic needs. A little less than 2km away, Villa Persephone enjoys the countryside vistas afforded by its elevated position, and offers visitors a private, comfortable retreat.

To the front of the villa there is a large terrace, including a shaded dining area dominated by a magnificent pool. Looking over the lush green panorama which unfolds below - the terrace is built on a hillside - it gives an indescribable sense of freedom and seclusion. The interior is inviting, with rich tones of dark wood adding warmth to the traditional styling.

A large balcony from one of the first floor bedrooms makes a romantic retreat for couples, and parents will be able to keep an eye on children as they play in the enclosed gardens, without having to be in the thick of things! Just 3km away, Kato Stalos is a busy coastal town with a lively atmosphere at the tavernas and shops which fringe its broad and sandy beach, while a little further along the coast watersports are available, so it should be possible to keep all members of any party happy.
