This luxurious villa is certainly aptly named. Theaya means ‘view’ in Greek - and surrounded by mountains and looking out to sea, Villa Theaya’s got eye-popping views in spades. What’s more, it’s very tranquil here, making it the perfect choice for those looking for peace and quiet. But that’s not to say that it’s cut off. Far from it. It’s just a five minute drive to the village of Nissaki where you’ll find supermarkets and shops as well as the local bakery. Pop down first thing in the morning and pick yourself up a freshly baked rustic loaf for breakfast before heading off to the nearby shingle beach. Again, it’s only about five minutes away and its cosy waterside taverna is a great place for a leisurely meze lunch. Of course you may prefer to simply relax out by the swimming pool. Dotted with sunloungers, it’s a lovely secluded spot for lazy days in the sunshine. Out by the pool you’ll also find a lovely al fresco dining area with a built-in barbecue. Spend balmy evenings outside lit by the warm glow of the coals as fresh fish sizzles away on the grill.
Later on, retire indoors and settle down to a film – there’s a TV and DVD player here. On the subject of facilities, this villa is kitted out with all the mod cons. There’s everything you could need – a dishwasher, a CD player, a microwave – the works. And if you want air-conditioning, this can be arranged locally at an extra cost. As to the décor, this is a very stylish and modern villa and the tiled floors and soft, neutral colour schemes make it extremely light and airy. It’s spacious, too. On the upper floor there’s a large open-plan kitchen-dining room-lounge area with doors leading out to the pool. This is also where the master bedroom’s located, together with its en suite bathroom. Downstairs there’s a small living area with double doors leading out onto the terrace as well as two twin rooms with en suite shower rooms. There’s also a further double bedroom on the lower floor that’s got a bath and in-bath shower. In total, Villa Theaya can sleep up to eight people making it the perfect choice for families and groups of friends.
