"A small, extremely pretty horseshoe-shaped cove with waves gently lapping at its pure white pebbles, Nissaki is an appealing little fishing hamlet with views across the water to Corfu Town."
Nissaki, a tiny, traditional village on the wooded mountainside below Mount Pandokrator, is as concerned with its olive trees and the fishing catch as it is with visitors. About 23km north of Corfu Town and the airport and facing Albania, the compact resort has several small beaches and coves and attracts couples and families seeking a quiet, relaxing and typically Corfiot holiday.

There is very little in terms of restaurants, but there are a couple of convenient beachside tavernas open all day for snacks and lunches.
Nightlife is very low key, however the beachside tavernas stay open in the evenings and are the prefect place to relax with a drink and enjoy the view overlooking the sea to Corfu Town. Taxis are available to the nearby resort of Kassiopi for a livelier night out.
Nissaki has a lovely gift shop right on the beach, where you can buy everything from cigarettes to ceramics. There is little else bar the bare necessities available here. Try one of the larger resorts further south along the coast, or even Corfu Town itself for a day of shopping.
Owing to its secluded location, the area attracts many walkers and sun worshippers. The long stretch of pebble beach is a great place to try out scuba-diving, which is a popular pastime in this part of Corfu.
