An introduction to Villa Campana

Sitting in the belly of the cushiony hills above Sartene, Campana is a traditional stone delight. It's pin-drop peaceful. Can't-believe-your-eyes pretty. And the countryside views are to-die-for. It's also got bags of character.

The piece de resistance of course, is the large turquoise pool. Flanked by a decorative patio with stripy blue and white sun loungers and parasols, it's idyllic for doing absolutely zilch. And when you get peckish, simply fire up the barbeque and enjoy an al fresco meal on the terrace dining table.

If you can tear yourself away from such perfection, the picturesque village of Sartene is just a 15 minute stroll away with its shops, cafes and restaurants.
