Villa Sirio

Villa Sirio is situated just 200 metres from St Florent's sandy beach, and its elevation gives it the most spectacular views not only of the enchanting port and citadel, but of the whole gulf, from the Mortella lighthouse on its western tip, right up the mountainous coast of Cap Corse across the bay. All three bedrooms (all doubles), two sitting rooms and kitchen-diner look out onto this splendid vista, as does the first-floor roof terrace, but there can be nowhere better to enjoy the splendid scene than from the wonderful main terrace which fronts the villa.
Three watersports centres on the beach offer a range of activities. Behind the beach is a riding centre, whilst the coastal 'Chemin des Douaniers' (the path from which the custom men used to watch for smugglers) starts from the far end of the beach. Boat excursions to the glorious Saleccia beach leave from the harbour.
With so much natural beauty, and so much to enjoy, it is not surprising that Villa Sirio's Italian owners fell in love with St Florent many years ago, and that they are thrilled to have been able at last to build their dream holiday villa in such a superb position. The design and decor are Italian contemporary, with clean, modern lines. Every detail has been meticulously chosen, from the bathroom tiles to the elegant teak terrace furniture.
