An introduction to Casa Mia
We are delighted to offer this traditional stone villa, set in a a rural location in the peaceful countryside of Porto Vecchio. You will immediately be struck by the commanding view over the beautiful Palombaggia beach and shimmering coastline, which is the perfect sight on a summer's evening over a meal al fresco. Reputed to be one of the most stunning views in all of Corsica, it is a picturesque setting that appears to have been plucked straight out of a painting.
As you open the door to your new home, you are confronted with a classic Mediterranean feel. Whitewashed walls and cool, tiled floors adorn the inside of the open plan living space, with white cotton furnishings adding that extra something to the ambience. The living room is connected to a compact kitchen and outside is a lovely covered terrace, perfect for barbecues. The bedrooms are pleasantly furnished and both have ensuite bathrooms.
It is very unlikely that you will want to leave this romantic retreat, but there are many things to see and do. Try some of the delicious seafood on offer at 'Paillotes', one of the beach-side restaurants. It would be a crime to visit this wonderful area without seeing one of the most beautiful beaches that Corsica has to offer. Pine-fringed Palombaggio beach has fine white sand and clear blue seas. Explore the area and you may come across some of the little-known coves only reachable by foot or boat.
