The bright, airy interior with its contemporary furnishings feels like a real home from home. The living room opens to the garden by patio doors, and from here it's a short step to the pool area with its decking surround.
The hamlet of Bocca dell'Oro is convenient for trips into Porto Vecchio where visitors can indulge their tastebuds with French gastronomic delights in one of the many restaurants or explore the old Genoese citadel above the town. There are some truly beautiful, gently sloping beaches in the region, and trips to the rocky interior are also rewarding: the artificial lake formed by the dam at l'Ospedale has views down to the coastline and a pine forest spreading up to the peaks, while the waterfall at Cascade Piscia di Gallo is a sight well worth the price of a pair of hiking boots!
