For starters, there's Brno – otherwise known as the Czech Republics second city. Quieter than its big sister, this city centres around its old quarter and the infamous 'dungeon of the nations' that today goes by the prettier name, Spilberk Castle and is home to the Brno City museum. Next in line is Pilsen, where Skoda and Pilsner Urquell lager come from. On the subject of beer, Ceske Budejovice in south Bohemia is the city home of the original Budweiser, and a pint at the Budvar Beer Hall is not to be missed.
