We loved this hotel, from the drink and cakes on arrival to the full use of all-inclusive facilities till the last second we walked out through the door at the end of our stay.
The staff were plentiful and always on hand with a smile and offer to help. The rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable (unlike some others, I loved the firm bed and slept well as did we all). The pool areas and hotel in general were well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The food was varied and always tasty, I especially enjoyed the Cypriot breakfast and the 'make you own' salad bar at lunch and dinner. The Maitre 'd even offered to arrange special food as our son was feeling particularly fussy; not required in the end as there was so much choice and somewhere to eat something almost all day - a lovely touch though.
Most of the guests were older couples but there were some younger families especially in the wedding groups. Children under 5 are free on busses and the heritage attractions, the local bus is great and cheap. Worth an evening walk to the church along the coast path, beautiful; we went most evenings as it was much cooler than in the day.
All in all a great find and would be happy to recommend to anyone travelling to Cyprus.More

We took our daughter to Louis Ledra for her 21st birthday and we all loved it. We couldn't have wished for a better time. The room was plenty big enough for three adults and was spotless. The food was always very tasty and plentiful with even the fussiest eater catered for. There was never a problem finding a sun bed no matter what time of day. I'm quite missing the calls for "shuffleboard" "Zumba" and "French boules" But without doubt one of the best features of the hotel is the staff from the friendly cleaners, excellent reception staff, very hard working bar staff and the animation team, everyone deserve a mention. Definitely worth a return visit.More

Just like last time we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. We were well looked after by all.A special mention to Herodetos, Zoe and Eleni in the dining room. Food was wonderful and service to match. Stefani and the rest of the bar team made sure we were never empty handed. Violetta kept our room beautifully clean and kept us smiling with her towel art throughout our stay. Luci and his lovely team of hard working girls and Danny work tirelessly day and night to ensure nobody gets bored(or too lazy). My only complaint is that a couple of chaps from the hotel spa now walk around the pool and beach area trying to sell massage. I was approached about this about 8 days of my 14 which really didn't please me. One reason for returning to this hotel was the absolute relaxation without the irritation of sales people approaching me.Its my only gripe and we had a fantastic holiday.More
