My husband and I stayed at the Ledra from 8-22 July. On arrival we were treated with drinks and nibbles and were made to feel welcome before we even walked in the door. The location was perfect, on the beach and about 30 min walk to Paphos. The rooms were spotless and the maids worked extremely hard. We loved the way thy made the towels into animals and flowers. Our favourite was the elephant. The food was excellent quality and there was plenty choice on every meal. There was food available somewhere in the hotel all day. The pool area was nicely set out that you weren't on top on everyone. We never struggled for a sunbed. Raphael would find sunbeds for you when it was busy and he worked really hard considering the heat was in mid 30's. The staff were all so helpful especially Kyle,Steph, Marina and Andri. Last but not least the excellent entertainment team who made our holiday. Luci, Andrea,Christina, Audrenne all worked very hard and clicked so well together as a team and made you feel special. You couldn't to warm to them especially Luci and Andrea were a comedy double and constantantly made us laugh. They are the best entertainment crew we have found much better than the crew at the Louis Zante beach last year. We were sad to leave them. Even the way that Luci pronounced words like okay will be with us always and Bingo will never be the same again. We would have no hesitation in returning. There was only 1 floor and that was the air con. Not sure if it was just due to how hot it was but the air con wasn't brilliant especially overnight. Many thanks to all who made our holiday perfect.More

Had a great 2 week holiday here. the staff the food&drink and hotel were first class the only problem for us were the family rooms were very small for a family of 4. probably the best all inclusive we've stayed at , I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus ððMore
Me and my family stayed at the hotel between the 12-22 of july, we had the best holiday ever. The hotel is really impressive, the staff how work there are all very friendly and make you feel at home. My little 2 year old girl loved going to the restaurant, All the staff were great with her. The best part of the hotel are the entertainment people, they were exerlent. My little girl loved the lady that did child entertainment, the disco was her favorite part of the holiday. We will be coming back.More
My husband and I stayed at the Louis Ledra back in May (2015) we actually got married at the Louis Ledra itself. Our experience was nothing but an absolute fantastic one! From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, professional and friendly. They could not do enough for us before and after our wedding. The rooms are lovely, the food is lovely and the pools are great too. I would highly recommend the Louis Ledra to anyone, whether just for a holiday or a wedding too. We cannot wait to return there in a couple of years time! Mr & Mrs JonesMore

The Ledra Experience
I stayed at the Louis Ledra Beach with my husband during the second week of July meaning it was just before the national school holidays began therefore there were few children of school age on site. We were met on arrival by two members of the Louis staff who offered us either Beer, Wine or a soft drink along with small cakes and told to take a seat in reception and fill in a small form, relax,to finish our drinks and come up to the desk when necessary, our luggage was taken from us and delivered to our room by another member of staff this was fantastic as we did not have to stand up to queue at reception like we usually do dragging our luggage behind us. The check in was swift and extra costs explained to us for Wi-Fi ( was not very clever in the rooms) but ok in reception, when empty! and the cost of the safe. 10 euros deposit for a beach towel but that is given back on its return. Exchange at reception every 2 to 3 days. We chose a sea view at extra cost on floor 1 which was the 3rd floor(-1 was the restaurant level ad outside, 1 was the reception and 1 was our floor 2 was the 4th floor. The rooms were modern and cleaned every day beautifully with a small rose as decoration and origami towels! The fridge was filled with 1litre of water, 2 cans of sprite and cola plus 2 cartons of mango juice each day free of charge, there were tea and coffee making facilities but I took my own tea bags and bought a bottle of milk from the hotel shop when needed and kept it in the fridge. The hotel shop is next to reception and has crisps, drinks and sweets etc. a few trinkets and newspapers, sun cream and the usual hotel shop bits and pieces. We were all inclusive and could not fault the food and drinks offered to us, sitting in the reception a waitress/waiter would always come and ask if you needed a drink, if the restaurant was closed then the pool bar served hot and cold foods which were delicious. If breakfast was missed then the pool bar opened for breakfast just after 10am then lunch at the restaurant or pool bar and evening dinner in the restaurant. The food was varied, hot and delicious, there was also apart from the usual nightly food ,salads ,breads a different themed night each night, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and courteous and we were offered alcoholic/soft drinks each evening with meals. The main pool water in July was hot so will not cool you down, there is an adults pool and also a children paddling pool. The beach is golden but the shoreline is rocky and pebbly in most areas, the sand is shelving into the sea so it is not really child friendly as there are rocks, seaweed and it becomes rather deep extremely quickly. The sea can also occasionally become quite rough with the waves. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and sun loungers and umbrellas around the hotel, under trees and around the pools. I found only one fault at this hotel and that was allowing people to save sun loungers, I woke early on the 1st day and sat on the balcony at 6.30am watching people laying their towels on their chosen sun loungers, they must have done this daily as the same people stayed in the same place day in day out. By 9.00am the sun loungers with umbrellas were gone and the odd lounger was available, I must admit if one could not be found the pool lifeguard would find one and place it where you wanted it although minus an umbrella. The entertainment team worked hard during the day and evening, there was something going on in the evening before and after one game of bingo which was fun. We went on a day trip on the waverider boat which was fantastic and would recommend the 10am to 4pm trip costing around £50 per adult(don't know the child cost) it took us up the coast where we stopped off to swim on the way there and the way back, in between we were offered a buffet lunch with dessert which was delicious and cooked on board, all drinks were included in the price. There were sun loungers, deckchairs, tables at the front and rear of the boat, the rear and bar area were undercover and the lower deck was free of the sunshine. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly revisit although I could definitely see there would be a different ambiance about the place during school holidays and would not choose to go during this time.(been there and done that with my children). Well done to the manager of the Louis Ledra, he was always visible and I actually saw him working down at the beach bar( forgot to mention that). During our stay there was a wedding on site, it was 32 degrees and everyone looked very hot but happy.More
