Overall a very good stay
1 week in Cyprus and a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and so dedicated. We asked for mattress toppers on the single beds as they were quite firm as we are used to a memory foam mattress! The staff delivered them within 5 mins, very smiley and helpful. The food was good with a wide selection of cuisine but appeared not fresh. Breakfast bacon was disappointing, the hotel has 90% British customers so proper bacon instead of scored ham would be better. Apart from the mattress, the room was big enough but only 1 English speaking tv channel (BBC world news) which was weird. Entertainment team were terrific with daily family quizzes, games like darts and beach bowls and entertainment shows every night. Wifi was weak and annoyingly slow at times and can't access from room. Beach was nice but rocky if picky but they can't do anything about that, beautiful spot for snorkelling and plenty of coral and fish 10ft away from the shore. Water sports available like banana boat and parasailing on door step. A very good stay and I would return. Couldn't give 5 stars due to wifi and food but overall, I would recommend this hotel for any family and Louis hotels in generalMore
Fab holiday, Fab weather, Fab Hotel, Fab Place
We chose the hotel for its location and because the area was flat as my husband has mobility issues. The room was excellent, overlooking the sea and with a walk in shower as requested. The sheets and towels were changed everyday and the room was exceptionally clean. The restaurant service was good and food very good too, with plenty of choice. We were 'all inclusive'' and the range of drinks was very comprehensive and the cocktails very good, not watered down. ALL the staff were cheerful, helpful and smiley, and you felt the reception staff, from behind their counter were part of the whole process, not just stuck behind a desk. Everyone did everything they could to make the holiday enjoyable. NO mosquitos was an added bonus! Only two disappointments for us - neither my husband or myself could go into the sea - although beach accessible, the sea bed was not smooth and so for us, not possible entry. the second one - the theatre for night entertainment was amphitheatre style, uncomfortable seats and no access for disabled people - so they had to stay at top of theatre. The one thing that could be fixed, and everyone complained about it - the two outside pools were very hot! - the inside pool much colder! We had a great holiday and would most certainly choose this hotel again if we returned to the area, but would choose another from this group without hesitation.More

Service with a smile, Cracking place
From walking through the front doors, the staff at this hotel, we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. A great / safe hotel for families or couples, very relaxed atmosphere, Room was a great size ( 148 ), very clean, free mini bar, maid ( I think Lucy, was her name ) was the best we have ever had. Nothing was a problem to her. The staff working the main hall and pool bars were great, special mention to Danial, Iliad, Coco the Chemist and Stephanie, they worked so hard and made our stay , that little bit extra special. The food at this place was really good, great choice and VERY tasty. Always sun beds available, yes, you get the morning rush for beds around poolside etc, but there always some left in gardens or on the beech, if you do struggle, ask a waiter or entertainment team member, they will sort it. One great touch I noticed in this hotel, was the top geez a, manager ( big lad in shirt n tie ) walks around pool and beech front a few times a day, not to check his staff, but, chat to guests, getting feedback and sorting any problems you may have, really friendly approachable fella, who appreciates what a great squad of people he has. Only negatives about this hotel are, No branded drinks on all inclusive, No slush machines for kids and bigger kids and the access to the sea from beech, you have to cross a narrow ledge of rock to get into sea, this, we thought was very funny seeing people tiptoe over them until they were wiped out by the waves, it really does not soil the hotel, just, if you are a little restricted with mobility or getting on a bit, could be difficult, but the swimming pools more than make up f it. P.s. the views of the sunsets from the beech front, make for great picsMore
Just returned after spending two weeks here. Hotel is extremely clean and beautifully kept. All the staff at this hotel work incredibly hard day and night. The food is absolutely amazing. A special mention to the restaurant manager Herodotus, from our first night to our last Herodotus took very good care of us and stole our childrens hearts (jack and isabella) who both cryed after saying their goodbyes. We cannot fault the hotel, food or staff who should all be very proud of their hard work. Thank you all and we look forward to returning in the future More
Really comfortable sun beds & afternoon tea
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay with our teenagers. This is a smaller hotel which adds to its charm and its location on the beach is enviable. The food is delicious and varied and the staff delivered excellent service throughout our stay. This aspect was exceptional. The sun beds have a mattresses on them which makes them unbelievably comfortable and relaxing to lie on. With beautiful views of the sea it really was bliss. Oh and every day at 3.30 they bring you treats to your sun beds like fruit kebabs, trifle and chocolate dipped marshmallows. At 4.30 afternoon tea is served by the pool with a different cake menu each day. I loved the mini scones with cream and jam. If you like a very soft mattress they put a mattress topper on the beds in the room on request. Our room was cleaned by Rodica who treated us like family and looked out for our teenagers who had their own room. Her warmth and delight when she saw us was really touching and made us feel welcome. Thank you to all the staff who went out of their way to give us a relaxing holiday. More
