Returned from a 2 week holiday from this hotel in the middle of August.
On arrival greeted by the Guest Services Manager with drinks and snacks available.
Our impression during our stay was that all the staff in every area of the hotel, worked incredibly hard to ensure that all guests had a great time.
The rooms were generous in size and very clean with tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge which was restocked daily.
The food was excellent throughout our stay with plenty of choice. Different themes each night added to the variety. There is also a Mura Asian restaurant that you can book as an alternative, which is also very good. We visited 3 times during our stay.
Two pool areas, one a quieter pool, no unaccompanied children, inflatables or ball games, and another larger pool where all the activities took place, but still lots of space for swimming and playing.
The availability of sunbeds around the hotel grounds seemed to be fine during our stay.
Bar service around the pool, beach and in the evening was great. No need to leave your sunbed to ask for a drink - they brought them to you.
Entertainment team, led by David was great. Our son had a good time in the Kids Club led by Katherine. The bingo was an experience not to be missed!!
Several weddings took place during our stay, which on the whole did not affect us. However we feel that the hotel needs a designated area for the receptions,as on a few occasions with very large parties of people, some bar areas seemed overtaken by very loud wedding parties. This noise filtered up through the lobby area and into the rooms directly above. Because of this we requested to move rooms to a quieter area half way through our holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful and there was no problem doing this.
All in all we had a great time in a lovely hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future.More

Fantastic Family Holiday
We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of July. Unfortunately our journey out was delayed and we got to the Imperial Beach in the early hours, however, we received a warm welcome and an offer of plates of food and drink. Our kids loved this hotel, the pool was perfect for them. Luckily my husband gets up early and was able to secure sun beds next to the family pool. Kathryn and Lauren (entertainment team) were fantastic with the kids. My daughter loved kids club and Kathryn would always bring her back to us at the end of the session. Drinks service around the pool was good most of the time but its really not far to go to get your own drink from the bar. Food in the buffet restaurant was ok, we did eat out a few times. The Japanese restaurant is more a mix of Chinese and Japanese but worth a visit. The beach is small and rocky but then they all are in Paphos, however, this meant an added bonus of rock pooling, my kids found shrimp, crabs, eels and fish. Paphos is about 25 minutes walk away, but is a lovely walk as the sun is setting. Close to the Imperial there are a few bars showing sports and also some restaurants, the all inclusive hotels seem to have had a bit of an impact with lots of closed restaurants and shops. The evening entertainment was on a weekly loop which is a shame as on the 2nd week it gets a bit boring. Sweet treats was a hit with my son and the friends they made, they were always first in the queue. He also enjoyed the games room but it was very hot, no aircon. The minibar in the room was topped up daily with water, pepsi and sprite. There's so much more I could say. It was a great holiday but made mostly by the people we met and that our kids were happy. I do like to see new places but if I went back anywhere it would be the Imperial Beach.More

Fantastic Holiday at The Louis Imperial.
I booked a 10 day all inclusive in August 2015. I was away with my 10 yr old. We had a great time at this hotel. Good facilities, hotel spotlessly clean, catering in the restaurant outstanding, really excellent choice, always fresh, always refilled promptly. The Head Chef was a lovely man, taking the time to talk and explain dishes. The lifeguards in the pool also helpful, one even taking be the time to help my 10 yr old learn to snorkel. A life skill! Rooms always cleaned and restocked. Bar staff & waitresses prompt & service excellent. When laying in loungers by the pool or grass, there is waiter service and cold towels. It may not be the most modern & trendy hotel on the stretch, but this doesn't matter. Why not? Because the staff in every dept are so welcoming and so friendly and so helpful it's like a home away from home. I've stayed in many places, I can't believe praise the staff highly enough. Special thanks to Lydia in the restaurant, the Reception staff and all the restaurant staff. They work incredibly hard, always service with a smile. They made our holiday fabulous. Only proper downside is that the beach is very scrappy, we walked a few mins to the public beach. Thanks Louis Imperial Beach. More
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for ten days and we both had an amazing time there. The room was nicely furnished and we had a lovely sea view. It was cleaned every day. The food was fantastic. More than enough choice for every taste. The pool area was lovely. We didn't have to leave our sun beds once to get a drink as staff are constantly coming round asking what you want. Once a day ice cold flannels are brought round to cool you off and also a slice of water melon if you want it. The location is ideal. A twenty minute walk into Paphos or if you want to catch a bus the stop is just a few minutes walk. I really can't praise this hotel enough. The staff are amazing, the hotel is amazing. It's all amazing !More

"Wonderful relaxing Holiday"
Well we're do I start. Arrived late evening with my husband, a really lovely lady and her team met us where a drinks was available and very welcome too. Very fast check in. We went to the restaurant for some food and when we got to our room the cases were already there. A really lovely clean and bright room overlooking the sea with fantastic views, well worth the upgrade.
Staff, food, rooms, location, pool, sun beds all so good. It did state no reserving of sun beds but people did and very early in the morning as well. We stayed on our sun beds all day. Sun beds were reserved and some days we see no people on them. I do feel the Hotel should probably do something to enforce this rule.
The staff cannot do enough for you and the cold towels were very welcome around the pool every day.
All the staff and management are so helpful especially the lovely lady in the restaurant and the lady from management who was always around the hotel helping to serve in the restaurant and clear plates.
My husband and myself had a fantastic week and we will defiantly be going back.
Thank you Louis Imperial Beach for making us so welcome.More
