Well Done All at the Louis Imperial
We have just returned from a two weeks all inclusive stay arranged through Tui. It was our third stay on the Paphos Hotel strip ( Louis Lederer, Cypria Bay previously) and the Louis Imperial compared very well. The hotel is situated at the end of a short side road and is right on the beach. Bus stops are a short distance away with regular buses into town etc. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk into Paphos along the coastal footpath. This footpath is unpaved in parts and large parts of it are unlit at night. The hotel has three swimming pools (one inside) and the outdoor pools are unheated. It has the best gardens of the three hotels we have stayed at, which stretch right down to the beach. There are plenty of sunbeds. There was some noise from the adjoining Constantinou hotel building works in parts of the grounds. We had a sea view room on the first floor. It was nicely decorated and of a good size. It was well fitted out. The bed was comfortable. It was kept spotlessly clean and everything was topped up on a daily basis. The in room safe cost 3 euros a day and room WiFi 25 euros for our stay. This WiFi stretched to the beach and was of a good standard although you had to log in each day. Free WiFi was available in the lobby area, although the quality was poor when there was heavy demand. Our room was in a good position and very quiet. The food was excellent . It was largely buffet style. There was a lot of choice (including vegetarian) and dinner was based on a 7 night special regional buffet rota. There was no problem in our second week as there was so much on offer. The all inclusive drinks were of reasonable quality. The on site Japanese restaurant offered an alternating fixed menu and a vegetarian one as part of the all inclusive option. It was very good quality. You had to book this restaurant but there was no limit on the number of visits. The Animation team were friendly and enthusiastic. They offered a number of daytime and evening activities. They were not over pushy and they were generally well received. Unfortunately their musical and dancing abilities were extremely variable especially in the evening shows they put on. This was similar to our experience in other hotels on the strip. In other countries we have had good evening entertainment but it is a question of the company putting sufficient money into this area. On some nights outside musicians performed and these were generally of a good standard. And last and by no means least we must comment on the friendliness and efficency of all of the hotel staff. This was of a very high standard and contributed so much to the success of our holiday. We certainly hope to return. More
almost 10 out of 10
good location near the sea. hotel very clean and room of a good standard. thought the food was excellent and the dining area never too crowded. The staff were attentive and friendly and also was allocated a courtesy room free of charge ! The only downside was the lack of a quiet area to enjoy a drink after dinner. Could not escape the bingo caller and the pretty average live music both at full volume each evening. Perhaps it is different when the weather allows the entertainment to take place outside but it is something, in my opinion, that the hotel has to addressMore

Couldn't be better!
A great hotel which is well run and shows it. Excellent staff in every department, good food (especially in the Japanese Fusion restaurant) and great accommodation. Our chambermaid (Room 157) has worked at the hotel for 20 years and is a great asset to the Louis Hotels company. Go you will really enjoy Cyprus and this hotel in particular.More

Friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in.
This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and will definitely return. Usually we like to go to the restaurants nearby but the food in the hotel is so good, we only went out once. The staff are amazing. So helpful, friendly and genuinely want to help you any way they can. We are not ones for hotel entertainment, so can't say it had any bearing on our holiday. We will definitely return. The only thing I would say is, ladies take your hairdryer. The one in the room is those hose types in the bathroom, a left over from the eighties!More
Our annual holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic two week all inclusive holiday at the Louis Imperial Beach in Pafos. The whole experience was exceptional, The animation team ( Richy, Josh, Shannon, Jessica, Valentino Jack, Gez and Dom they were all amazing until somebody in there infinite wisdom decided that they needed changing and introduced a new team leader named Sammy who we found to be very insulting and smarmy. this changed the team moral drastically, however it was dealt with professionally by the management team. I am a firm believer that if it aint broke don't fix it.and in our opinion it wasn't broke. They did get back on track and need to be allowed to do their job without interference from a man who supposedly had 20 years experience We had a sea view room which was very good. The hotel staff Kyle theTomson rep were very helpful and made the whole experience faultless. Needless to say we will return the whole experience was beyond all expectations Well done all at Louis Imperial Beach. Mary and Mike R 220More
