The Louis Imperial is a good choice for beach and pool lovers – it’s got a great swimming pool and it sidles up next to a Blue Flag stretch of sand.
This hotel is surrounded by gardens, which slope down to a Blue Flag beach. Location-wise, Paphos is a 20-minute walk along a scenic beachside path, plus there’s a clutch of bars and restaurants even closer.

First visit to Cyprus for over 15 years, and it did not disappoint. The hotel looks to have had improvements to the area adjacent to the tennis courts with a new pool and paved area. The area on the other side of the hotel would benefit a similar upgrade. Staff are outstanding at all levels of the team non stop working. Comments by other travellers are fair and I Would recommend the hotel to anyone not yet visited. Weather has been warm/humid around 30c every day.More
Another fantastic holiday
This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and once again it was another fantastic holiday. You are greeted on arrival with a friendly member of staff offering drinks and nibbles whilst you complete your registration. Your luggage is quickly taken to your room whilst you enjoy the relaxing surroundings. In the room was a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of red wine. Nice gesture. Rooms are very clean with ample room and are kept to that standard throughout my stay. Facilities are good with three pools, the indoor one being great to cool down in with the temperatures in the low 30 degrees. Large garden area with ample sun beds both there and around the outdoor pool areas. Wide variety of food served & needless to say that after my 10 night stay I will need to diet to loose the weight gained with three cooked meals a day. Bar & pool/garden service was excellent with a special mention to Harry in the garden area who was superb in keeping me topped up with water and fresh orange juice throughout the day. The only negative comment with the bar was the introduction of a new drinks menu separating drinks which had been on the all inclusive list in previous years onto a chargeable menu. What makes this hotel so good is the friendliness of all of the Management team and all of the staff who throughout my stay greeted you with a smile on every occasion you met. If you want a relaxing holiday where you are given Five star treatment throughout your stay then I would certainly recommend this Hotel. Within the next few days I will be booking my holiday at this hotel for 2018.More
We decided to book our wedding here just over a year ago and it certainly did not disappoint! From the minute we arrived at 11:30pm we were treated like royalty. They had all sorts of drinks and nibbles ready and waiting for us. While were checking in our bags were being loaded up ready to take to our room. The guy took our bags and showed us to our room, he was lovely and couldn't do enough to help and give us advice on where things were. The staff here are so lovely, friendy and would do anything to help you. The food in this hotel is the best we've ever tasted, always something different on go. Very quickly replenished and hot. We had our wedding here on the Wednesday and the staff were amazing, just made the day go so smoothly. Nothing was a trouble for them. Matthaeus and Ligia were amazing, they were there right the way through the wedding in the background to make sure everything was ok. They interacted with all the guest which was lovely as people had stayed at other hotels commented at how professional and lovely they were. Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! Couldn't of wished for a better place to get married. The day after the wedding we had a special meal cooked for us by Christakis in the middle of the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, he even gave us the recipe so we could make it at home. Me and my bridesmaids had our hair done by julie in the hotel salon. She is just simply the best! She really is such a lovely person and made us feel so at ease. We had so much fun in the 2 and a half hours we were in there. Even when she had a spare 10 minutes she re curled one of the little girls hair that we had done in them room ourselves. Julie came up to my room 30 mins before the wedding to put my veil in and she took some amazing pictures kf us all. She really is a credit to the hotel. We only seen a few of the entertainment shows, some of them were good and some not so much. The shows Alfredo done were fab, he really is an asset to the hotel. He gets everyone involved but isn't pushy with it, he just wants everyone to have a good time. One of the nicest blokes we have met. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had sea view room 342. The cleaners were lovely, always spoke when they seen you. On the morning of the wedding we requested our room was cleaned earlier than usual and it was not a problem at all. The swimming pools are very clean and plenty of sun beds around. Waiters came round every 15 - 20 mins to see what drinks we wanted, it looked as though they had their own designated area so no one was ever missed. Throughout the hotel there was plenty of staff around to ensure you never had to wait too long for drinks or be seated in the restaurant. We will definitely be returning to this hotel, sooner rather than later. It stands out by a mile to any other hotel we've been to. More
We arrived late on a Saturday night. Sandwiches were left in rooms...nice touch. It said there was a welcome drink but didn't get pointed in the direction of this. Tried to use all inclusive card at the bar but you can't use after midnight. Nice spacious rooms with balcony and view of the pool and sea. Bed comfy and pillows. Indoor pool very cold but really refreshing. Other pools nice but preferred the adult pool. Beach very rocky but nice and clean. Only struggled one day to get a bed for 8 of us. Service round the pool very good although didnt get the option of the free cold flannel. Food good lots of variety. All staff very friendly and helpful and this always makes the holiday better. Well done for training the staff. Lifts close very fast so do take care although sign were put up. All areas very clean. Good variety of drinks and cocktails very nice. There are weddings going on but these are not in your face like they have been at other hotels. Shop right outside hotel and short walk to other shops. Nice walk along beachfront to Paphos. Very windy along front. Plenty of benches and places to stop. We all really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you Louis Imperial Beach Hotel. We may see you again.More
Well what can I say. A all round superb holiday from start to finish. We arrived at nearly 10.30ish and was greeted by the management team with a glass of what ever we wanted along with canapés. Our luggage was taken up while we were invited into the main restaurant for a bite to eat. We should of realised the food on offer that is was going to be a gastronomic delight for the next 14 days, and that's exactly how it turned out perfect. The food at this hotel was excellent throughout, caters to all pallets. The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful always. The rooms are clean and fresh and well kept. The pools and grounds are extensive and very well managed. At this point we will mention a few of the staff that made our holiday special. They include Amelia who kept our room spotless, Mary alese who kept our glasses full while we sat around in the sun, and yannis and Miro who fed us everyday with a smile. Finally, must mention the general manager himself who greeted us on arrival, was available and was seen throughout our and was in the reception to thank us for visiting and invited us back. Little gestures leave large impressions and he succeeded. We will return with out a doubt and recommend our friends and family also. On personal preference we would have loved a steak house instead of the Japanese, and wifi everywhere just a small gripe. Well done Louis imperil. See you again soon Loretta and Tony Wimbledon London More
