The James Lambert Singers - Cyprus Tour 2015
About 30 of us in a group for a week of singing. An excellent hotel with pools and gardens and a beautiful beach where even in mid November the sun shines and the water is warm. Many of us walked to the harbour (about 20 minutes, but coffee stops and beachside bars usually extended the journey!) Food and drink were plentiful and of the highest quality. The rooms were modern, smart, and comfortable and the staff, all of them without exception, were polite, cheerful, and always helpful - and particularly tolerant of our singsonging in the bar in the evening! A thoroughly good week.Thank you.More

Very relaxing holiday, the hotel was clean and the friendly staff were always helpful. Plenty of sunbeds places to relax. The location means it is a good walk to the harbour, but plenty of places to sit along the way. The hotel has 3 pools and is also along the beach.More

Hotel in Paradise
This hotel is truly wonderful, and don't look any further than this hotel to have a wonderful time on holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. This was our second visit to the hotel, we last visited in April 2013 and it is even better now! The staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. They serve drinks and food all day long with a smile and are genuinely warm and lovely people. When we arrived our luggage was taken up to the room and we were welcomed by a glass of champagne or a beer, cakes and sweets.Checking in was really easy and the reception staff were helpful and friendly, and when we arrived in our room there was a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us, which was a lovely surprise. You cannot help but 100% chill out in this hotel and totally relax. There is a new swimming pool which has been added since our last stay and it is really nice and clean, and it is so cool on a very hot day! It was only used by adults. The tennis court has also been upgraded. There are activities all day long , including a quiz, table tennis, and archery. The food is fantastic and we noticed an improvement (if that was even possible), for the starters and desserts, since our last visit. The room was very nice and faced out over towards the mountains, on the entrance side of the hotel and it remained cool at all times, out of the sun.The cleaner was very friendly and she changed the towels when needed, and the room was very clean at all times. The entertainment is generally very good and the activities/animation team worked hard every day to ensure that the holiday makers had fun, especially in the evening shows, but we was not over impressed with the Neil Diamond tribute act.The 4 x professional dancers that came into the hotel to do a show were excellent and so was the Michael Buble and Frank Sinatra tribute acts. Lindsay did an Adele tribute which was great and she had an excellent voice. The hotel entertainments team put on a "Grease is the Word" tribute, which was enjoyable as they ensured that holidaymakers were also involved with the show. They can all dance which is excellent. The hotel general manager was really friendly and asked us every day if everything was ok. The hotel has a very good environmental policy and they recycle batteries, lamps, plastic, metal and oil etc.and they have just won a gold environmental award , and they are improving every year when they are audited which is very positive. We will definitely be going back again in the future.John and Angie Mason.More

Lacking in places
My daughter and I rebooked this as a substitute for Sharm. Very nice hotel but wouldn't visit again! Even more so in November as it seems to be full of older people and the area seems to shut down ready for winter. Although the hotel has been refurbished in places it lacks in others. The finishing touches could be better the entertainment room really needs a overhaul. The staff are very friendly and competent in their jobs. The room we had was right above the lobby bar and was very noisy at night. The lifts had a mind of there own. I did complain at the beds not being fully changed and found dry bloody on the underside of the blanket which wasn't changed at all during our ten day visit. The food was brilliant and there was plenty of choice and ample amounts. I did however have a cockroach run through my feet whilst on the loo one night which I caught in a glass. One member of the hotel staff knocked on our door and as we were in bed we chose not to answer it due to recent events. After knocking twice the door handle went then he used his key and walked in. I asked what he wanted and he replied! Oh wrong room and walked out. Which I found strange. Nice hotel just needs a few things rectified. More
