The Hotel Avanti gives you easy access to the beach and Paphos' town centre. There's a lot going on back at the property, too, with a big pool and an impressive list of sports, activities and entertainment.
One of the Hotel Avanti’s major draws is its location. The property is a short walk from the beach, and you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Better still, you’re within easy reach of Paphos’ harbour and pretty old town – it’ll take you around 20 minutes on foot.
The swimming pool also deserves some credit. It’s a big, curvy number that snakes its way around a terrace that’s dotted with loungers, parasols and palms. There’s a swim-up bar, as well, so you can sip coffee and cocktails without moving from the water. Smaller guests aren’t forgotten, either – they get their own pint-sized pool.
In terms of what else is going on, days are pretty lively, with games, sports and competitions laid on. It’s a similar vibe come sundown – the restaurant hosts regular themed nights, with Greek, Mediterranean and Cypriot cuisine. Plus, karaoke, live music and dancing are all on the agenda. Guests may also use the facilities of Avanti Village.

Me and my family visited the Avanti Hotel in September last year and what a surprise it was. The reception and facilities were amazing. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, Evening entertainments keep you fully entertain. The hotel is located just across from the beach, as well as plenty of places to eat. Due try the Golden Cafe restaurant as they provide a large meal menu and service is amazing. The hotel also has a large car park, and the vehicle is safe whilst you are not using it. The hotel located around 20 minute walk to the harbour, which you can walk along the sea front on along the main road. We made some lovely friends whilst we was staying at this hotel, and we have even booked for September to go with them. Me and my family have stayed at many hotels in Paphos over the years and the Avanti has indeed been the best hotel that we have stayed in. Roll on September. Keep up the Good work.More

My husband and I travelled to the avanti in october. I have stayed 4 times and I'm coming back again in may. Everything I said in the below is still the same but the added bonus for me now is the wifi is in all areas and it's free!! The staff here are all amazing! Don't hesitate to book! http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotel_Review-g190384-d292107-Reviews-Avanti_Hotel-Paphos_Paphos_District.htmlMore

Evening entertainment goo fun and always something going on during the day. If u don't fancy eating in the hotel then there are a few good restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away.More
Lovely stay in a good value hotel
We stayed here last Easter. This hotel was a reasonable price comapred to others and we found the rooms and hotel building fine for us. The ppolside area was pleasant with plenty of sunloungers and we enjoyed snacks and drinks in the bar. The service is the restaurant was very good for buffet style and the food was as you would expect - plentiful, pretty tasty and a little repetitive. We chose to eat out a couple of times just to get some variety in the venings. Lovely location to walk to the harbour, flat and beautiful sunsets. Worth getting a room with a view of the pool and enquiring about air con early on - ours didn't seem to be working and we found the room too hot.More

My son's wedding was held here in October and it was everything we could have wished for. It was as informal as the couple wanted it to be, but very personal to them, and emotional for them and for all of us close family and friends who were there. The hotel is lovely and we had a great pool view from our room. All public areas are welcoming and scrupulously clean with good decor. Rooms are comfortable and have great air con which is essential for me to get some quality sleep. Wi-fi is great throughout the hotel which was also very important for us. The cleaners were really helpful as well as being friendly. Cleaned thoroughly and bed changed a number of times over the week that I know of. Great lady receptionist for whom nothing is a problem. Hair salon ladies were lovely and managed to make something good out of my mop. Didn't get her name but she spoke fluent London! The food is really great - We were spoilt for choice. If you are worried about allergies or coeliacs, don't be! The chefs catered very well and without fuss for a member of the party who is coeliac and lactos intolerant. Just let them know in advance and visit them daily when they will explain the options. Located away from the centre of the resort, there are bars and shops in the immediate environs of the hotel and beaches a short walk away but you probably wouldn't bother as its so good around the pool. Buses to the resort are cheap if you go for the day rider, and frequent. What really made our holiday for us though was the staff at the Avanti. They were really helpful and friendly and seemed to really enjoy engaging with their guests. Ones we came into regular contact with who surpassed expectations were Tasos Elia and Mariana from the Dionysos bar. Tasos was popular with the younger kids in the party and became known as "Duck man". Tasos and Mariana seem to have a great double-act going which is quite entertaining for the adults as well. In the restaurant we couldn't have wanted a nicer or more helpful waitress than Renata who couldn't do enough for us - a lovely lady. We would be very happy to go back.More
