The Hotel Avanti puts you within easy reach of Paphos’ harbour, pretty old town and petite beach.
One of the Hotel Avanti’s major draws is its location. The property is a short walk from the beach, you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and the harbour is 20 minutes on foot.
There's a lot going on at this hotel – expect a big pool and an impressive list of sports, activities and shows. You can also make the most of the facilities at the nearby Avanti Village hotel.

We have stayed at the Avanti several times and it is now our 'go to' hotel in Paphos. Staff are all friendly, breakfast plentiful and you don't have to fight for a sun bed each morning. All major sports shown too which is a bonus. The Avanti is great value for money with spacious rooms which are always kept clean. Love the cocktails of the day but preferred it when there was happy hour!! Lots of restaurants in the immediate area which are of a good standard and you can stroll to the harbour for a change of scenery. Highly recommend.More
Best hotel we've stayed in
We had an amazing time at the Avanti - it was so good that it has meant booking this year's holiday really difficult! Can't grumble about anything really - food was excellent, there were plenty of sunbeds (though why some people have to squash up next to you I'll never know!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting out and about is easy, there are always taxis close by but we used the cheap and clean buses. It's well worth buying a daily or weekly pass if you're going to be making quite a few trips. We stayed half board but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. We'll be back!More
We stayed in the Avanti Hotel in August of last summer and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and relatively modern and the balcony was private. We were Bed and Breakfast and made use of the pool bar for snacks, drinks and lunch. However, this was not cheap. The resort wasn't overcrowded or too rowdy and there were plenty of beds by the pool. The weather was amazing! The beaches nearby are beautiful and there are plenty of activities available. We went paragliding and jet skiing. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants. The nightlife is lively enough but remains family friendly. Would recommend. More
Wonderful Week For a Wedding
In late October 2016 a group of around 50 of us descended on Avanti Hotel for some close friends' Wedding! Our group was a mixture of babies, children, adults and elderly and the hotel was perfect for us all. Nice big bright bedrooms, cleaned daily. A huge open pool (with a bar for the adults) and also a pool for the babies which could be watched at all times. There were many other facilities such as squash courts, tennis court, playground, arcades and the entertainment team was still going in the evenings. It was the last week of the season so the hotel was fairly quiet, but everything continued as it did throughout summer. Personally we only booked bed and breakfast so I dint try evening meals. It was pretty standard, nothing to shout about, when we got bored there are plenty of other cafe's etc around. Food was also served by the pool at lunch time, again standard, chicken, chips, pizza... However the hotel was perfect, good location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone and would come back again. Thank you for having us all!More
Lovely hotel, great pool
We stayed here in July 2016 - this is a fantastic hotel, the rooms were lovely. The pool is very good (and there are plenty of organised pool activities if you like that sort of thing). Breakfast was incredible - so many choices of hot and cold items. Pancakes and omelettes cooked fresh in front of you! Staff were really polite and helpful. Really nothing to complain about. WiFi worked well. It's about a 15-20 min walk along the coastline to Paphos harbour - very nice in the evenings when it is a bit cooler. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel with regular buses to the Harbour and the Water Park (which is also well worth a visit). * A good tip is because the Avanti is on the outer edge of Paphos on the airport side, the coach transfer is one of the first stops on arrival and one of the last pick ups for departure! *More
