This place is only five minutes' walk from Paphos' beach and 20 from the restaurants at the harbour. There's a great pool, too, which comes with a waterfall and lazy river.
The Avanti Village’s main draw is its pool scene. In the heart of the gardens is an enormous lagoon-style pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar. There’s also a miniature lazy river, which the little ones can float down on inflatables.
On the food front, breakfast features everything from cereals and yogurts to fry-ups. Dinner, meanwhile, comes courtesy of the nearby Avanti Hotel. There’s plenty of choice, including children’s selections and lots of ice-creams and desserts.

Excellent self catering, friendly staff, great location
We stayed in October 2014 and couldn't have been happier. The apartment was excellent with everything you needed for a self catering stay. Really good facilities, very spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in a ground floor apartment in between the pool and the village. The cleaning staff were friendly, very professional and left us alone if we wanted to sleep in late. Great bars and restaurants onsite and a short walk beyond the village for more restaurants, pubs and bars. We never had a bad meal, it was of excellent quality. The only minor criticism was that the pool was very shallow but this is a family hotel so I understand why. Additionally, if you're going with no children and want a bit of peace and quiet avoid school holidays. We went outside of the school holidays but these apartments are clearly aimed at the family market and there was still a lot of children there. It didn't bother us though they were all well behaved and the atmosphere amongst guests, families and couples alike was very friendly. The management were excellent and the welcome evening that they put on was just that - very welcoming. Paphos itself was lovely. It had something for everyone, great historical sites, tons of great places to eat, a fantastic (and cheap) bus service to get out and about. We didn't explore the beach too much (well not at all really) but from hearing from others it isn't brilliant. All in all a fantastic holiday. We don't often return to the same place but we're planning to come back again this year because we loved it so much. Can't wait.More

Staff friendly and made you feel like at home! We went half board and Paphos harbour is 15 mind walk away or bus is â¬1.50 single or â¬3.00 return or â¬5.00 for a day return! Just booked another holiday with the Avanti see you again in September! Keep up the good work see you soon! More
Great pool - rooms basic but clean
We travelled as a family in October half term 2014. The apartment blocks are well set out, go for a first floor room. Even if you love cats they are everywhere so you need to be on the first floor, plus the views are better. Rooms are quite basic compared to four star accommodation we have stayed at in the canaries or Malta but kitchen is well equipped. We didn't really use it as we went bed and breakfast which I would recommend. Pool is great. Huge size so you can play ball games without getting in the way of others ( at this time of year). Some good restaurants nearby where we tended to spend the evening as the hotel bar was pretty dead in the evening. The sister hotel had entertainment which we tried once but not up to much. Pathos town easy to get to by taxi or bus. Hotel shop very expensive so if you are self catering go to the supermarket near the bus station in the town.More

Hotel grounds and pool are well kept. Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. 5 minute walk to beach. This hotel is listed as a 4star but because the rooms are in need of an update would say more of a 3star plus. But overall a nice hotelMore

Review of Avanti Village Apartments.
This was our fourth time of staying at Avanti Village and we always enjoy it very much. We always go in September the weather is still hot 30 dec, plenty of room in the pool, the apartments are big inside large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony all of witch are kept very clean. The staff were brilliant always very helpful, good supermarkets at each end of the complex and restaurants right at the end of the apartments. There is a lot more restaurants to choose from just down the road towards the harbor,at the harbor there is also restaurants along the front that are good. In our room we made use of the free wifi we had no problems with once connected,we will be returning again next year.More
