The Avanti Village is geared up nicely for families, ticking off a huge pool, a lazy river, and a close-to-the-beach location.
It only takes five minutes to walk from this hotel to the honey-hued sands of Pachyammos Beach. A further 15 will land you on the water’s edge, in Paphos’ bar and restaurant-lined harbour.
The property has the look of a typical Mediterranean village – think low-rise, terracotta-tiled buildings and a clock tower. The grounds are also peppered with chunky palm trees and leafy shrubs.

Amazing place! Good location
This place was amazing! The staff were very friendly and put on great poolside activities for all ages. I enjoyed the water gymnastics and enjoyed watching others enjoy the other things. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Showers were a very good temperature considering 4 of us were using it. Good wifi connection at all points of the hotel. English plugs sockets. Only £10 for a taxi to pathos town or about a 20minute walk. Food at the cafe was amazing! Such big portions you could easily share a lunch. Pizzas were incredible. Great weeks holiday with many excursions to try. The wave dancer boat trip I would highly recommendMore
We really loved this place I traveled with my 1 year old and 17 year old, the village is big well maintained and clean, we arrived late at night and the apartment was spacious and very clean a bottle of water was waiting in the fridge for us there was also a high chair and travel cot,the air con was much needed and the bed was very comfy .Pool area was very big and had a covered play area for little ones it was also kept very clean .Our board was bed and breakfast and the food was very nice there was a variety of English and continental food. We ate out most nights in a variety of restaurants with varying prices but the restaurant Tea For Two was recommended to us which was very affordable the food was great and you got big portions too and it's literally 5 minutes walk away. The beach area is 10 minutes away with a small sandy area . We did a boat trip ,which is cheap to book at the harbour and we caught the bus which is a regular service for €1.50. All in all we had a fab week and I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have young children.More
Lovely week. Great facilities.
We were looking for a fairly low cost self catering holiday and asked for something family friendly but not too big and busy. This was right on the mark for us. Things are maybe starting to look a little tired around the edges but that wasn't an issue. Apartments were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff very pleasant. It was a great base to go into paphos and we hired a car for a few days to explore further afield. The pool area is great and was never overly busy during our stay. We were there with our 3 year old and she loved it. I'd highly recommend this resort. More
" Superb First Visit "
Stayed for 10 nights at the Avanti Village at the beginning of July and was an excellent holiday from the minute we checked in to the time we departed. Quick and simple check in with our bags took to our rooms by the Porter. We had requested a first floor apartment which we got. Most apartments are in blocks of 4. Rooms were very spacious and we had a decent view of the pool which was a bonus. Breakfast was a buffet selection with plenty of choice.Animation team were excellent around the pool with archery, darts, water volleyball, water gym and water polo all there if you wanted to participate. An abundance of restaurants and bars on offer only 5-10 mins walk away with tons more at the Harbour.Bus service in Paphos is very frequent and there is all plenty of taxis. Great place to stay in PaphosMore
a good place to stay
just returned from the avanti village, a good place to stay, one bedroom apartments are basic but have everything you need, free air con, free wifi, we stayed half board and the food was excellent, vast choices available . my only reason they did not get 5 star from me is that at breakfast the pancakes and croissants were uncovered every day allowing the birds to help themselves !!!! NOT GOOD.... cover the food over ..PLEASE. i dont want to eat food that sparrows have been pecking at. Vast amounts of sunbeds, never an issue to get one any time of the day, 20 mins walk to harbour with lots of shops, bars and restaurants or get a bus from road to harbour from 1.50 euro, they run every 15 minutes, lovely bars and restauantants, cafes and pubs in vicinity so you dont have to walk far for anythng, check out time is 12 noon, but expensive to keep your room just for a few hours longer, facilities can be used at both the village and the avanti hotel which is next door, Renata works very hard in the restaurant for evening meals, could do with more staff to take drinks orders as she was the only one doing it, smart casual wear to be worn, i would return here for sureMore
