This place is only five minutes' walk from Paphos' beach and 20 from the restaurants at the harbour. There's a great pool, too, which comes with a waterfall and lazy river.
The Avanti Village’s main draw is its pool scene. In the heart of the gardens is an enormous lagoon-style pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar. There’s also a miniature lazy river, which the little ones can float down on inflatables.
On the food front, breakfast features everything from cereals and yogurts to fry-ups. Dinner, meanwhile, comes courtesy of the nearby Avanti Hotel. There’s plenty of choice, including children’s selections and lots of ice-creams and desserts.

Excellent pool and apartments, great for children, friendly staff
We have stayed at the Avanti Village several times and the children love it, the pool is of a great size and the staff very friendly. Paphos is a great place to explore and the centre/harbour is a 15 minute walk along the sea front. There a loads of restaurants nearby so you wonât be spoilt for choice. The complex is well laid out with one story blocks within gardens. The staff canât do enough for you, during our stay my daughter celebrated her 9th Birthday and when we returned from the pool the staff had left a Birthday cake in the fridge a really memorable moment for a 9 year old.More

Excellent self catering, friendly staff, great location
We stayed in October 2014 and couldn't have been happier. The apartment was excellent with everything you needed for a self catering stay. Really good facilities, very spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in a ground floor apartment in between the pool and the village. The cleaning staff were friendly, very professional and left us alone if we wanted to sleep in late. Great bars and restaurants onsite and a short walk beyond the village for more restaurants, pubs and bars. We never had a bad meal, it was of excellent quality. The only minor criticism was that the pool was very shallow but this is a family hotel so I understand why. Additionally, if you're going with no children and want a bit of peace and quiet avoid school holidays. We went outside of the school holidays but these apartments are clearly aimed at the family market and there was still a lot of children there. It didn't bother us though they were all well behaved and the atmosphere amongst guests, families and couples alike was very friendly. The management were excellent and the welcome evening that they put on was just that - very welcoming. Paphos itself was lovely. It had something for everyone, great historical sites, tons of great places to eat, a fantastic (and cheap) bus service to get out and about. We didn't explore the beach too much (well not at all really) but from hearing from others it isn't brilliant. All in all a fantastic holiday. We don't often return to the same place but we're planning to come back again this year because we loved it so much. Can't wait.More

This year my husband, our son and I will be returning for the fifth consecutive year and have always had a wonderful holiday at the Avanti Village. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the facilities for families are brilliant. The staff are attentive and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool area is well maintained, and there is daily entertainment for all ages. Everything is geared towards families which suits us perfectly a our son is happy and safe within the grounds of the village. We have always had excellent value for money for an eleven night stay here, and the village is within walking distance of the town of Paphos, which has many great bars and restaurants. All in all its a superb place to visit if you need kids kept busy and/or want a relaxing visit in gloriously hot sunshine. We can't wait to go back! An addition this year which was great was wifi all around the pool area which made a big difference,.More

Great family holiday
Hi all just a quick review on the avanti village a brilliant place for a cheapish but good value for money stay in paphos the rooms are spacious and have all the cooking equipment u need for a self catering holiday breakfast u can add for a small cost 4 euros at my time but we tended to have breakfast on the balcony area. The pool area is great with a small lazy river an a park for the little ones has loads of games for adults an children throughout the day dinner time you can have anything you like at the restaurant but if your on a budget we had pizza an fries for 5 a few times 12 euros for that so reasonable for Cyprus . The coastle path is just across the road and will take around 30 mins to walk it to the harbour great at sunset there's a few bars if u need a drink or the buses are very frequent all in all great stay at the avanti going back this year an they are giving us 15 percent off the bar bill bonus. P.s left my iPhone in reception when waiting for the coach for the airport on return thought it was gone tried the phone reception at the avanti answered they sent it back great staff especially Zoe thanks for the phone.
