On arrival our check in was very quick. and we were served a cold drink which was nice. The room was nice enough but very small. They had put an extra bed in (one bed was old it hurt my back)and it was blocking the entrance to the small balcony. At first i didn't not mind this until i realised that the bed could not be pushed over nearer to mine as the bedside drawer was in the way and we didn't have room to pass by at the end. We manged though. The bedspreads were so long we kept tripping over them at the end. The food was good and there was variety. Didn't like the way we had to wait to be seated. I was continuously seated away from the front until i had to query it. You had to wait for someone to come round and ask you what you wanted to drink and put down your room number.....i thought this was strange as we had bands on for all inclusive. I found the service very business like and not as friendly as i would have liked,,,,no smiles. I had two complaints in the first week of a two week holiday. 1st being i was left waiting for drinks twice. i waited and waited and was continuously passed by even though i was trying to gesture to the waiter. I sent my daughter over to him to ask him to serve us which he replied "i will come in a minute! we waited and waited again. I sent my daughter again, by this time our dinner had finished and no sign of a drink. He told her to go and sit down, she came back and said "Mum that man is furious with me"....he never came. 2nd complaint was the lock on our room was a bit temperamental, the cleaner came in while we were the and i shut the door while she cleaned the Bathroom. She said bye to us and couldn't get out. I told her is was a bit stuck so she said something about reporting it. Wasn't sure if she meant me or her because of language barrier. Anyway i reported it and nobody came for a week. i was not that bother until i sent my children up to the room ahead of me because one was in a hurry to go to the loo. 5 minutes later i go up and they are both stuck in there. My boy on the loo so cannot help her open the stuck door so she was crying. I said pass me the key under the door which she did and i opened and went straight down to report it. Reception tried to blame me when i said this is a safety issue if we cant get out in case of fire, they went on to try and blame me for leaving them (5 minutes) they are 13 and 9. 1 hour later still no joy till another couple complained on my behalf and the Manager came up with me. Never listened to my complaint and tried to take the room key to get a new one. I had to shut the door to explain its not the key but the lock, by this time the lock had truly broken and we were all stuck in. Best thing really as within 5 minutes help came and the room door was fixed. Complimentary chocolate was left but no apology. Loved the hotel but they need to be a bit more considerate and friendly. I ask many holiday makers what they thought and they say the same. its a nice place and wouldn't mind going back but training is needed to learn how to talk to people. It their holiday after all. Another thing before i forget. I went for my 50th as i had a serious illness last year and wanted to celebrate life with my children. there was a note from the Travel agent saying this was to celebrate my birthday......not mentioned at all although celebrations for birthdays were carried out there and encouraged in the advert, but just not for me.More

Just returned after a lovely week of chilling out and swimming at the Atlantica Oasis hotel.
Pool was lovely - clean, plenty of sunbeds, pool bar was well staffed and staff were lovely - even paul who was obviously new but trying his best bless him!!
Kids club - Johanna and the one with a bob, (cant remember her name) actually Ilkl say all of the kids club staff were fantastic! my kids loved the activities and still go on about pirate day! It was nice to see some formalities like filling out forms and signing the kids in and out - so we felt that the kids were being properly looked after by responsible adults who obviously enjoy their job and have had proper training.
Food - BBQ is a must! restaurant food was fantastic! Dont know how the pancake lady managed to keep up with the demand. Other reviewers say she should smile more. She does smile ffs! but give her a break, shes got a hell of a job going there that needs her full attention - she does the fried eggs too sometimes. The cherry jam is amazing! Im a convert!
Rooms - clean, comfy, modern, balcony was small, but who wants to sit at the balcony all day?! Beds were super comfy. Slept so well in :-)
Mocha cafe - again staff are lovely. food is lush! coffee is decent (doue egberts) so I was happy!
Entertainment - The queen tribute was fantastic! my kids are big queen fans, so they sang along - my youngest daughter now wants to be a holiday entertainer! I missed the ninjas but am told that they were amaing. the comedian/magician wasnt as good as I hoped tbh (too many sexual innuendos and very un pc for my liking; kids are still up after the kids disco, so I felt the rude remarks were uncalled for and innapropriate.)
Cocktails - I only managed to try the blue lagoon and the tropical champagne - both were lovely - 2 blue lagoons were enough; theyre strong!More
We have visited Cyprus a number of times but this was our first visit to this hotel.
Wanted a week to relax and recharge the batteries, would recommend this hotel just what we needed, great staff very helpful and food was exceptional, high quality and a vast choice and this also included the drinks..
Loved the pools, something to suit all ages, from the kids pool complete with Pirate ship, Adult only pool and the main pool where the entertainment took place
Entertainment team worked hard, ranging from Aqua aerobics, to Quizzes in the afternoon, something to suit all. Evening entertainment consisted of kids disco for families with children, and music in the adult only bar which was great .
If you are looking for a great beach then don't think this would be for you, sandy beach was a bus ride away, beach within walking distance. Few shops within walking distance , a few bars and McDonald's..
The Hotel is in a peaceful location that suited us, Limassol harbour was a short bus ride away, bus fare was only 1.50 euros each way the old town was well worth a visit.
We enjoyed our spring break and would go back without hesitation, great hotel and exceptional staff.More
We visited Hotel Atlantica Oasis from the 12th-19th of June and had such a fab holidays.
When we arrived we were greated with a nice cold drink and staff took our bags to our room.
The rooms are quite spacious and modern! We had the front of the hotel view and could see the sea which was nice!
The weather was amazing all the way through from 28 right up to mid 30s. The hotel it's self is very clean and there are 2 pools, one for families and another that is adult only. It was sometimes difficult to get a lounger due to the hotel getting busier but they have brought it that towels cannot reserve loungers before 8am and if a lounger is left unattended for over 1 hour, towels will be removed.
The food at the hotel was lovely, nice roasts such a lamb, pork, beef and turkey. Good choice of salads and nice stuff for the kids. You can get snacks through the day too like sausage rolls and pizzas and icecreams! Couldn't fault it!
The staff make this hotel. They are so organised and friendly and will do anything for you! The adult pool manager is the nicest guy ever! The waitresses are super friendly and the activities team always have things on through the day and night for kids and adults.
The shows at night were okay, but we spent most of the nights in the zeta bar which is adult only. They have good singers and karaoke.
Be careful when ordering some cocktails however as we noticed on a few occasions they did not put alcohol in them and we had to take them back. You can't order more than 2 drinks at a time either.
The area where the hotel is based is a five min walk from the beach but we were told the nicer beaches were a little drive away.
There wasn't much around the hotel, one or two pubs but they seemed to be quiet so we just stayed in the hotel.
We also went into old Limassol town and visited the old castle! This was lovely and if you go to the top you can see the whole of limassol and the marina!
Be careful where you venture however as we took a wrong turn and ended up in an area full of graffiti which stated "refugees welcome, tourists f.off!"
On the last day we extended our room so we could use it utill 6pm. Even when we checked out the staff stated that we are able to eat and drink as normal until we were picked up.
Overall, the holiday was so lovely. It was super relaxed and friendly and the weather couldn't have been any better!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a chilled family fun, couple relaxed holiday! We can't wait to go back!More
