This place gets the balance between adult-focused and child-friendly just right.
There’s a yin and yang to this place. There’s a quiet adults pool and a pirate one for children. Then there’s an adults-only bar, and a hotel-run kids’ club from May 2016. And the outdoor cinema that appeals to all.

We have recently had a week at this hotel on the 8th - 15th may. This is our 2nd visit as we also had a week this time last year.
In all we had another brilliant week at this hotel just a couple of negatives this year.
1st of all the positives, the hotel staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. On check in i told the reception staff this was our 2nd time at this hotel, because of this they gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary safe. Our room was amazing and so clean. The cleaners were lovely and even put a minnie mouse balloon in our room for when we got back from the pool for our baby girl which I thought was a nice touch. The restaurant staff were brilliant again and the blonde lady that seated us every night is so lovely. She always took the time to talk to my kids regardless how busy she was.
The main negative for me was the entertainment team!! They were dreadful! There was no imagination what so ever. The kids disco is the same everynight by day 2 my son refused to join in (last year we didn't see him as the team were brill). The daytime entertainment is the same everyday. I felt the entertainment team only talked to certain people they didn't make the effort with everyone. The evening entertainment was OK when people came into the hotel to put on a show. Paul Thomas was brill. When the in house entertainers put on a show I would advise just going to bed as they are dreadful and cannot sing between them! 1 of the reasons for our return was based on last year's entertainment team as they were brill so we were really disappointed this year!
We would return to this hotel again as we love everything else about the hotel I just hope by the time we return there is a much better entertainment team!! More
Best friends wedding
We stayed here on 15th may for 1 week for friends wedding. Rooms were nice, cleaned daily. Food was lovely too, plenty of choice for every pallet. Entertainment was 'ok' but Paul Thomas was by far the best entertainment of the week! Staff were lovely, and helpful too. More
Excellent as always
This was the second time this year I have stopped at this hotel and I am a regular guest each year as I like it that much.
Where to start is very difficult.
The hotel seemed a lot busier than it normally is maybe due to the incident in tunisia which resulted in a struggle for sunbeds. This is normally fine but the hotel are trying to look at the situation by removing any towels that are put down before 8am reserving beds. This resulted in guests going down getting their beds and waiting till 8 then going for breakfast, though the removal is not done every day.
Restaurant is clean and to show that the hotel managment are listening to its guests and reviews this year it had a resident cleaner in there sweeping up food that was dropped by people. To prevent any accidents with people slipping on them.
It is managed very well by Chris who shows you to your table and Agneiska, the staff do a very good job in here.
It has 3 bars in the hotel the pool bar opening at 10am for drinks and ice creams and the mocca bar opening at 10:30 for snacks, sandwiches, cake and drinks. No spirits are available form here but you can get a beer from here. Both of these bars close at 18:00 hrs.
The zeta bar is adult only and to accomodate guests using the adult pool it now opens at 10am and All inclusive stops at midnight the bar closes at 00:30. Adults with children seen inside the adult bar will be asked to move outside, but there is seating outside with an outdoor cinema showing movies.
Rooms are clean and tidy with a maid service monday to saturday, Sunday is the maids day off. Hairdriers are included in the bathroom and all rooms have a tv and aircon in them. A safe is available at a charge.
BBQ and a la carte nights are available but you have to book this, which can be done on a new electronic booking desk.
Sorry forgot to post this back in January last year ð±ðMore
I can't understand all the good reviews about this so called four star hotel,as it should only be three,I was staying with
my disabled mother and brother, and our first problem was the lifts there the smallest ever so getting in and out was very tight so we needed to remove the foot rests every time, our room was a twin room with a sofa bed so not much room to move, the first full day there was no sun beds available and our night there was no entertainment so we found our self's in our room watching TV,food was terrible no choice at all some food was raw pork uncooked chicken was the same, dirty plates in restaurant, or no plates at all same with the coffee and tea cups, staff very slow to clear and then tidy up tables, drinks didn't come until we had finished our meal,no where to go outside of hotel we were told to pay 40 euro for two extra hours to get changed and showered before leaving and payed another 30 euro to put passports in safe, and received nothing back,we will not be returning to this so called four star hotel complete rubbish More

Lovely hotel and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. On our last day which was very hot one of them fetched a drink from the cafe for us t and the other kept us company till our transfer bus arrived. The room was very nice with a small balcony and plenty of storage space but i would have liked tea and coffee facilities as a cup of coffee before breakfast is good before you go to the busy dining room. The food was lovely, varied and well cooked. i liked the crepes at breakfast and the fruit tarts are to die for.Location is fine and quieter than on the main street but still minutes away from shops and local bus services. The entertainment was a bit boring and did not last for long after the bingo. We went on a trip called Noahs ark which i loved especially the catamaran trip. The zoo in Paphos has many rare birds but the parrot show was a bit disappointing as it was very short and just the same as the many we have seen before. Wear a sun hat and drink plenty of water if going there Hotel sauna was not working for a few days. Excellent tennis courts, small indoor gym but the indoor pool was cold but as the weather was good this was not used much.My husband said everything was good in the hotel. i liked the fact that the bus was kept cool on trips and i loved the organised de luxe water trip as the food was great and the scenery is lovely. We had a pool and mountain view from our room and the lights at night were beautiful. All in all the best European holiday we have had in the 15 years of European breaks. Thomas Cook staff were really polite, helpful and efficient. and i would recommend the hotel to anyone and we plan on going back in the fuiure.More
