There’s a yin and yang to this place. There’s a quiet adults pool and a pirate one for children. Then there’s an adults-only bar, and a hotel-run kids’ club from May 2016. And the outdoor cinema that appeals to all.
Location-wise, shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away, and the old town is about a 10-minute drive. You can be on the beach in just a couple of minutes.

So me and my friend picked this hotel having seeing the good reviews and being recommended by the thomson agent. Was so excited and looked forward to it!
As we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with welcome drinks and was able to use the restaurant still as we arrived late in the evening.. about 8pm. So that was a great start! Staff even took our luggage up to the rooms so we didnt have to do anything! simple quick and easy check in! As we headed for our room I could kinda see why now⦠lifts were TINY!!! Literally could only fit 3/4 people in⦠and some people who only lived on the 1st or 2nd floor still used the lift! Where as we were on the 5th.
Room was great⦠tidy, clean and had a great pool view. Only issue was i guess the frosty window of the bathroom⦠we're friends not lovers! So it was a bit awkward every time one of us needed the toilet or went for the shower because you could see pretty much.
Next day we decided to use the spa facility for a good scrubb and a massage before tanning. They had some special offers going on which was great we thought we would go for and they said they could fit us in straight away which was great! they literally strip you down to just disposable bikini bottoms and unable to keep your own bikini on not even the top. So it was a bit awkward being naked infront of someone else. After the scrub and washed down thinking of which massage to go for the staff said it was done.. confused that we also wanted a massage they advised they had no more time!! They could have advised earlier rather than just going for one treatment as we just wanted to get it all done with in one⦠so that was quite rude and disappointing.
Restaurant food was great! had lots of varieties each day⦠so that was great compared to other all inclusive i have previously stayed at. However the sandwiches and pastries in the cafe were overly dry⦠It was quite annoying how you had to sign for each drink you got as well at the bar⦠even for a bottle of water! I think we remembered our room number after 2nd time.
Now on the the open toilets in the lobby and ball room⦠we were watching the entertainment one night and went to the toilet however before going i saw something huge on the floor⦠and then it flew!!! I screamed! it was a giant cockroach! Thinking that inside a 4* hotel the cleanliness would be fine but that really brought the whole rating down!! Hotel needs to look into that!
Finally the entertainment⦠my my my⦠literally dont expect anything from it! Because it was just boring! For a family hotel you would think of something for everyone to keep everyone entertained but i think it just bored 90% people there! As it was bingo every night or they played old boring movies⦠its pretty much lazy organised entertainment. The entertainment staff really need to try more with better ideas of entertainment and try to define the word what entertainment really means as i was so disaapointed and bored which left us in our room every night by 8pm watching fox movies in bed! that was more interesting than what they provided.More

- the pool closing at 6 pm.
- boring ordering system at tables and coffee, juice and milk only at breakfast.
- building is old
- "nothing" around hotel. Closed/for sale shops and buildings.
- not the best beach. Small.

very good holiday
Rooms spacious and well appointed. We had a room on the 4th floor. The lift is 'cosy'.
The hotel rooms and grounds were kept very clean and tidy. Food was good/very good. Very good variety but some of the quality was poor (i.e. the beef), but the lamb was very good. Local dishes offered and were excellent. Went to the specialty restaurants, Fish BBQ and the Al a Carte which were both good, would like to have gone again
On arrival, very late in the evening, we were offered a welcome drink, then shown to the dining room where sandwiches etc were offered to us whilst our luggage was taken to our room.
Reception staff and entertainment team were excellent. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.
The only downside was that the dress code in the evening for dinner was not adhered to. Some guests dress code left a lot to be desired!!!!!!, like singlets and shorts. Did speak to the restaurant Manager about this.
WiFi available in some rooms depending where you are in hotel but mainly in reception areas.
We understand the antiquated system for ordering drinks is being reviewed and may be modernised next season
The area around hotel is a little tired, but shops and bars are within a few minutes walk. Bus (no. 30) goes into Limassol and there is a daily bus to and from the waterpark. Taxis are plentyful.
Overall the hotel and staff get a 10 out of 10 from us.More

Great hotel and staff
We visited this hotel for a week from 21 sept.
From the time we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great, plenty of choice. Resturant staff were quick and efficient, the only criticism was we were only asked once if we would like drinks.
The room was clean and tidy and towels changed regularly.
We never had a problem getting a sunbed, even though people were reserving at ridiculous times.
All in all would totally recommend this hotel and location. We had never been to Cyprus before and the Cypriot people are so welcoming. We will be returning.More

We went here for my daughters wedding this time but have stayed here before
We had a great holiday, the staff was so helpful, reception staff couldn't do enough for us and made our stay so welcoming that most of our family members are going back next year. The food is great so much choice. Location is brilliant the beach is just a 5 min walk across the road. The gym is a modern one with good equipment in it. The pools are clean. I can't recommend this hotel highly enoughMore
