This place gets the balance between adult-focused and child-friendly just right.
There’s a yin and yang to this place. There’s a quiet adults' pool and a pirate one for children. Then there’s an adults-only bar, and a hotel-run kids’ club.
Location-wise, shops and restaurants are a five-minute walk away, and the old town is about a 10-minute drive. You can be on the small beach in just a couple of minutes.

If you write a bad review of this hotel then you must just be one of those people never satisfied!
Firstly the food is AMAZING! There is always something you'll like, loads of different choice and it's hot, I think I put on a stone in weight from the delicious desserts! Secondly the hotel staff are really friendly and we stayed at the hotel 4 and 5 years ago and many of the original staff are still there. The entertainment is OK, they have a selection of external acts and the reps putting on shows - the dance group with the fire are incredible and the singing duo 'JD' were very good. I know some people thought the entertainment finished too early but as it's a family hotel I liked it as kids need sleep (there is an adult bar for anyone wanting to stay up later). We had upgraded our room so had a really modern suite with a separate room for our littlen (two TV's too which is always handy whilst the boys are waiting for Mum to get ready). The queuing for your drinks is also a really good idea, it's efficient and ensures no-one just barges to the bar, talking of barging there are quite a few Russians who might need to work on their manners but that's not the hotels fault! In respect of sunbeds, unless you go to an exclusive resort, you show me a hotel where you don't have to get up early to get the best spot! The hotel should change the time back to 8am as that worked better, but there will always be people who reserve beds and then disappear all day! We met some great people, the weather was amazing, the food is lovely, our room was brilliant with robes, slippers and really fluffy towels (changed every day except Sundays) and we had a brilliant time. Thanks Atlantica Oasis :-)More
Totally brilliant holiday at this hotel, the room was very well presented and cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent polite staff whether that be the reception staff, bar workers, or cleaning staff will defiantly be returning when we come back to Cyprus. Excellent pool areas even though the sun loungers are limited and you needed to be fast to get one lol. I would recommend the Meze, BBQ and Al A Carte nights brilliant food tasted so nice. Tried the Italian night but wasn't to our taste. Markella and Mapia who work on the outdoor bar are exceptional at their jobs and are an asset to this hotel, really polite and well mannered and knew exactly how to do their jobs. The entertainment was ok but I have seen better but still enjoyed it. Overall a great holiday experience. Thank you. More
Good family holiday
The entertainment staff are fantastic, they work so hard to make your holiday go with a swing, The food was good, plenty to choose from, the restaurant has plenty of tables, and the system they have re, ordering drinks at meal times works well, they have a section of children's food, which is good, the beds are very comfortable, all in all a good hotel to stay at.More
Don't stay here, the hotel should come with a warning!
I'm not one for writing or even reading reviews as I believe your holiday is what you make it, however on this occasion I feel I must warn other people who are planning of thinking or choosing this hotel. We arrived for an 11 night stay and well aware it was the children's holidays but never anticipated the amount of children that would be here, it is a family hotel catering for larger families so don't think your in for quiet holiday if your a couple or small family, the kids are jumping off the bridge into the pool (even though it states no diving) the pool attendant can be found on his mobile sat next to the bar. Children are chasing down the corridors late at night and making a noise. The hotel itself is a bad 3 star, the holiday company sold it to me as a four star so you can imagine our disappointment when we arrived, the rooms are disgusting and not cleaned, they change your towels every 3 days. I had to ask for the floor to be swept and moped. There was thick dust and hair all over the room. Air conditioning was not working and the shower goes of after 5/6 seconds constantly. The pool had a rim of scum around it . Totally not acceptable when people are spending money on a holiday. The indoor pool is not maned and the staff in the spa are rude. None of the staff look happy to be working at this establishment, the outside bar area is beyond words, just terrible. The cocktails are watered down and the beer is flat. The food was just manageable and thank goodness there were restaurants outside of the hotel to eat in. The staff in the hotel shop are beyond rude and I even called the hotel manager to act on my behalf when an issue arised over a faulty sun lounger bought at the hotel shop. The management try and police the sun lounger reserving that goes on each morning, but to no avail, it's just a game, snooze you loose! There aren't enough beds for the amount of guests. People were reserving beds at 6am and sitting on them until 7 when they can then be reserved. (Don't expect a lie in.) I asked our rep if we could change hotels to be told I would have to pay again, roughly £2,500 and I would need to sort my own transfers on top of that! Shocking service from the TUI staff and the hotel should not even be advertised on the website nor sold as a four star.More
Just got back from a week all inclusive at this hotel. Rooms are clean well maintaned with a modern tv with UK and international channels rooms have UK and European plug sockets. Bathrooms fine. Showers can go a bit mad at busy times 6pm. Balcony is soon small tho fit 2 people on it at a squeeze. Food/ restaurants This is where the hotel is at its best We've done many All Inclusive hotels across the world and the food here out rates all of them great selection of food in the main buffet restaurants always hot. There are also a la carte, Italian, mezze, bbq and typical cypirate nights that have to be pre booked at the machine opp reception. We did mezze, now and cypirate nights all top quality food. The mocha cafe is open in daytime doing coffees fresh sandwiches cakes sausages rolls and pastries Bars The hotel has 3 bars 1 adults only in doors at night, the main pool bar and also a bar by the adults only/ evening entertainment area. You are only allowed as many drinks as there are ppl in your room you have to order them at a till and then take your receipt around to serving side to get them may seem a bit of a pain but works well and don't get people pushing in. All bar staff and table servers very friendly and can't do enough for you constantly cleaning. Pools we only used the main one so comment on others. Main issue was sunbeds if you wasnt down and "reserved" yours by 7am you would struggle to get 2 or more together if you put your towels down and left before 7 they removed the towels but after this time they didn't care the amount of people who disappeared back to bed at this time was shocking. Personally the hotel shouldn't allow people to the pool area or put towels down till 8/8.30 am. Pools ok but for the amount of people who are here in high peak not big enough especially when the entertainment team take over most of it for Waterpolo or volleyball. Also get strong smells of drains in this area. Pool towels can be changed daily at the gym. Entertainment. The team in general were ok but didn't do too much interaction with guest like telling people where activities are or just p.r.stuff like saying hello asking if ok. The girls seemed good at there jobs special mention for Georgia and Also the 2 finnish tui reps who did alot. Got to say wasn't keen on the male hotel entertainet Chay it seemed everything he did was about him and not the guests be it activities, night entertainment or kids disco. Location Not along round here to be honest a few bars and shops on main road to right and a mcs and fair to left. Beach is rubbish not worth a visit. Hotel and reps say to visit st Rafaels by bus 10 mins away but this isn't that great to be honest. Overall I wouldn't come back here but would use the company in a different location More
