The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.
This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the sand in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the shoreline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.
Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.
Start your day with a buffet breakfast at Thalassa, and if you are going on an excursion, you can request to have an early breakfast. Lunch is an extensive buffet of snacks, salads, home-made burgers, pizzas and sandwiches, with a special menu for children. Come evening, there's another delicious buffet spread, with themed nights and an extensive wine menu for you to choose from. To top off the dishes on offer, you'll be able to enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. Gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant for evening meals.
These light and airy twin rooms come with a balcony for that bit of fresh air. They have an extra bed. And you'll also find free Wi-Fi, a minibar*, a flatscreen TV, and air-conditioning that's available from May - October.

Hotel has a very grand entrance and comfy indoor seating area with large sofas.
Room was clean but standard. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Much quieter in the annex where we were as the main hotel overlooking the sea was over the entertainment so if you wanted an early night I would imagine this not possible.
Large variety of food which is a buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Different cuisines each night but always children's foods such as chips, chicken etc.
Beach area nice (very pebbly beaches though so make sure u wear flip flops!)
However - the local area is not nice!! Dirty back streets and shops with beggers in doorways.
Quite a way from most things (harbour, shopping etc so either hire a car or take plenty for travel costs!).
However, if you just want to stay put and sunbathe it's great with the option of a kids pool, a mixed pool, a quiet adult only pool and it's own beach. More
Just back from this hotel,we had a fantastic time from the minute we arrived we got spoiled cold towel to freshen up and a glass of champagne we went all inclusive and upgraded to a sea veiw room which I would highly recommend the views are uu. You also get a bottle of wine and a fruit tray in your room another nice touch the food was lovely and we had no trouble finding something to eat there was a good variety of drinks on offer at the bar some lovely cocktails to choose from the bar staff were all lovely attending to people in the pool area as well as in the bar area it was my partners birthday when we were there we went out all day .when we came back there was a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket and a birthday cake for her set out in the room another lovely touch some of the guests in the hotel didn't have any manners clicking there fingers at the waiters especially when they are serving someone else . they never took longer than a couple of minutes to get to you so no need to be impatient .we would definitely go back againMore
Good hotel, could be excellent with a few tweaks
We have just returned from a much needed week away at this hotel. The hotel is set on a small pebbly beach about 5 Km from centre of Limassol. We stayed all inclusive.
What we liked: room is a good standard, immaculately clean and with very comfortable beds. We stayed on the side with a town view but if you can stretch to a sea view I believe it would be worth it because the views were excellent. The whole site is very clean, sun beds are plentiful with staff around the pool only too willing to bring out extra beds and to site them for you. The views from the terrace are out to sea which was lovely. Food was of a very good standard and we enjoyed all our meals. Dinner menu is themed and so offered variety.
Service at the Asteria bar was excellent, with waitress service to tables. The hotel put on a gala dinner in the Mermaid restaurant which was a good way of getting to know other residents and was a nice touch.
TVs in rooms offered BBC and ITV which wasn't expected but welcome.
What could be improved - service in the restaurant was a little disorganised, staffed by a number of older waiters who were slow and appeared disinterested. If you were able to get a waiter to acknowledge your occupied table then requests for drinks were responded to well. However waiters didn't return to offer a further drink and in most cases getting their attention wasn't easy. Collection of plates after eating was also slow and in many cases waiters seemed to be more interested in making up tables for the following day's breakfast than providing a decent level of service for those who were still dining. The management of the hotel need to acknowledge that these few staff who provide a key service are undermining the efforts of most staff who are providing a really good service and who are trying hard to lift the hotel from good to great.
The fridge in the room was only on a chargeable basis and air conditioning not available until May which made for some warm nights.
We stayed all inclusive but in some cases found the service grudging with constant requests for room numbers and signing of receipts even when ordering only a small bottle of water and despite having wrist bands which are clearly visible.
The above are minor irritations but paled what was overall a good week in a good hotel. I believe with a few tweaks this hotel could be excellent.More
17th May 2016
Hotel was nice and always very clean. Had a Delixe sea view double room in the new building was roomy and bright only downside was air con not switched on until 1st may. As weather was very hot for the time of year approx 32 degrees it was very hot and stuffy , ceiling fans would have been useful or reconsideration to put on air con earlier if weather is very hot. Fridge use was chargeable, although ours was open most were not so keeping water etc cool was an issue.
Plenty of sun beds ,but as usual selfish people left towels on beds even when not using or out for the day. Lots of Russian and other eastern block visitors at the hotel.
Was surprised that people were smoking in the hotel foyer, bars and restaurants which was not pleasant when you are eating.
Food certainly not 5 * more like 3* always something to eat but more like limited canteen food, there were no starters only soup which was disgustng and mostly unedible, so just had a little salad to start, Main meals were mostly bits of meats in sauces with salads, rice or pasta very limited accompaniments otherwise and same for lunch. No display cooking or cooked for you items at any meal.Breakfast same food everyday. Nice bread so topped up limited meals otherwise would have gone hungry. Fried bread and hash browns at breakfast were unedible , over cooked and like rocks so improvements needed .
Drinks in bars etc ok could only get one dunk each per time so everyone needed to go to the bar together even couples .
Entertainment none existent , if there was anything on started at 8pm when most people were eating , what was on was only for around an hour anyway and very poor. Most evenings nothing on at all.
tv in rooms awful, only a couple of English channels and those only for the news , kept freezing and often unable to view at all, no satellite channels for English visitors.
Staff friendly and helpful.
On arrival fruit and wine ( only red!) in the room, but if not eaten just left there to go off.
Also said afternoon tea served but never saw this, there were some limited snacks before lunch and in the afternoon .
I would not give this hotel a 5* rating because of meals and facilities /entertainment etc.
The hotel did provide one al a carte meal which was really nice and probably the best we had at this hotel.
With a little tweaking it could really be a 5* hotel but not currently to this standard
Warning to tourists if you hire a car be very careful going to Troodos mountains silly spread limits mostly 30klm and sneaky police with speed camera's just waiting for tourists .
Having visited Cyprus 3 times in the past it has lost its quaintness now, everywhere is badly over built no nice little beaches to visit between Paphos, Limassol , or right up to Ayia Napa and beyond. So this will be the last time we visit such a shame as was the best island on the Med.More
Dont Know Which Hotel Betsy Stayed At
This hotel was not staffed by mature people as she stated as there were lots of young people serving very energetically at the bars .I would expect that the normal procedure for a mix of board basis is exactly as she describes ie. monitoring people via signature for items to be charged to the guests account, lets face it not all people are honest .We paid for all inclusive and were completely satisfied with the service, atmosphere and food, a holiday atmosphere is what you make it yourselves and if you don't want to join in then don't complain about the hotel being at fault, ok I agree the entertainment wasn't London Palladium standard but then again we didn't expect it. On the subject of food, the choices were very good with lots of variations based on themed nights, the carvery was excellent and the meat very tasty and certainly not dry, the trays of food on offer were topped up frequently by chefs from the kitchen. The snacks throughout the day were for all inclusive guests and often did contain items from lunch for example sausages or potato wedges but as it was for snacking it seemed quite adequate ,we certainly didn't expect fresh food 24 hours a day. To say it was recycled makes it seem as if it were the norm however we found the food wasn't recycled with the exception of a few items as I have identified. The hotel lived up to our expectations and we were treated very well by management and staff alike, they could not have been more helpful .Maria in the dining room was so helpful allowing us to sit ANWHERE we liked ,she is a very good ambassador for the hotel. The bar staff at the pool were very attentive and were there as soon as you had finished your drink. Our room faced the sea and was very nice ok the bathroom could have been slightly updated but was sufficiently adequate for our needs. I sometimes wonder how critics of hotels live at home in their palatial surroundings with young servants and juicy fresh food on tap 24 hours a day I do believe that if criticism is required then it should be given however some people are serial moaners and it gives the totally wrong impression of this very good hotel. The bus service into Limassol centre is very good and regular at !.50 Euros for any length of journey one way is excellent, the bus stop is on the main road 2 minutes walk from the hotel. If your on any board other than all inclusive ask about the happy hour as its not advertised. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the rooms of all inclusive guests. We would have no hesitation in going back to this very good hotel.More
