Atlantica Miramare Beach

The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.

This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the sand in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the shoreline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.

Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.

Great service, not platinum

We are here now in December 2014, the hotel staff are fantastic, the food you are spoilt for choice, the only let down are the standard rooms, I would say they are 3 star quality, you get a good nights sleep but they are basic, apart from this everything is fineMore

Winter Bargain Break

Very good value for the money we paid. Would think it over-priced had we paid the full amount. The reception we received when we arrived was excellent. Cool cloths to freshen you up and a glass of fizz. Made to feel very welcome. Our twin-bedded room was quite nice. Did not like the shower over the bath- the shower curtain was so long you were stood on it. We found this was quite hazardous. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was good. The towels on our first night were lovely very soft and fluffy. The rest of the week they were not good, in fact some were rather frayed and stained. The rep Russ thought we were just unlucky not to get the nice towels. The standard of food was very variable. There was plenty of variety at all meal sittings. The hotel grounds were quite nice. Not very busy while we were here so there was plenty of sun beds. Should imagine it would be very crowded and noisy during the high season. The hotel is about 250 yards to the main road, where you can catch a bus into Limasol. DO NOT GET INTO THE TAXIS you will be warned about the price they charge. We were warned but we thought they meant the taxi rank near the hotel that was very expensive. We were waiting at the bus stop and a taxi stopped and said the cost was 2 euros. The bus price is 1.5 euros each. We got in the taxi and he told us the price again and said it was government set and to look at the price list on the window which was very confusing with night prices and day prices, but by this time he had set off. It cost us 16 euros for approx 3 mile trip. There was entertainment of some sort most nights in the hotel. The price of drinks were expensive and the quality was questionable. The facilities, indoor pool, spa, seemed very nice. We had quite a good time and the weather was very good for December. We did find it rather expensive and the duty free was dearer than local shops. Probably would not go again to Limassol, preferred Paphos.More

Very Good Hotel to Stay in Limassol

I was staying for 2 nights on a business trip in Atlantica Miramare hotel. The hotel staff was very kind from the start and the check-in process went smoothly. My room was on the 4th floor and was facing the sea (room 415) with a nice balcony. The room is pretty large and contains a flat screen TV (not too many channels though), a small sitting area and Wireline & WiFi connection. Also there is a bath in the bathroom (and not a shower, yey :-)) The hotel's breakfast is very rich and anyone can find something to eat. Also the hotel has a very good spa facilities (indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, dry & wet saunas, gym and treatment rooms). The treatments are not cheap, but are of top class (I only had one that was on discount due to December promotion, otherwise I think they are too expensive). The only problem I faced was that you cannot see the hotel from the main road and there are no signs to direct you to it so it's very difficult to find, especially during night time. bottom line: very well facilitated hotel with good value to your moneyMore

Great Break!

We had a most enjoyable two nights all inclusive stay. Sumptuous buffets were provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was an indoor pool, sauna and steam room in the spa area. The outdoor pools with access to the beach were very pleasant areas. Reception and most of the staff were very pleasant but one or two of the bar staff were decidedly off hand and verging on the rude for no apparent reason. Our room had a balcony and sea view with all the usual facilities one would expect of a hotel of this standard - tea and coffee making, bath products, hairdryer. The beds were extremely comfortable. I have only given 4 stars, for a review that could have had 5, because the room was very hot and switching on the air con was not an option as it is centrally 'turned off' for the winter. I know it was December but the weather in Cyprus can be, and was, extremely variable at this time of year. Even with the balcony door wide open all night, it was difficult to sleep.More

Weekend Break

Very impressed with the hotel as a whole. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time but we were welcomed rather than being dismissed and invited to use the bar and have lunch while we waited. Our room was a good size - the bed was comfortable and my partner was very pleased at the tea and coffee making facilities in the room ..... a must for him! We were there on an All Inclusive basis. The choice of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meals was excellent. All I can say is that you'd have to be extremely fussy and picky not to find something you liked. Plus, there were the variety of snacks during the day. Similarly, the available list of drinks for those on All Inclusive was long and varied. Cleanliness was also to a high standard. The Spa area was busy but well equipped. Will definitely return!More
