The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.
This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the sand in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the shoreline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.
Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.

We've just come back from the atlantica miramare must say its a beautiful place the hotel is good. The food is really good, service is good too. There's a lot of group bookings in this hotel, and they have wedding receptions here too. We went all inclusive the alcoholic drinks are basic but ok. When we arrived there was champagne drinks waiting for us also something to eat as our flight was a late one.our room was really nice with wine and water in our room. The hotel is quite big adult pool area also children's pool. Entertainment is basic. Overall we had a pleasant stay..More
Just come back from this hotel stayed late April-Early March. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and given a nice chilled glass of sparkling wine and a cool towel which was a nice touch. Room: We requested a walk in shower and thus were placed in an adjacent building (which is also where the indoor spa and pool are located) to the main hotel, room was well appointed enough, cleaned daily with a LCD TV with a good selection of channels not that we watched it much. No tea/coffee facilities though these could be hired for a â¬3 euro a day, no fridge but we could access the mini bar though first you had to obtain the key from reception, a â¬5 euro a day charge can be levied if quests are found to be using the mini-bar to store there own Beveridge's or snacks. Food and Drink: We stayed on a half board package however you can upgrade to all inclusive for â¬20 or â¬25incl drinks. Food was generally of a good quality however l personally found it to be a bit bland and repetitive (evening meal) I also agree with other posters that sometimes the food was not always as hot I as I would like it. Another nice touch is that the hotel give a voucher for a meal in the Red Room Al Carte restaurant. Drinks are expensive which you would expect, however I found the local draught lager served by the Hotel I found very gassy compared to the same brew in the local bars, a pint in the hotel â¬5 however a 630ml bottle of the beer could be had for â¬2 from the supermarket 50 yds down from the hotel. Hotel has three pools two outdoor one of which is for adults only and one indoor, there is a swim up pool bar, plenty of loungers available. Location: Lots of bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk of the hotel some of which where closed while the rest were not very busy though not surprising as the season hadn't really started, the main road to Limassol town centre runs not that far from the hotel and getting a bus is not a problem. Hotel as a small strip of beach only so would not recommend if your a beach lover. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much all the staff are extremely helpful and would recommend this hotel, however I would probably not return as I didnt personally like Limassol or least the part of Limassol the hotel is located in.More
Have just got home and we're missing it already. We were very well looked after by everyone. The food was very good, certainly didn't go hungry. We went to the red room on our last night which was lovely. A pianist plays gently in the corner, very romantic. Wine, beer and bloody Marys were all good, couldn't complain. Stayed in a twin inland view room which was clean, spacious with a bathroom with bath, satellite TV and a balcony. The security/lifeguard/all day walker was amazing. He walks miles. Loved every minute of this holiday.More
Wolf in sheeps clothing
HOTEL: Very nicely presented with lovely well kept grounds and a koi carp area near Koi bar which was closed unfortunately. Three restaurants, but only one used Thalassa as the other Mermaid was being used for functions most of the time and the Red Room you need to book. Reception staff Julia and Eleanor were very helpful and welcoming, but atmosphere in restaurant was sadly lacking as staff looked unhappy and were constantly being overseen by the 'suits' staff looked nervous and unsure. Only one bar open which was very disappointing Asteria Bar which was really good with lovely friendly staff from day one. Big shout out to Yiannis an Mia who were extremely hard working and took care of everyone with a huge warm smile. Rooms: Spacious and spotless and very hard working cleaning staff who keep them in good order. We upgraded as we saw large terraces with Jacuzzis and would definitely recommend this as they are fabulous you still have the wonderful views of sea, but also a huge private terrace with sun on it all day we loved this and helped make our holiday so much better. Comes highly recommended. Entertainment: Each night apart from two we had guitarists, singers Peter and Andrea, apologies not sure what the other couple were called but the guitarist was superb and a dance troup called Lavazza were fantastic. The other two days the atmosphere was a bit like sticking pins in eyes as the place lacks atmosphere so get drunk that night it softens the blow as hardly anything was open only one bar and although great it was a bit poor really why open if not the beginning of your season as yet.......we were told from May the air conditoning went on even though it was really hot each day. All inclusive package: This was a bit of a odd one as we were all inclusive, but not as we know it....they take your room number each time to monitor to make sure you are not drinking too much and they don't refill your glass at dinner unless you ask and this was extremely alien to us...until the upgrade we had no key for the mini-bar therefore no cold water bottles in the fridge and..... we still had to pay for this even after upgrade.... the bowl of fruit was meant to be there each day which wasn't and the turn down service was completed once :( one night two boiled sweets were left on the sink?? Food: This was again very hit and miss the Mexican and Chinese night were great, but the food lacked imagination at times and again not enough stations open. Big thank you to Julia and Eleanor on reception in Thalassa they were lovely to be honest, the restaurant lacked atmosphere and the staff did not seem happy constantly being watched and a bit too quick to take your plate away and clear your table if you left to get a dessert. There needs to be more interaction between staff and holiday makers as this means a lot and makes them feel more welcome. Overall the hotel just needs a few adjustments and it could reach a four/five star rating we would rate it 3star plus at the moment they have plenty of staff to make these changes happen and turn this resort into a much better experience. Thank you to Marusca who was very helpful when we asked for upgrade definitely a must as this feels more four star experience although the all inclusive needs a bit of looking at as this still is not good enough. Thomson: You rate this hotel as 5 star please review this as this in not correct on this occasion and we have been to many four star and five star hotels all over the world. Thomson rep was not very helpful on the coach in and there was no information/left in our room also as we could not make the welcome meeting. There was a rep at hotel on the day before we flew and we asked her the time of our pick up. Nothing was fully explained properly so a bit confused as what was allowed in our package etc not very impressed and as this was our first trip to Cyprus it wasn't one we really want to repeat and sadly might put us off returning to this country. Weather: The whole week the weather was amazing so that was wonderful thankfully. so made our time there so much better. The beach is very rocky and the sunbeds are on a pathway and set near the pools you can still go in the water, but will need to wear diving shoes as huge amount of stones Snack bar in Asteria; Only found out on last afternoon that we could have bar snacks instead of going to Thalassa and the food was lovely, if we had known we would have used this sooner. Red Room: A La Carte We never used this as although it looked lovely and one meal was meant to be free(possibly), but you had to pay for drinks even all inclusive? we saw people walk out of there and into main restaurant which isn't a good sign. All in all the overall week was lovely as we made the very best of our time, but we would not really recommend to family/friends there needs to be a few changes made first. This is a constructive review (which can be positive) as this hotel could be wonderful just needs a bit of attention.More
Nice hotel and relaxing area
We stayed for 4 nights in the hotel for a short holiday in April. The hotel is about 45 mins from Larnaca Airport and easy to reach, taxi costs about 55 euro. Atlantica is a big hotel defiantly designed for holiday guests. There are a few restaurants and a bar, although not everything was open when we were there. The hotel is build at the seaside, with a rocky beach in front of it. There is a huge area with 2 pools were you can relax in the sun. There is one pool which states adults only so you can relax here without the nice or annoying (you decide) sounds of young children. The room was okay although the bathroom is quite small. You don't stay in your bathroom but still brushing your teeth together was already a bit of a problem. Also the shower was outdated, it's the type of stand in bathtub battling the shower curtain type shower, where you struggle to get water on your head. That was a bit of a disappointment. The rest however makes up for that dissatisfaction, breakfast is served in a large buffet where there is a choice for everyone. Try the yogurts they are very good! We didn't really have dinner in the hotel as there are many nice restaurants in the area. To be fair we tried some late evening snacks these weren't very good, but ok. The roomMore
