The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.
This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the sand in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the shoreline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.
Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.
Start your day with a buffet breakfast at Thalassa, and if you are going on an excursion, you can request to have an early breakfast. Lunch is an extensive buffet of snacks, salads, home-made burgers, pizzas and sandwiches, with a special menu for children. Come evening, there's another delicious buffet spread, with themed nights and an extensive wine menu for you to choose from. To top off the dishes on offer, you'll be able to enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. Gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant for evening meals.

Everybody was nice and helpful, making our stay excellent! Maria from Guest Relations was always smiling, positive and helpful, Csaba in the dining room was the best waiter there, the fastest and most skilled. In the bars, we really enjoyed Mia and Maria who are always smiling and positive and Vlad & Bogdan at the pool bar who always had a good joke for us and knew what we wanted even before we did. Thank you everyone for an enjoyable stay! More
Return to Limassol after many years.
Finally returned to Cyprus after many years. I was a frequent guest at the Atlantica Bay Hotel and was delighted to be greeted at the Miramare by my old friend Doros and also to find out that Persia was also part of the team.
The Miramare is a fine hotel. I was very concerned that children were allowed as we would normally only use Adult only facilities. However the separate adult pool was relatively quiet.
The hotel rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean as are all the communal areas. We stayed on an All Inclusive basis which proved to be good value for money. The bar staff were efficient and friendly especially Yanis who ensured that drinks were served promptly and with a huge smile.
The only criticism that can be levelled has been reported in previous reviews and that is the service in the restaurant which can only be described as sluggish and unfriendly. I would suggest that staff are deployed from the Atlantica Bay to demonstrate that service can be provided in a friendly, professional manner and that it does not hurt to offer further drinks without surliness.
We visited out of season in April, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to write a review due to work pressures and hope that criticisms of the restaurant have been addressed. We will certainly visit again out of season but will book direct with the hotel in future.More

Nice hotel .. Wouldn't return
Visited this hotel for a week as a couple .. Have to say always looked clean and tidy which is important. The problems with this hotel is Thomson had sold it as 5* and disappointingly we realise this is not a 5* hotel ..Food choice I have to say was poor if u we're visiting for 2 weeks I think people would struggle on what to eat . Same food different places each night . Staff I have to say we're lovely and very friendly .. We felt the hotel could have so much more to offer & for this reason we wouldn't return .Just an average hotel. More
Returned from Atlantica Miramare yesterday after a weeks visit. Originally booked to stay at the sister hotel Atlantica Oasis but got the chance to transfer to this hotel. Overall first impression of the hotel was fantastic, beautiful setting right on the beach, adults only pool, outside bar, swim up pool bar... everything looked beautiful. One thing that really let the hotel down was the rooms, they are very dated and do not match the other parts of the hotel. Two single beds pushed together which was very disappointing considering the sister hotel had a king sized memory foam bed. Bathroom was also dated, quite grubby in places too. Even though the rooms got cleaned everyday there was always a smell of urine in the bathroom which wasn't good. Majority of staff were lovely and very helpful and efficient, however some staff were quite rude and it was as if serving you was a chore, you often got ignored, especially at the pool bar and took a long time to get served. Main pool was nice, had music around the pool all day, however some people did complain about the music and it was turned down so you could hardly hear it, which at the main pool I think isn't ideal considering there was a quiet pool not far from here? Food was nice, very repetitive though. Spaghetti bolognese was put out every single day, you could always find something but it did get very repetitive. Entertainment at night was good, very professional and good standard. There is no pool side entertainment in the day though, not even for children so not a good place to come if you have young children or if you're a young couple looking for a lively place, as we are a young couple and found it quite boring in the day time. Not a lot of British people here. There isn't a lot around the hotel, there is a few small gift shops and a couple of bars but they're very empty. The marina is a short drive a way with the taxi costing 8 euros, definitely worth a trip as it's a very lovely place. There's a water sports place right on the beach outside the hotel which is good value and very good, we did a lot of different water sports which was definitely worth it, very good fun. Men have ro wear long trousers at night for the resturant which i think is very old fashioned especially when girls are walking round in tiny shorts/dresses. Overall was a lovely holiday and a lovely hotel, just a few small issues such as the bedrooms which could be improved. More
Hotel of two halves.
Yet again we did not learn from our mistake going to Fuerte Ventura. We took an afternoon flight to Cyprus and arrived late in Cyprus then took the coach journey from hell dropping everybody off total time journey 1hr 30mins from the airport to the hotel. On arrival we recieved a very warm welcome and were given warm towels to refresh ourselves we were also greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne. This was a very nice touch. The manager greeted us and due to our late arrival kept it basic he knew we were all tired and need to get to our rooms. A light meal was provided in our rooms due to the restaurants being closed also a bottle of wine. We found it strange that we had to request a key for the fridge when we were all inclusive, but however we didn't bother. If you have read our reviews before getting the best room is not our strong point, 2 couples 2 rooms one sea view one inland, guess which one we got....ye the inland overlooking a car park which was well lit up!!!! once again we lost our 1st day of our holiday this is not the fault of Thompson or the hotel. Rooms we were allocated a double room with extra bed oops we did not get this, however the room was clean and tidy. There are pools for children and a pool for adults only and also a indoor pool. Pool staff were very obliging if there were no loungers they would provide extra and take them to your desired location, if children went into the adult pool they were told to leave immediatley. The beach albeit directly on the hotel complex was a little dissapointing. Food plenty of choice and snack bar provided for all inclsive customers was very good. The main stars at this hotel are The Staff they were magnificent, the guest relation lady Myria went above and beyond making sure we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The other stars were Carlos and his team in the bar by the pool they were fantastic, we did not try The Koi Bar. The only let down was the night time entertainment, we understand they have to provide for all nationalities but it was not for us. If you stay for 2wks it is repeated the same routine/acts. Talking to people who have been to Cyprus before the best way to see Cyprus is to hire a car it's easy and they drive on the left hand side of the road. Top tip if you get inland view try to change to sea view. The car park is very nice but it's a car park end of. thompson rep Louise did her job gave some good tips and was available at certain times of the day. Overall the hotel provided the right atmosphere to re charge our batteries.More
