The beachfront Atlantica Miramare Beach is a contemporary hotel that offers a relaxing pool scene and first-class dining.
This hotel is pulled right up next to a beach, so you can get to the sand in a few steps. Take a 10-minute drive along the shoreline, and you’ll come across the area’s marina and a line-up of seafront tavernas.
Inside, the hotel is really stylish. We’re talking coffee and cream-coloured sofas in a softly lit lobby, a red-on-red restaurant, and all-white wicker sofas in a bar terrace that floats over a koi carp pond.
Start your day with a buffet breakfast at Thalassa, and if you are going on an excursion, you can request to have an early breakfast. Lunch is an extensive buffet of snacks, salads, home-made burgers, pizzas and sandwiches, with a special menu for children. Come evening, there's another delicious buffet spread, with themed nights and an extensive wine menu for you to choose from. To top off the dishes on offer, you'll be able to enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. Gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant for evening meals.
These light and airy twin rooms come with a balcony for that bit of fresh air. They have an extra bed. And you'll also find free Wi-Fi, a minibar*, a flatscreen TV, and air-conditioning that's available from May - October.
These spacious, classic-style junior suites come with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. They have a king-size bed, and a lounge area. And you'll also find free Wi-Fi, a minibar*, a flatscreen TV, and air-conditioning that's available from May - October.

Went at the end of May 2016. The hotel demographic was more elderly people which is great if you are in that age group.
The lunch hot food wasn't hot but rather tepid. Some meals were really nice ie: the meats carved by the chef.
Generally I would go for a Riu hotel but with it having a high rating with the tour operator we assumed it would be at Riu standards but it wasn't.
As per other reviews the cleaning of the rooms wasn't great. We had two single beds pushed together however the reception staff were prompt to get us a mattress topper which helped to make the bed a large double. We had a pool and sea view which was lovely.
The afternoon snacks on the all inclusive were terrible. Just a small fridge near the bar with packet sandwiches and a plastic container with lettuce in and then some kind of buns for a sweet snack. Hot snack was invariably fries with chicken nuggets.
Went to the a la carte restaurant and they greeted us in then proceeded to sit us on big round tables with other guests, it genuinely felt like we were at a wedding that we didn't want to go to. Felt rude to just leave so we sat there being polite waiting for the food to come out like it does in weddings so we could make an exit.
Rubbish beach outside of the hotel, just pebbles.
We had fun on the jet skis from the nearby watersports centre , the owner Harris was very hospital and friendly so I would recommend using one of his watercrafts for a bit of fun as there was little atmosphere in the hotel.
Had two spa treatments which were good.
Overall the holiday was a bit flat. Didn't really look forward to meal times however they do a good English breakfast. Also as per other reviews, it got a bit boring having to sign for drinks. I asked for another drink at the bar and I was asked to finish the one I was drinking before getting another which was a little bit poor I thought thus not really a 4.5 star service.
We were AI however we were told the drinks in the mini bar were chargeable.
The marina at Limmasol was nice, its an easy bus ride and cheap bus fares. Also reasonably priced food in the restaurants around the marina.
All in all I would say it was satisfactory. If you want more than satisfactory I would do some more home work. If you just want a week in the sun, not bothered about a beach outside the hotel, happy with some meals being nice but not all. Not too much of a stickler on the housekeeping of rooms and want somewhere relatively quiet with quiet evenings then youre alright at this hotel.More
Spent 10days in this hotel on a half board basis. The welcome we received was unbelievable. We were given a glass of champagne while the hotel manager explained the hotels different features to us. We arrived after 10.30pm so had obviously missed dinner and were given a complimentary voucher to have a meal on the day we left. When we got to our room, our luggage was already there. There was a bottle of wine, one of water and plates containing cold meats, cheeses, breads and crackers. There was also a bowl of fresh fruit - all complimentary ! The room as immaculate, the towels were changed daily and the bed linen changed every few days. The food was excellent. At breakfast there was something to suit everybody. There was a different theme every evening at dinner. All the staff, including, waiters, waitresses, maids, porters and reception staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had read in a review before I booked that when there was a wedding in the hotel at the weekend, the regular guests were treated like 2nd class citizens. This was certainly not the case. Our treatment was no different. I would definitely recommend this hotel.More

Time to freshen up!!!
Being a great lover of Cyprus, the Atlantica Miramare has always been my 1st choice. However, this time round, I couldn't help but notice how tired things were looking and the unnecessary shabbiness of the fixtures and fittings in the room we stopped in. Although it was cleaned every day, there was still a strong urine smell in the bathroom. The curtains in the main room not only had hooks missing, they needed cleaning, showing lack of pride in the overall setting of the place. The shower connection fell off. Swimming pool tiles felt gritty underfoot and need replacing, (Middle pool).
The choice of food has declined, which I found upsetting, dried up chicken, tough beef and/ or pork, even the hash browns were a cheaper model of what they used to serve. There was a time when you could compliment the chef on his tasty cuisine⦠not now, (has he left?) Children's animation is limited so don't expect them to be entertained too much.
The only salvation for the Miramare,â¦.. The staff are, and always have been, very, very, friendly. I have to be honest and write this as I respect the manager of this hotel and I sincerely hope he takes note of my comments.More

We returned yesterday from the Atlantica Miramare beach hotel, and already are planning to return later this year. A beautiful hotel right on the sea front, set back from a busy road teeming with shops and restaurants. On arrival we were greeted with cool towels and a glass of champagne by the reception team, while our luggage was taken to our room. Our accomodation was lovely, and kept spotlessly clea, by the housekeeping staff.. We took the all inclusive option and the food was amazing, lots of variety, served by lovely friendly staff. Lovely lounges to sprawl on, masses of sun beds and parasols, all the staff eager to cater to our every whim. What's not too love? Evening entertainment every evening was superb ( could have been longer though) . Highly recommend this hotel and free wifi in all areas too ....More

I honestly don't understand how you could criticise this hotel. We were upgraded from the atlantica oasis half way through our holiday! And what a difference! The views from the hotel are lovely, the pools are large with an adults only section, there's no issues finding a sunbed no matter what time of day it is. Staff were immediately friendly and welcoming, food was definitely quality over quantity. We got invited to a gala meal which was lovely. Rooms were clean. We got engaged 2 months ago and had champagne waiting in our room. I don't think you can fault this hotel! I think if you're used to the four seasons then this isn't going to tick all your boxes- but if you want a couples holiday with lovely food, friendly staff, great views and relaxing atmosphere then this hotel is perfect ! If you're looking for 5* Hilton then well... Go to 5* Hilton ð.More
