The Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa counts a brilliant dining scene, a state-of-the-art spa and an attractive pool area among its best features.
This place has scored a plum position on one of the area’s best beaches. It means you’re only steps from the sand, and a short stroll takes you into Protaras, where you’ll find a cluster of tavernas and cafés.
The hotel is really stylish – think geometric marble pillars coupled with softly curved recesses. The pool scene’s pretty swish, too. You’ll find Balinese-style daybeds framing the water.
This modern double room is light and understated with air-conditioning and access to free Wi-Fi. There's outside space too - you'll have a balcony with a sea view. Featured in your room is a queen-size bed, radio, USB charger socket, bathroom with 2 washbasins, bathrobes and water restocked daily - there's also satellite TV.
Calm, simple colours feature in these family rooms giving them a light airy appeal. The rooms sleep 4 people - there's a double bedroom with a queen-size bed plus 2 sofa beds in your lounge. Your room has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi available and bathrobes will also be provided. There's further space outside as there's a balcony and terrace with garden views.

We booked a late family break to this Sunrise Pearl and what a good decision it was. The hotel is in a great position with sea views and quiet garden and pool areas. The staff are very attentive and try to make your stay very welcoming. The bar area is somewhat small and fairly quiet and the variety of restaurants both on and off the premises (with links to the hotel) make this a good way to increase the range of foods available.
We had very well appointed rooms with sea views and with staff on hand to maximise your comfort, this hotel comes highly recommended, particularly for families with children of 10-15 years of age.More

Best hotel on the resort
Had a week in September for our honeymoon. Wanted a nice hotel somewhere hot but not long haul. Very impressed with the service and the whole experience at the sunrise pearl. It is located right in the centre of the resort whilst being next to the beach. We went for a swim up junior suit. We were extremely happy with our room as we had a sea view and our own pool off our balcony which we shared with the other 4 suits, although we had to pool to ourselves the whole time! I would recommend the half board/all inc option as the restaurants included in the deal were all fantastic. I would strongly recommend staying here if your budget permits, made our honeymoon all the more special.More

Just perfect for us!
We booked this hotel based on the reviews on this site and I must say they were pretty much correct. We last visited Protaras 5 years ago and there have been some changes and I must say this hotel is one of the greatest! There is also a boardwalk all along the beach which is great for walking along day or night although it does mean the beach has slightly shrunk! On our last visit we stayed at the sister hotel the Sunrise Beach and the Sunrise Pearl is far superior. There is a calm and quiet feel which we liked very much. We had a swim up junior suite on the ground floor, room 816, so we did not have to bother with lifts. The room was very elegant and comfortable with a view over the adult pool to the ocean. We had a lovely wooden decked patio with direct access to the pool but because it was in the shade it was too cold for swimming and really should have been heated. The food was really good and we always ate in the buffet restaurant. We also loved the patisserie for coffee which is located at the front of the hotel on the main road. I had a spa treatment which was reasonable and very professional. We stayed at the end of the season so I think the resort was fairly quiet which we liked. We had amazing weather too. The reception staff were lovely as was the bell man who was beside himself as he could not catch our luggage when we arrived! For some reason the coach stopped on the main road and it was hilarious as all our luggage was rushing down the drive which is on a slope and the poor man was on his own. Fortunately the coach came to the door on the way home and our bell man was there for us. We also had a lovely send off from Lovisa. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We would go back in a heart beat.More
