The Louis Infinity Blu, which is new for April 2017, puts you right on the cusp of a Blue Flag beach, and just a short walk from the centre of Pernera.
At The Louis Infinity Blu more than half of the rooms have front-row views of the Mediterranean Sea, and Blue Flag-ticked Pernera Bay is right on your doorstep.
This place takes its adults-only tag seriously, with a couple of bars dotted around. There's an open-air number down by the beach, plus a lounge bar and lobby-style set-up inside.

Arrived here with my wife and my two older daughters aged 18+ . Upon arrival, we was greeted by Sonya the manager who told us all the details we needed to know about the hotel an we were then given our room key. As we had a late night flight we missed dinner, so sandwiches and water were left in the fridge which wAs a lovely gesture as we had been travelling for a while. Throughout our stay in this hotel, all the hotel staff were very attentive and would go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed especially the two mikes behind the bar. Food was good and was always a variety to choose from at both breakfast lunch and tea. I thought the idea of the themed nights were excellent. Hotel was in a lovely location, right on the beach front and not too overly busy at the night times. However, it was not a long way from protaras 8 Euro in a taxi which is good if you fancied something more lively at the night. No sunbed hassle of getting up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed as there was always plenty and in good spots too. Only thing I could fault is that we asked for a double room and it was only one room with a sofa bed and a camp bed which was too small however when asked could this issue be resolved the staff were very attentive and dealt with it straight away. Rooms were always clean and nicely refurbished with an excellent view from the balcony. Overall an amazing hotel and would definitely return!!More
This hotel ticks all the right boxes, if you want good food, relaxation , and to be well looked after, the staff are amazing,my thanks go out to Nathan,Zenka, and the two mikes. We had a wonderful 2 weeks here, will definatley go backMore

A Truly Exceptional Hotel - A Long But Very Honest Review
First and foremost, what a brilliant holiday! We arrived to a very friendly smile from Katarina who checked us in as soon as we walked through the door. Everything was explained clearly, everything was organised and ready for our arrival. We were offered a lovely cocktail on arrival whilst we checked in. The hotel is located in Pernera which is situated on a beautiful little cove beach. It is slap bang on the beach, so Thomson need to make this clear on their website as it made out it was a five minute walk away. It couldn't be any closer and the views from both the hotel grounds and rooms are stunning. It is a good 40-45 minute walk along the coastal path to Protaras town centre. It is a lovely walk, but would advise doing this on an evening as it is so warm over there at the moment. You can find free wifi along this costal path, including bars and restaurants and other activities. Alternatively, you can get a bus up the road from the hotel for €1.50 or get a taxi for about €6/€8. There are also a selection of shops, bars and restaurants only a stones throw away if you didn't want to venture out too far. These are classed as Pernera. These can be found about a five minute walk out of the hotel and to the top of the main road. Protaras is a great town with lots of varied entertainment and bars. It is a very busy town but it makes a nice change from the quieter surroundings by the hotel. Ayia Napa is also a further 20 minutes from Protaras on the bus, which will also only cost you €1.50 by getting on the same bus. It is also about €17 to get there by taxi which is very fair. Here you can find nightclubs, bars, rides etc. It is extremely busy and loud, so you definitely are in the best location at Louis Infinity Blu where you can sample the louder nightlife at your pleasure in small doses. We spent one morning at Nissi Beach which was great. It cost €17 in a taxi and took about 20 minutes. It was probably one of the prettiest beaches we have even been to with crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches. We would definitely recommend a trip here for the morning/afternoon. All I can say is that the service here is above and beyond anything I've experienced in any all-inclusive hotel across the world. The management are very lucky to have such a good team running the floor. There really is something special here that I cannot describe; I would happily steal the staff and have them work for me back home! The service here is definitely that akin to a five star plus hotel (we haven't received a service this good at five star hotels before). There is no wrist band provided upon arrival (hallelujah) and this is because the hotel only has a small amount of rooms. The staff really get to know their guests and after a few times they will be able to identify and remember your drink order. Sonia and Katarina take the time to ask how you are and how the holiday is going which is always a great thing to do. The gentleman who works nightshifts was also very friendly and identified us on our first night as a newbie and asked how we were. They have excellent communication and management skills. Staff are not overbearing and just ensure that everything is in order and that you are enjoying yourselves. They show a genuine care for you, something you will not find in any other all-inclusive hotels. The waiting staff truly are excellent and are a massive credit to the team. Several ladies are so good; just excellent customer service skills, always greeting you with a hello and a smile and it makes such a difference. They really are a breath of fresh air and helps make the hotel what it is. The bar staff again are very good; always very friendly and ready to make any drink you suggest them making. They also offer a pool side service on the afternoon when the heat really starts to kick in about 3pm. Every day at approximately 4pm the bar staff make a cold and refreshing special fruit punch and bring it out to all guests. Again this goes above and beyond a four star hotel, so this is extremely pleasant to see. We didn't manage to get the names of everyone, but all the team are great, especially Stasia who was impeccable for our whole stay. Reviews have stated that nothing is too much trouble, and honestly they weren't kidding! I've never been somewhere where the staff are so focused on giving you what you want and they will do everything they can to do this for you. If you want to be awkward with a drinks order then they are more than happy to accommodate. There wasn't one split second where I felt like something couldn't be done for me. They clearly have a 'no' policy as I didn't heard the 'no' word at all during my time here. The food is of such a high standard and so beautifully presented, it is the best food we have enjoyed ever in all of our all inclusive experiences. The food is chosen by the Louis hotel group, but it is very oriented to British guests and it’s impossible not to find something you like, no matter how fussy you are as an eater. The quality of the food first of all is excellent; I cannot praise it enough. Everything has so much flavour, to the point where you feel robbed back in the UK when you pay lots of money for food at restaurants as it was just so tasty compared to what I’ve experienced. Everything is fresh and hot, beautifully laid out and the chefs take a lot of pride in their cooking. Food varied every single day and there was a clear distinction between the themes. Each day has a different theme, varying from Italian, Mexican, Cypriot, Asian, Gourmet etc. The Asian evening was very good as they’re not normally that brilliant in all-inclusives. Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chow Mein, Prawn Crackers and Spring Rolls were available. If you enjoy Mexican, there were tortilla chips, tacos, burritos and wraps. Food caters for all people, whether you’re a solid meat eater or a vegetarian. Every meal time there is fresh meat which is carved individually for you, with juices, gravies and sauces to compliment. The chefs will cook you your own individual food such as omelettes, pastas etc, so you can pick exactly what you like. Fresh breads and salad galore at every meal, with tons of choice of main food for such a small hotel. Vegetables, potatoes, quality cuts of meat including Pork, Beef, Turkey, Chicken are offered. The quality of the meat is excellent; small steaks were tasty and fresh, big chunks and fillets of chicken breast. Fish is offered at every meal. What is great about the food is that you can construct a proper meal with the food that is offered, without feeling you are randomly picking things to bulk up your plate. I am also funny about eating rice on holiday, but the rice dishes were absolutely incredible. Unbelievably tasty, with so many flavours and herbs jumping out, just like the rest of the food on offer. Small quantities of the food are laid out at a time, meaning they are constantly changed and added to in order to remain fresh and hot. If you fancy something that isn’t out or that is out but you want it cooked plain, then the chefs will do their best to accommodate you. The one evening they cooked chips as a request for another couple. Breakfast is also great; if you are fans of English breakfasts then this is the place for you. Pork sausages, two styles of bacon, beans, eggs, mushrooms, hash browns, and tomatoes are all on offer. If you fancy toast or the more continental style of breakfast, you have a massive choice of meats, cheeses, fruits and yoghurts to choose from. If you’re also a fan of American breakfast, then you can find syrups, pancakes, waffles and chocolate sauces as well. Another amazing aspect about the food is the desserts. I am not a pudding fan and have never been and when I’ve been to any other hotel I always try the desserts and hate them. They always look beautiful, but have no flavour what so ever. Well I am officially converted! The bright and beautiful puddings (which always look great and taste horrible elsewhere) actually tasted amazing and this was across the board. Sponges, tiramisu, baklava, chocolate tiffins... you name it they were on offer and they tasted amazing. Drinks within the hotel are on par with the food; I am not a massive alcohol drinker, but there is so much choice to from. To be clear, if they have the ingredients, they will make you anything you want. There is a big cocktail list (my favourite being Beach Passion) however you can have whatever you want. Beer, wine and soft drinks are on offer, along with coffees, teas, juices, squashes. They offer milkshakes made with actual ice cream which are beautiful and refreshing in the heat. I cannot praise the drinks enough and can’t really comment on them individually as they will literally make you anything. I will however say that if you are a cider lover, then you know that most all-inclusive hotels abroad do not offer it. Well this amazing place does offer it and by the can-load. Strongbow is available on the all-inclusive, so if your thing is a crisp cider in the sun then this is the place for you. The bar staff are very good and if you are unsure, they will offer their advice. Drinks are available from 8am at breakfast all the way through until midnight. There are no exceptions. If you’re out by the pool early, they will serve you a drink. If you want fizzy pop or wine at breakfast, they’d give it you. You can take your drinks to the room as well, which some hotels do not allow. Bottled water is available too, so don’t go out and buy any. They will give you a big bottle for the room for your teeth; just ask as nothing is too much trouble. Our room was beautiful. It is an ultra-modern hotel with a very crisp finish. Some people have moaned on here saying the rooms are plain; they’re not, they’re just fashionable so the people who have moaned clearly have no fashion sense and you can only imagine what dingy homes they live in! The main feature of the room is the feature wall, which features stunning artwork sourced from Cyprus by the management. We booked the deluxe suite with sea view and paid extra for this when we booked through TUI/Thomson and were allocated Room 311 on the third floor. It was worth every penny. We enjoyed panoramic views of the beautiful beach and coastline, as well views of the hotel terrace and pool through two double sliding windows and our side balcony. The view was truly breathtaking and we could actually lie in bed and enjoy the beautiful sea and surroundings. We had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a functioning fridge freezer with plenty of wardrobe and shelving space. The two air conditioning units we had in the room were excellent and did a great job in keeping us cool on a night. The room was furnished to the highest of standards we have yet seen (even in 5* hotels). It was simplistically finished with tasteful touches and a beautiful feature wall by the bed with spot lights. Lighting in the rooms is great. The beds are so comfy that you don’t want to get off them and I would have happily brought it home with me. The bathroom is also finished to a very modern standard. A few people on reviews have moaned about lighting. The lighting is completely sufficient; it gives the bathroom a much more relaxing feeling and that’s what you want whilst taking a shower on holiday. As the hotel runs in line with sustainability plans, pool towels and room towels are replaced every three days. If for some reason your towel is dirty, then speak to reception and they will change them for you earlier than planned. Some more information regarding smaller things at the hotel. The hotel is spotless throughout and the cleaners are very friendly and chatty. The hotel always smelt very pleasant, including rooms, the restaurant and the two communal toilets. The WIFI here is excellent and although most mobile networks provide mobile data abroad for free now, it is great that the hotel has such good WIFI. Pool towels are given to all guests and are changed every three days. These are really soft and large, perfect for sunbathing, so save space in your luggage and use the ones the hotel provide you with. If you need to order a taxi, order one with reception as they use a very good firm with cheap prices and good service; they are more than happy to order one for you. If you are planning a day out or are going on a trip organised by the rep Imani, let reception know 24 hours before hand and they will organise a takeaway lunch for you. There are plenty of sun beds so no sun bed wars on a morning. They are extremely comfortable and all come with a parasol and table for drinks. We would walk out at 10am and pick our same spot every day. The hotel offer more sun beds than needed at full capacity, so do not worry about this. If you are staying this summer, if you take a photo with your favourite member of staff (ours was Stasia) and upload it to Facebook, you may win a holiday for two back in Cyprus. Imani the hotel rep from TUI/Thomson is brilliant. She is full of information and so passionate about her job. If there are any queries/questions about the local area, she will know it... she’s like a mini encyclopaedia. She is very good at her job and it is worth going to the welcome meeting if you haven’t been to Cyprus/that area before as she will give you lots of hints and tips. There is no entertainment at this hotel, which to be very clear was advertised on booking and it still is now. There has never been a point where TUI/Thomson/Louis Infinity Blu have advertised that there was entertainment, because there were never any plans for this. I will be clear and say that entertainment is not needed. This is the type of hotel where you go to be relaxed and having entertainment would ruin the atmosphere. It feels like a boutique hotel because it is so calm and relaxed. You go on holiday to be with your loved ones, so rather than watching some tacky entertainment or karaoke singer, sit with a drink and talk with your partners/friends/families... that’s what holidays are for to spend time with people. Music is played in the background which is sufficient enough. If you want entertainment, go into Protaras where you can find singers in all bars. Please ignore previous bad reviews! One review was moaning about impression photos being different to the actual finishing product... that's why they are classed as artist impressions and why you chance on booking something before it's opened! I can confirm that all photos now advertised on the internet are real pictures and they actually do not do the hotel justice as it is even better in person. Incorrect information was also provided on previous reviews by holidaymakers; there are two communal toilet areas, one inside and one outside. We also didn’t see anyone charging people for sun beds on the beach, so I presume these are free or you may be able to get away without paying. Alternatively, sit down by the beach bar provided in the all-inclusive and you are literally five steps away from the sand. There are no security hazards here such as security issues; I felt safe at all times. The hotel grounds are not crowded; there is plenty of space for everyone, even when the hotel is running at full capacity! One silly review has said that staff ‘schmoose’ guests; this is not true and is a false statement. They are there to ensure you are having a good time and want to get to know their guests; if you were ignored all week, it would cause an issue so they are there to make your time more enjoyable. Some have moaned about construction work; to confirm you will not have received a letter or email from Thomson/TUI about construction work because there isn’t any. There is construction work ongoing about 400 metres away, but you cannot hear a thing and there is most certainly no noise on a night. When leaving, we had a ten minute chat with Sonia (the hotel manager) who talked us through the history of the hotel and how things went with the revamp. She is more than happy to take any compliments/criticism on board as her job is important to her. She is the best hotel manager I have come across. It was lovely speaking to her and again it made me feel valued as a customer. She thanked us for choosing Louis Infinity Blu and waited for the coach to pull away to bid farewell to us and others guests. What a special touch! After what would have been an incredibly stressful revamp and re-opening of the hotel, I hope Sonia, her family and team can have an excellent summer trading and have a very relaxing winter to make up for all their hard work to make this hotel what it is. I sincerely hope that everyone who has visited the hotel leaves a brilliant review, so the team can read through them all and see all the praise coming their way. I don't think the team/hotel realises how well they are coming across. It truly was out of this world. Louis Infinity Blu is truly a gem not worth missing out on. We have sat back and assessed all week and this really is the perfect hotel to stay in. Not one hint of negativity! I would encourage anyone who is looking at this hotel to book as you won’t be disappointed, especially as it is only a four star hotel. It deserves a five star rating and is worth more than you pay. This was our first experience of a small, boutique style hotel and we were extremely happy with the holiday. Everything was perfect in every way possible and I would really encourage others to book as soon as possible as there are only a limited number of rooms. If you are after a relaxing and sophisticated holiday, including amazing service, drinks, food and the choice to go out if you would like, then this is the place for you. Thank you to the entire team who made our stay unique to anything we've experienced before. I will be making sure I recommend the hotel to everyone possible as it was worth every penny.More
This Adults Only Hotel is very very good, the food, rooms, service, are impeccable, I cannot fault it. You have the best of everything, pool side sun loungers, or if you prefer you can have a lounger on the grass overlooking the sea, if you want you can hire a sun lounger for a few Euros. Quite a few rooms have sea views, unfortunately ours was looking out over a small building site, where they were building a couple of new Villas, but it was still nice, hardy noticed they were there. All rooms are suites and beautifully decorated. Its a make your own entertainment in the evening, but its not far to walk for shops and entertainment. If you want a relaxing holiday then you will certainly enjoy this Hotel.More
