Hotel Sunrise Beach

The Sunrise Beach Hotel’s best bits include an on-the-beach setting and a handy sunbed allocation system.

Thanks to its beachfront position, you can flip-flop between the hotel’s pool and the sea in a few steps. Protaras’ main strip isn’t much further away, where you’ll find a clutch of authentic tavernas.

One of the hotel’s big draws is its dine-around programme. It means you can have dinner in a choice of restaurants in the area, which serve the likes of American, Asian, Italian and Greek cuisine.

Marcello's Italian restaurant*

You'll find the restaurant in front of the hotel where you'll come across a large terrace that you can dine on. The kitchen is open for you to see meals being freshly made. Expect authentic recipes such as pastas, risotto, pizzas being made in the wood fire oven and a fine wine list. You'll need to book a table in advance here, bookings are limited to one reservation per week. Highchairs are available.

Outdoor pool

The lagoon like pool shines crystal clear waters because of the cloudless blue sky. You'll get views of the beach and there are sunbeds with parasols on the terrace.

Othello lounge bar*

A big must while staying in the hotel is to visit this bar. It's where the night comes alive. The entertainment in the evening is live singing acts, live instrument acts, dance shows and magic.

Hendrick M,

Lovely Hotel with Staff to Match

My Mum and I booked this last minute (respite for me), I was a little sceptical after reading several reviews, I have stayed at the Capo Bay many times, However, I would say that this Hotel is a better option, the Staff can not do enough for you, the Rooms are big and have a large Balcony, Sunbeds are allocated, ours was in the Garden, very peaceful but still close to everything, Brandy Sours at the Beach Bar - Fab!! The Pool is stunning and the Terrace that overlooks it at Night is beautiful, great place for a Cocktail after a long day in the Sun!More

Wonderful hotel

This has to be one of our best holidays so far thanks to this amazing hotel! Staff are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you, there wasn't one member of staff that wasn't helpful or welcoming they made us feel at home. Especially staff in the reef bar/ pool bar; alexis, stelios and demetria (sorry if it's spelt wrong guys)!! The hotel is beautiful when we arrived, George the porter took our suitcases up to our room whilst we checked in at the well air conditioned reception (which was brilliant as it was 38 degrees outside) whilst drinking our orange juice. We were greeted by Maria who's very lovely and smiley and she was very useful and explained everything. There's nothing wrong with the rooms at all they're spacious very clean (thanks to the fantastic maids) and to me that's all that matters. You get a fridge with a mini bar, a free safe, television, tea and coffee facilities. We got a partial sea view and a also partial strip view, this was t a problem, I'm a light sleeper and I had no trouble sleeping at all. The spa was amazing we had a full body massage and it was out of this world. Would definitely recommend, you get a €20 discount too for being apart of the hotel. The dine around system I personally think is the best thing ever!!! Our personal favourite was the pan Asian- lemon grass. And the Greek restaurant. But we tried them all and they were amazing. The buffet resuraunt in the hotel is beautiful too but the whole ' having to wear trousers thing' kind of put us off as it was very very hot and I just think it's a little out of order as women can wear what they like?!? This was the only thing we disliked about the hotel and i wouldn't exactly call it a big problem. But the view made up for this little niggling problem. Overall, this was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Cyprus is just a wonderful and beautiful place and all the people are so friendly which made our holiday our favourite so far. Thank you for making our holiday so special sunrise beach!!! XMore

Holiday of a lifetime

This hotel and its staff are five star plus - especially the Staff in reception + The guys and girls in the Reef bar make you so welcome with Yanis in the kiosk on the lawn being top class. The Panoramic room view is stunning and cleaned twice per day with the supply of fresh towels. Although my wife and I were only bed and breakfast we had lunch on the terrace most days and the head of the section and his staff were exceptional. The food was very tasty and well presented . I would find it very difficult to find any faults with this hotel and it was my second visit this year. I can feel a third visit coming on before the end of October.More
