A beachfront setting and a pair of à la carte restaurants are just a couple of the things you’ll love here.
This hotel is operated by Atlantica, it has a peaceful beachfront setting, with its own little rocky cove. As secluded as it is, a 10-minute bus ride takes you right into the town centre – there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Bedrooms here are really modern. They all come with matching bed linen, and contemporary over-sized headboards.
Light, bright and modern, these double rooms have a cool and inviting feel. They come with air-conditioning, satellite TV, plus tea and coffee facilities, and a mini fridge. There's also a limited sea view , plus a balcony or terrace offering outside space.
All we wanted from this holiday was a quiet two weeks "away from it all ( including kids!)" and we certainly got that.
Our room was a pretty average hotel size, bright, modern and with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was really quite small. Room and bathroom were kept immaculately clean.
The food was typical buffet style. Good choice of food generally, but the salad and fresh fruit choice was excellent.
The Italian restraunt (one visit per week) was excellent. Delicious food extremely well presented.
Entertainment would have been good had it not been so loud. Unfortunately the second week of our holiday was not the best weather wise and on some evenings it was not fit to sit on the terrace. We were forced to sit inside and found the volume deafening! Nowhere to "escape" for a quieter drink.
We really liked the location of the hotel. A lovely beach set in a beautiful bay only steps from the hotel grounds. Nice walks to the left and right along the beach. To the left you come to a small harbour and bay. To the right a slightly bigger harbour (took a nice boat trip from here) and beach. We caught the bus into Protaris one day ( really appreciated the location of the Sea Breeze on seeing how the hotels were packed in there), and walked back to the hotel along the coastal path.
Now for the things that I felt were not four star.
The sun beds - by far the most uncomfortable I have ever used. Need renewing or at least should have mattresses to put on them.
The grassy area that the sun beds are on is just that - rough grass. More could be done to make this area more attractive.
Beach towels - I have never stayed anywhere where the changing of towels has been restricted. Here it is only every three days and had to have a card stamped to do it.
Towels in the bathroom - some were almost threadbare and badly in need of renewing.
We booked late and we had no option but to have a superior room. From choice I would not pay the supplement for such a room. I believe they are supposed to be bigger but except for the rooms with a full sea view all the rooms appear to be the same size.
The coffee machine came with no instructions and only two pods for two weeks. Further supplies had to be bought.
Some very nice toiletries on arrival. However, like the coffee when they were gone they were gone. Replaced with regular ones.
Fruit and wine in room looked impressive but sparkling wine was only what was on the all inclusive.
Bathrobes very nice not changed. Felt a change at the end of week one was in order.More

Ordinary hotel... Extra-Ordinary staff.
When we told our son we were going on an adult coupleâs only holiday he asked if it was a âswingingâ hotel. We saw no indication of this but the guests were predominately British with a few Swedish, Norwegian and some gay couples. We made many good friends here.
This was only the second time we have gone all-inclusive and will probably be the last as we love to explore this wonderful Island, eat fresh traditional Cypriot food in some of the little tavernas in the hills and enjoy some true Greek Cypriot hospitality.
In this hotel you get Greek Cypriot hospitality in abundance as most of the staff are Greek Cypriots, something rather unusual in some of the bigger hotels and the management are to be complimented on putting a team together that seem to enjoy their work and like one another.
It is difficult to comment on the food, our experience is limited with buffet style food in big hotels and we do appreciate it cannot be easy to feed hundreds at a time but it was mainly quite good although we suspect the chips are cooked from frozen.
We had been advised to save water while on the Island and to shower together. We tried this but sadly fell out of the shower due to an excess of âfreeâ ouzo and only the posh white slippers supplied by the hotel saved my wife from hurting her head on the tiled floor.
This hotel has a smart reception and lounge area but in the evenings the entertainment is so loud that it becomes uncomfortable for an old couple like us. The receptionists were often struggling to communicate with the guests because of the noise.
The stars of this hotel were Georgia aka âAphrodite âwho worked in the main bar. She was very professional and had the ability to make her customers feel very important and George in the restaurant who met you as soon as you entered and ensured that you received a table and a drink. Our only other experience of all-inclusive in another hotel resulted in being given a table; getting up to get food and finding someone else had taken that table. There is no way this could happen here.More
just returned from a great week at this lovely adults only hotel. Super welcome when we arrived and the pleasant, friendly, helpful staff really made our stay perfect. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the bar and lobby area was extremely comfortable and well laid out. The pool, gardens and bar were all just as you would want them. The attention to detail and service was brilliant, staff bringing pieces of fresh Mellon to your sun bed or frozen smoothies just gave it that extra wow. The restaurant was great and in the evenings you really felt like you were dining in a 5* restaurant , which is a change from lots of all inclusive hotels. The selection of food and drink was extensive and the hotel catered well for vegetarians. The staff - ALL the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect but I must mention Chryso who made such an effort to make guests feel comfortable and always brought drinks to our sun beds with a lovely smile and a cheery comment! The spa staff were lovely and again I must mention Christina who was fabulous and a real asset to the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel. My only tiny disappointment was that as the hotel was closing at the end of our week there was some evidence of staff tidying away sun beds and parasols etc during the last couple of days which In my view was not right and made guests feel a little like they were in the way, however, it all fairness as soon as I mentioned this at reception it stopped - literally within minutes. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing (child free) holiday with excellent service then this is the place to come - thank you and Yamas!!!!More

Lovely stay but...
The hotel in the main is lovely but for the price we paid, compared to another 4star Thomson couples hotel, the hotel could do with a few tweaks. I must stress our comments our of no reflection to the staff as we received a great service from bar, restaurant, spa, cleaning and reception staff.
We arrived just before midnight and we were greeted by a lovely lady who offered us refreshments after our long journey. Check in was swift which was great. sandwiches and fruit also in room which was a nice touch. Told we had free wifi, safe and. Beach towels, great.
Room . Basic and slightly disappointing . I am comparing my experience of another four star couples hotel with Thomson so I may be being picky. The room 132. Looked over the flat roof of the entrance and directly looked over the plant on top of the roof. Balcony so close to neighbouring room there is no privacy. No robes or slippers provided. No decorative touches from maids in room. Previous hotel had complimentary wine in fridge. Had an off batch of milk on the tea tray so brought milk up from breakfast everyday.
Rooms cleaned thoroughly so can't complain.
Can't complain about food. Food was lovely, especially the chefs omelettes. I agree with previous reviews about tea /coffee being served in morning. Would be a nice touch.
My only comment on food is regarding snacks. It says in the brochure snacks are provided. Usually, in our experience, snacks may be pancakes outside by the beach/pool bar, chips, fruit (snacky food). Snacks where provided in the form of main meals which where nice but, we found ourselves missing lunch to have a "snack" as we like to eat later in the evening. There wasn't really anything to snack on.
Drinks were fine, not watered down. Plenty of tea and coffee in room.
Entertainment - daytime entertainment only appeared to consist of water aerobics and poolside quiz. other activities, walking or boules were advertised but I never saw anybody promote them. Pool quiz nice touch near end of day and quite enjoyable.
Evening entertainment. You cannot please everybody but in our opinion the resident duo was not great. So much so we resorted to our room or pool bar to get away from the racket. We are a young couple in early 30s and like noise but it was more screaming on one occasion than singing. The outside entertainment was great. Elvis tribute act was fantastic !! Great guy and belted out some great songs.
Spa. Girls in the spa, Stephania and Christina were fantastic. Great service. I went four times for treatments. Couldn't be more accommodating. We also used the steam room and sauna on separate occasions. Great.
Hotel is out the way but it's only 1.50 on the bus so it's cheap to get out and about.
Must buy a snorkel and go on the beach with it. Water is warm,a little rocky but great fish to see. See more fish than on the under water walkers being advertised.
If you get chance, try scuba diving with just scuba. We did it, booked with a rep around the pool and it was absolutely fantastic.
All in all, we had a lovely holiday and met some nice people. Hotel is advertised as couples but there is nothing in my view coupley or romantic about it. It's just an adult only hotel, which is fine. A couple of tweaks needed to warrant the price we paid.More

things need to change
Let me start by saying we really enjoyed our Holiday here, as every other guests say, the Staff are superb, every one of them and it would be unfair to single anybody out, we thought the food was very good, a good variety at each meal, something for all tastes, we had a "Superior ?, Room", which apart from little extras like a Espresso Machine and a Bathrobe and full Sea view was exactly the same as the others, more about this later, the Entertainment was pretty good, tribute acts but very good , Daytime round the Pool / Grassy area was relaxing and enjoyable, a nice touch was the 11-30 treats each day, the Managers get together meetings was a nice touch, but now I must move on to the negative's, Our Bathroom was about the worst we have had in any Hotel, the Colour Scheme was Dark Grey and even Darker Grey , to stand under the Shower was a Hazard due to how narrow the Bath was, the clear floor space measured 4 foot x 3 foot, the underground " Toilette" near the Pool was disgusting, when you entered the Hotel from the side near the Pool Area it was like entering a industrial area , I can only comment on " The Gents" there, the Staff kept them very clean but they really stank,, the Toilets at the Reception / Lounge Bar area were ridiculess , in the "Gents" there was only 2 Cubicles, no Urinals, some people were going to their rooms for the Toilet , when you stepped out of the Lifts you entered a area of permanent semi darkness and gloom ,the Stairs areas were like found in industrial Buildings, I said earlier how we enjoyed the food, but the Restaurant had the Ambiance of a " Aircraft Hanger" those Grey Walls, and those awful huge ugly ceiling lights, none of these negatives are the fault of the local management and can only be remedied by Head Office, the Manager told us that next year this Hotel will be part of the "Sensatori " concept, well either Thomson are lowering the " Sensatori " standards or a very lot of work and money needs to be spent, But I say again we did enjoy our stay and thank you again to all the staff , Oct 11---Oct 25, Room 338 More
