Atlantica Sea Breeze

A beachfront setting and a pair of à la carte restaurants are just a couple of the things you’ll love about the Atlantica Sea Breeze.

This place has a peaceful beachfront setting, with its own little rocky cove. As secluded as it is, a 10-minute bus ride takes you right into the town centre – there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Bedrooms here are really modern. Some have lilac walls, some are olive green, and others are painted in cool grey. They all come with matching bed linen, and contemporary over-sized headboards.

Better than 4*

Fabulous holiday in an amazing hotel. The accommodation was first class, the food was outstanding and the staff were fabulous - we were waved off by members of management at the end of our stay. A truly memorable experience.More

Great adult only Hotel

This hotel is part of the thomson couples range. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well furnished. The food was generally good. It is in a quiet location, it does have a beach but it is very stoney underfoot in the water so would suggest the swim shoes you can buy. Its 2.50 euros to hire a bed on the beach. Buses run from the hotel to protaras and beyond.More

Brilliant Holiday - cannot fault the hotel!

We visited here during the last week of October - we left on the last day of the hotel being open. I honestly do not know what people are complaining about!! I'm sure that some people are never happy!! From arrival and being met, quite late at night by a very friendly receptionist and our cases being taken to our room - to our departure, again quite late, the hotel staff were exceptional. The food was lovely, varied and very tasty. George in the restaurant was always very friendly and there to take you to your table. The entertainment - Red Lips - were much better than usual entertainment in Thomson hotels. Ben was a fantastic guitarist, not keen on the vocalist, but she wasn't too bad. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the outside area was again very clean, lots of sunbeds to choose from. We would definitely return to this hotel.More

Quiet, relaxed holiday

We are just back on 26 October. The Atlantica Sea Breeze was a lovely clean hotel. The staff were excellent when we arrived, customer service very good. Our room was spotless! :) George and the restaurant staff were so lovely, took time to talk and make sure we were happy where we were sitting. Food was great! Al la carte Italian was really enjoyable. The pool area is very clean and again the staff were friendly and good fun. There was lots of space and loungers to sit and relax and sunbathe. There was space whatever time you came down. The hotel is a little further out than we realised, however, bus service is great and we used to walk along to Pernera beach and Protaras. You can walk along coast or through villages. Bus only takes 15 mins to Protaras and 40 mins to Agia Napa. Bar staff in lobby great Dimitri and Magda look after you. Entertainment was mixed, some good nights some a bit lame. We did mention is was too noisy but nothing got done about it. That was my only issue of holiday. Lastly, I would like to mention Spa. I went for a treatment and so did my husband. Great prices! And the girls were fabulous! A lovely environment to chill out! Really enjoyed our holiday, we have not been to the area before and we would definitely come back!More

Trischian L,

Not 4*

Atlantica Seabreeze Hotel Arrival. Receptionist very good, efficient. Refreshment? Sandwich and bottle of water in fridge. Rep meeting, informative. General. Food; Excellent selection of hot meat, fish, eggs, very varied, first class. Vegetables, mainly frozen, not 4* Drinks!!! Gin/brandy unpalatable; consequently my bar bill was higher than I anticipated. A la carte restaurant, fine dining???? Italian? I decided on sea bass. I had a fillet, not a full bass, with frozen carrots and frozen broccoli. Again not 4* Gave the Greek “fine” dining a miss. Vegetarian/dessert bars repetitive. Coffee machines very much in need of replacement. General décor VERY MUCH in need of upgrade. Plain walls without decoration. Wood carving on chests and mirror surrounds obliterated with a heavy coat what appeared to be whitewash. Table decoration pathetic. One stem, yes one stem of basil or rosemary, or one stem of some non-descript plastic?????. Dress code for evening meal; None, hence shorts, vests, trackie bottoms etc. A small percentage, 10% ? made an effort, mainly female guests. Tables in regimental lines and this in conjunction with the “décor” gave the appearance of a works canteen Trolleys used for collecting plates, scrap food, parked within 4/5 feet of food prep area and dining tables. Spasmodic reception of guests into dining room to show guests to available tables. No general Maître de management. Rooms very well kept. Beds comfortable. Comfortable lounge area but insufficient room in the event of the hotel being full. Rain on one evening meant that guests using the outside area entered the lounge where there was insufficient seating to accommodate them. Consequently there were 40/50 guests carrying tables and chairs from the outside area into the lounge. Not the sort of situation to be expected in a 4* Hotel. Entertainment: Overall, after suffering very lack lustre hotel entertainment over the years I was pleasantly surprised to see first class acts performing throughout the day and night. Overall, a hotel in a good position, efficient staff, but in need of a refurb by someone with experience of what 4* hotels should offer and a revamp of how a restaurant should be laid out and supervised. Have stayed in other hotels in the chain. This one does not meet the usual standard. The dining room is at best 2/3*. Much needs to be done to bring the hotel up to 3/4*.More
