Hotel Nissi Beach

Holidays to the Hotel Nissi Beach can be as active or relaxing as you like, thanks to a beachfront setting among tropical gardens and a long list of things to do.

This hotel is set in acres of brightly coloured tropical gardens. It’s fronted by a 500-metre curve of golden sand – a short wander through the palm-lined walkways will get you to the shore.

This place is smart and modern. The lobby features a contemporary colour scheme of slate and denim. Bedrooms, meanwhile, are done in earthy tones with splashes of blue.

Back to my second home today. Left my heart behind to my lovely paradise in Cyprus. The best and one of the unique properties on the island. The endless blue sea from the amazing beach, the real botanical garden park of the Hotel- beautiful. Every single one of the Staff treat me like a Queen. They are very special to me. I hope I keep well so that I am able to return next year for my 48th trip and also for years to come to my Wonderful Nissi Beach Resort. Petoula.More

Another great holiday

Well we have just returned from our 10th visit to this fabulous hotel. And again good food, best hospitality took a look at the newly refurbished suites oh they truly are beautiful , we as a couple and our brother love the garden rooms which suit us but the hotel rooms are lively as well The gardens were still beautiful for the weddings, in my opinion this hotel is the best venue for any wedding. We were again invited to the repeaters lunch which we attended and the food and company of Nikos, Frank, flora as well as the great waiters for the best food it was a fab couple of hours. Added this year was a gala night where we had a special 5 course meal which was superb all of which we will be returning next year for our 2 week vacation which is already being completed. I would like to thank everyone for making our annual holiday the best. See you next year.More

This resort is amazing....the pool, the beach, the food, the staff, the rooms, cant find a fault. Our wedding was amazing as are our photographs, videos and memories. A 20 minute walk to Aiya Napa, lots of shops, restaurants and bars near by. I would definately recommend this hotel, and we intend to return at some point.More

Lovely Hotel in Beautiful Gardens and Amazing Beach

Nissi Beach Resort is a very beautiful hotel and first impressions excite you immensely. Upon arrival you will encounter the reception staff who dealt with my check-in efficiently (possibly a bit indifferently?) no chit chat about your flight etc BUT this does not detract from their professional manner. In my opinion they were very good. I was given a nice cold glass of orange juice which was very welcome and when I had finished check-in a porter escorted me to my room and brought my luggage. All very good. I was in a Garden Room. I had actually e-mailed the Hotel prior to my arrival to request a Garden Room on the 2nd floor and they confirmed they would try to arrange this for me however I was a bit disappointed that my Garden Room was on the ground floor as the patio view was mainly of shrubbery. The room had a welcome plate of fruit, a fridge, a single bed and a double bed (two singles pushed together), air conditioning, a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, hairdryer, toiletries provided in the bathroom and three beach towels. The room was a bit dated but how much time was I going to spend there? I wouldn’t notice it when I was asleep! There was so much to see within the Hotel grounds, beach and surrounding area. I slept well each night as the bed was very comfortable and it was all very quiet in the evening. The only noise I heard whilst in the room was the next morning from the adjoining Garden Room…..the walls must be quite thin as you could hear toilet flushing, nose blowing and clearing of throats (gross!!) but this is not the fault of the Hotel. The maid who came to my room daily was amazing, she was very unobtrusive if I was still in the room and left the room spotless each day. I would say that the Hotel itself is spotlessly clean (the exception being the smelly pool toilets but I will mention this later). Breakfast is buffet style, served from 7.30 to 10.30. You can be seated inside or on the terrace. Everyone should be able to find something at the buffet as it adequately caters for every nationality, although for British taste you should stay clear of the overcooked scrambled eggs, these are not very nice and I suspect are made with egg powder. The buffet area is not very big but everyone seemed rather respectful and breakfast I found to be a nice leisurely affair. The waiters clear the tables very quickly and you may find that if you leave your seat to get something else then it could be cleared and reset for someone else! This did happen to a friend of mine whilst I was there. Be aware that there are lots of cats on the grounds of the Hotel…..just saying as some people may not like this……..other Hotel residents can be seen feeding the cats from their table ….not my scene but it didn’t bother me either. The pool area is located just a stroll through the gardens, past the very happy “beach towel boy” who always has a smile and a kind “kalimira” for everyone. The sun loungers and parasols at the pool are sufficient for everyone…..there was no issue finding a sun lounger. There is a large rectangular pool and a smaller children’s pool, with facilities to shower before going into the pool and also two changing areas. The toilets off the pool are really quiet smelly at times, especially the men’s….even though these are cleaned regularly. The pool bar opens at 10am and you can get drinks, ice creams, snacks, salads, burgers etc either to sit in the pool bar or have brought to you at the pool area. The peach Bellini’s are very nice! The beach is amazing …the water is perfect and you can wade out into the bay for quite a long way. Loungers on the beach are 2.50 Euro. Nissi Beach is renowned for its beauty and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. I am so glad that this Hotel is located on such a beautiful beach…..pure bonus! In the evening the cocktails at the Bacchus terrace bar are lovely and the live music is very enjoyable to relax to. I did not eat evening meals at the Hotel but they did look amazing. I was staying at the Hotel as I was a wedding guest and the wedding buffet that was served in the Rondavel was superb! I didn’t use the Spa facilities this time but as I intend to return to Nissi Beach Resort I will avail of them on my next visit. So yes, I would definitely go back to Nissi Beach Resort and I am already looking forward to it.More
