If you’re after a classic beach holiday, the Nissi Beach is ideal. It’s set beside Nissi Bay, just a stroll from the sands. What’s more, it comes with beachfront suite bungalows, which are just metres from the shore. Like the other bedrooms here, they’re modern and comfortable.
The hotel is a friendly place with lots going on. Tennis, minigolf and spa treatments are on the agenda, as are live music performances and shows in the evenings. You can even make friends with the house pelican – it's very tame and roams freely in the gardens.
In terms of food, you’ve got three restaurants. Fresh fish tops the bill at the beach taverna, while the buffet restaurant features a flower-lined terrace overlooking the sea. There’s also a bar, which plays soft music in the evenings.
Lastly, there’s the pool. It’s surrounded by plants and palms, and has a real hideaway feel – so it’s perfect for quiet sunbathing.

What can I say I loved everything about this place from the room with a fabulous sea view, the well equipped gym and indoor pool ( there is an outdoor pool for the warmer weather) the fabulous gardens and beautiful white sand beach with clear aquatic waters. The location was perfect, not to close but not too far from shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast selection was quite extensive with dishes that should cater for all tastes. The hotel itself is well appointed, very clean and luxurious looking with a number of indoor, outdoor and sea side bars and seating areas. And to top it all off, although it was the off season, there was a pianist playing the most lovely melodies in the main bar in the evening. He was still going at 11pm when I headed off to bed. I can only imagine how fabulous this place would be during the season. Thoroughly recommend it. More

Average… unless your getting married!
My sister got married at this hotel, her review is 5 stars and she highly recommends this hotel. However….. we visited as wedding guests and were at little more relaxed! The room we stayed in was like a Butlins shack. It was behind the hotel near the road. It was in severe need of updating. I cried when I realised it was for real. I guess Cypriot room rating isn't the same as English. The furniture was stained and burnt. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The toilet and bath were dirty on arrival, this was soon rectified. Our room was cleaned daily and the cleaner was excellent. We were given a beach towel every day. Hot water and toiletries (if you use them) were plentiful. Reception staff were at times helpful however on the whole liked to look at you as if you were speaking Martian! Unfriendly and unhelpful :( The breakfast buffet was a free for all with Eastern European/Russian guests pushing you out of the way to get to the hot food. I do not understand why because food was refreshed regularly and there was plenty of choice. We did not eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. The pool was huge with lots of sun beds available. There is a separate children's pool. It's basic. The beach is lovely but was crowded. I don't like sand so we gave it a miss. My sisters wedding day was spectacular. The hotel and its management did her and her husband proud! The hotel gardens are stunning and made the perfect setting. I honestly think this hotel needs to shake itself down and pay more attention to all its guests rather than wedding parties. The garden rooms need urgent attention.More

It could easily be much better
This is a hard review to write. Having read all the glowing comments from other guests I’m wondering if I’m too fussy. It’s not that our stay was a total disaster but it wasn’t brilliant either. Some examples. We arrive at the Front Desk and an older Cypriot receptionist in on the phone talking loudly as if she is at her grandfather’s potato field. When checking out she is talking with one of her colleagues, again with no sense of decorum. As another reviewer mentioned, a very reluctant “did you have a nice stay?” was asked by the other receptionist. We leave with no “thank you”, “goodbye” or the slightest acknowledgement from the reception desk. A very strange experience. We ask the Cypriot lady at the Spa’s reception if she can show us the facilities. She couldn’t be bothered. As instructed, we left a plate outside our room for the cleaner. Next morning it was still there, as well as a cat licking the ants and crumbs. Maybe that WAS the cleaner. The waiting staff throughout, reminded me of the 80’s when I worked in the area. From the uniforms, the casual way of greeting the guests or talking with each other, to the mad, disorganised rush at dinner service. Food was mostly OK and the hotel is not particularly luxurious. The sprawling gardens, the great beach and the terrific weather helped a lot, though. So far, the best hotel in the area we’ve stayed in remains the Olympic Lagoon. The only thing where the Nissi Beach comes on top is its beach and the gardens.More
I was in Nissi Beach on November 2013. Everything was good: beautiful beach, very tasty food, clean room, good swimming pool and gym (especially on evening), friendly and helpful waiter, but staff of reception was a little rough( one or two time). Thanks for wonderful!:)More

Nissi Beach Hotel is Fab
I stayed in one of the garden rooms, the hotel, accommodation, food, beach were all excellent. Cannot wait to go back. There were flowers everywhere, the hotel and grounds were kept immaculately, as was the swimming pool. There was also a children's paddling pool too. There was always loads of choice for meals.More
