Definetly recommend and would stay again

Loved the resort. Beautiful well maintained gardens, food choice, quality and quantity all spot on. The dining room and terrace outside were clean and ample staff to clear plates and offer drinks service. Rooms have a good hair dryer, shampoos, conditioner, soaps and shower gels replenished daily. Kettle in room with tea and coffee replenished daily and empty cold fridge to store purchased water/drinks. Ironing board and iron were great on and very quick on request. We stayed in the garden view rooms, garden being bush's backing onto nissi avenue which is quite loud traffic noise but what can you do about that? Pay for a seaview i suppose. Beach towels again replenished daily by handing in a card to the towel man by the pool who, on your last day will give you your towel card back when you hand your last towels in and you are not charged 20 euros. The bar staff by the pool are very friendly and we had a good laugh with them. The pool entertainer Alex is low key and will only involve you if you want to be involved. The reception staff are friendly and their english is great. The only issue we had was with a night male receptionist who was annoyed that myself and my husband had gone on seperate nights out and therefore had to be let in with a masterkey that they let you in with as instructed to by the day time staff as they dont have duplicate keys to give you for your room. This happened on 2 nights and he was annoyed on both. The maids are friendly and service rooms daily. The indoor pool in the spa in not heated. My husband used the gym and he said it was good. There are showers in the spa which you can use which we did on the last day when we had checked out of our room. There are towels ready to use in there but there was no soap in the dispensers on the walls. The fruit on the buffet was sooo nice, pastries, full english, fresh breads, would definetly recommend and go back! Not to mention the fantastic view from the hotel of nissi beach! Stunning! You can take a coastal walk along a man made path all the way to ayia napa. More

Amazing incredible wedding and holiday!

We have just spent the most incredible two weeks at Nissi Beach Resort! I mean just wow this place is simply amazing! I would definitely say this is the best place I have ever stayed! We got married here on the 9th May and it was perfect! The location is unreal and we have the most beautiful photos at the gazebo, around the hotel gardens and of our reception in the Rondavel! I didn't book a private wedding planner as I had read reviews about how great Marios is and I am so glad to have dealt with him! He answered any questions I had promptly via email and everything was organised effortlessly! It was the perfect day! We were treated like a king and queen during our stay with champagne breakfast and a special candlelit dinner organised for us! Also Tasos, the master of ceremony, is one of the most genuine and delightful people we have ever met! He is just amazing, he was there on the day ensuring everything ran smoothly and he did an amazing job! He was always interested in talking to us, getting to know us and making sure we had an incredible time! I used the salon in the hotel for hair and make-up and Hayley was just delightful, such a darling she made sure I looked beautiful and looked after us while we were here! I cannot wait to come back!More

Karen J,

Week away

This is a great hotel complex that really made our week in Cyprus.... From the arrival and getting greeted with a welcome drink to the amazing room..we were in one of the beach bungalows which if you can manage to pay the extra are well worth it....having our own terrace and garden looking out onto Nissi beach was great! We were half board and the breakfast and evening meal were of a good standard with decent choice...maybe including at least water would be a good move though with the evening meal as having to pay for water seemed abit strange? Plenty or bars/restaurants nearby but as we went early season in May they were quiet so we went made the 20 minute walk into aiya Napa a few times for drinks and a couple of back to the hotel was only 8 euros!More

14th Visit to Nissi Beach Resort

Hi All, I have just returned again from this fantastic hotel. The first 2 photos were the view we had from our balcony, the second 2 shows the reverse way round. This hotel is by far the best hotel in and around Aiya Napa, the rooms were great, the food is impeccable and the staff are the best from first arriving at the reception until our departure. Both my children were married at this hotel and again the best in Cyprus, I watched 5 weddings while there and were amazing, so anyone wanting a great venue, great food this is the hotel for your special day. Thank you to all for our splendid stay again, see you all again next year. Bev Baxter Burton on Trent.More
