Attended a family wedding but did not stay at the hotel

The wedding was beautiful and the staff were incredibly attentive. Whilst we didn't stay here, we spent time with the bride and groom. Only half board available but there are plenty of restaurants, of varied price, in the vicinity. The beach bungalows are well proportioned and beautifully finished. Beach front views are exceptional. Disappointing that use of the beach recliners and umbrellas incurs a charge. It would be expected this would be free for hotel residents. Beautiful pools and bars. Wifi was free and high-speed!More

Kylie T,

Two Week Summer Holiday

Lovely room with wet shower suitable for the disabled traveller. Well stocked fridge replenished once a week. Clean towels daily also pool towels available daily at no extra charge. Staff were always very friendly and helpful on the front desk at the hotel entrance. The only thing we missed was a lobby shop, which we have been assured will be available later this year. I would have liked to have seen more British menus at mealtimes. Nata is a wonderful, happy helpful PR Lady always willing to help and was always smiling. More

Our Wedding/Holiday

We stayed at the Nissi Beach hotel for a 2 week holiday and for our wedding on 27th July and it was absolutely amazing - we are so glad we chose this hotel!! The sea view room we had was clean an had perfect views of the sea and the gardens. The rooms are cleaned every day so the beds are made and fresh towels are provided and the cleaners are extremely friendly and smiley even in hot conditions! We received fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room on arrival which was a lovely touch and were provided details of our meetings with Marios and Caroline the next day who sort out your decorations, food, drinks and any other little details you would like to arrange for the wedding day - huge thanks to them both they were so professional and looked after us all holiday. The buffet food on an evening is themed every night and most if not all of the food is amazing I never had a bad meal! The Cypriot and Around The World buffet were my favourite! There was a wide range of food every morning to suit everyone's taste; toast, croissants, cereal, eggs (boiled, scrambled, fried) bacon, beans, grilled tomatoes sausages and hash browns! There is also a range of juices to choose from and pots of tea and coffee. We'd like to say a huge thank you to Tasos who is the master of ceremonies - he treated us and our guests very well and he was very professional not just on the day but throughout the duration of our stay. He is a genuinely kind man and even bought us a drink in the bar on the day we were leaving :-) thank you so much for ensuring our day went smoothly and making us feel so relaxed! A big thank you to Orla who helped us organise our flowers and arranged the transport to and from the Ayia Napa town hall where we took our stat decs to sign the legal paperwork for the registrar for the wedding day. She was so helpful and so friendly and made us feel well looked after and she was there on the day to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you also to Frank who sorts out the music on the day he is a very happy chappy and nothing is a problem. The BBQ buffet at the Rondavel reception was much food and a variety of puddings. The bar staff were very attentive and DJ Barry was also excellent for getting people up and dancing all night. The bar service was very good round the pool, big shout out to Elena who was constantly at our beck and call for the different flavoured Daiquiri cocktails we were ordering throughout the day. We are sure to return to Nissi Beach one day....maybe for an Anniversary! We absolutely loved our time here and will not forget those who helped us have the best day!More

Family Wedding

We've recently returned from a 2 week stay for a family wedding. The resort itself is beautiful and it was an unbelievalbe place for the wedding. - Rooms are good, clean and fairly modern. If you can stretch to a sea-view, it is certainly worth it. - The food is amazing. Each night has a different theme, with some better than others, but the choice is excellent. - The pool area is fantastic and doesn't suffer the affliction of towels at dawn on the sunbeds. We sauntered down well past 10 on a couple of occasions to find plenty of sunbeds available. Similarly staff run games and competitions from yoga, pool zumba, aerobics and water polo. A very dedicated team and Alex is fantastic with the little ones. - Entertainment: This is a strong point of the hotel with some excellent shows put on. It's pot luck which are on during your stay but the magic show, dancers and acrobats are a plus point. - Staff - They are amazing. Having encountered quite rude bar staff in a nearby hotel that other family were staying at, these are a cut above the rest. Aneelia in the bar is an absolute star and will certainly look after you as will Stella. Make sure you seek out these two early on your visit! One of the on;y bugbears of the hotel is the bar prices. The cocktails are very good (we sampled pretty much all of them between our party) and the staff are talented. In comparison to other hotels and bars nearby there can be a difference of 2 euros for the same drink, which, over a two week stay, certianly adds up. Overall, a really beautiful and relaxing place to stay.More

We have just arrived home from Nissi beach hotel. We had the most amazing stay at the hotel. It is in a beautiful location. We stayed here for two weeks from 20th July - 3rd August. The sea view rooms are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing. They can't do enough for you. The food was lovely, myself and my son are very fussy and always managed to eat every night. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice. We got married on 26th July and our day was absolutely PERFECT! From the day we arrived we had letters in our room regarding meetings about the wedding. Everything was so professional and made us feel at ease. Marios is fantastic at what he does. Within minutes of meeting him out wedding plans were all put onto paper and organised within the hour. Nothing was too much trouble. We then met Caroline who is a beautiful person inside and out. She made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. If we needed any thing nothing was a problem. She made me feel so relaxed. I would never have thought I was getting married. A stress free wedding. Who would have thought it! Orla was also so amazing and helpful. Nothing was a problem. She helped with the bridesmaids getting ready on the day. She has a heart of gold. Everything was just perfect. Thank you Orla. Tasos the master of ceremonies is just the BEST. He made sure everything on the day and the lead up to the day was just perfect to a T. Nissi beach hotel are very lucky to have him. We have a friend for life. He made us feel so special and really took the time to get to know us and know what we wanted on our special day. Thank you Tasos. If you are planning on having your hair done in the salon by Hayley, I would definitely recommend you choose Hayley. We was welcomed into the salon and I felt like I had know her for years. It was the most relaxing experience and we had so much fun. Our hair looked absolutely stunning. Everyone needs Hayley on their big day. I felt like a million dollars when I walked out of the salon. Thanks Hayley X The staff in the rondavel were fab. They couldn't do enough for us. We truly have had a wonderful stay and wedding and Nissi beach And will go back one day. We have made friends for life. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday and wedding the BEST it could be. We 💙 you all so much and will miss you all. THANK YOU xxxMore
