Excellent location

we booked a beach bungalow . A very large suite including a reception. It is very quiet although very near the beach ( couple of hundreds of meters) . The bungalow has a large balcony with a beautiful tree and beach view. It is somehow private. One of the best hotels in nissi, if not the best, especially if a champagne at night is on the agenda. Our wedding/holiday

Well we got married here on 10.10.14 what an amazing day, weather was fab, the day went perfect. All the staff were so helpful towards the planning of our special day, put my mind at ease completely. Hotel in general is great for everyone, it's in a great location too. Our 3 year old was with us and he had a ball, again all the staff made us feel at home & never walked past us without a smile or a chat. The pool area was fab for our little boy & what can I say about the beach. Outstanding!! Very beautiful with crystal clear water. The food was also very good, buffet style every night. Our hotel room was a little bit small but it was fine for the 3 of us with beautiful views from the balcony. The entertainment was good too. Highly recommend and we hope to return next year. More

Beach taverna

Visited beach bar taverna at Nissi Beach Hotel for buffet lunch. Last ate here at the end of September and thought the buffet was excellent. This time the price had gone up dramatically and the food quality had gone down. If you like cream sauce and cheese sauce and not much meat but lots of pasta it's OK. Marge andMike ManchesterMore

Relaxing week at Nissi Beach Resort

During mid term my friend and I stayed at Nissi Beach Resort Hotel. Overall the hotel is very good, modern, spacious with very attentive and friendly staff. the location of the hotel is perfect, secluded enough to feel you have escaped yet at the entrance to the hotel there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from (Garden View Italian Restaurant is particularily good). The beach is amazing, beautiful sandy beach with warm clean water. there is a choice of two beach bars/restaurants which are good - nothing fancy but sufficient. There is also a pool but we didnt spend any time there. Catering: The breakfast buffet was good, got a little tired of it after a week, any longer than that and I would have gone a little mad - it didnt really change from day to day. The evening buffet was unfortunately poor. We didnt have this included in our package thank god and often ate outside the hotel. The al-carte in the hotel is good and the food in the bar is good just the main dinning room buffet is poor. Wifi is sadly only available in the communal lobby area which in this day and age is a shame. Overall a great hotel and would come back.More

so nearly a five but a few let downs

I stayed here with my wife and six year old son over half-term week, We had a wonderful holiday with great weather in what we felt is a really good location. Welcome and check-in was very good and we were quickly into our room (207). We found this room to be a little too noisy for us as we have a young son so would normally be in bed before the entertainment finished. So the first night was okay but after a long day we had an early night..but the singing (though very good quality) was ideal to send us off to sleep! Hotel response was excellent though, as soon as I mentioned it they gave me some options, offered to show me the new room and to help with moving. We moved to a room at the other end of the hotel and a floor higher (323). The view was awesome across the bay - sunsets in the evening and sunrise in the morning - the sea view extra is well worth the cost. the rooms themselves are cosy but adequately equipped. Breakfast is a very good selection of food - both hot and cold, and evening meals seem to be quite busy though we opted for the B&B as plenty of restaurants nearby. For lunch we went to the snack bar on the beach (Rondeval), this is a little cheaper than the pool bar and is really close to the beach and see. Great place for reading a book pre-lunch whistle snacking on pitta and Tzatsiki with a beer to help it down. Entertainment wise I was well impressed. "christi' in the kids club was excellent, really engaging with the children and keeping them occupied whatever their age. The sports options are also good - we played tennis everyday and the three astroturf courts are in real good condition. Evening entertainment was always good and not too late and I found bar prices to be reasonable. Nissi beach is a wonderful place, pretty with plenty of water sport options and wonderful to swim in. There were a couple of weddings taking place whilst we were there, both looked really nice events and were well managed by the hotel - no intrusion on other guests and wonderful setting. A couple more gripes..we moved rooms but then the hotel seemed to organise an event on one of the nights we were there with really loud music under where our room was...be better if they defined the end of the hotel we were at as the quiet end and didn't hold any late night activities. Second our safe broke three times, always fixed but on one afternoon my wife was stranded in the hotel room for an hour whilst waiting for an engineer. These last two points are correctable, and perhaps had we not experienced this place would get a five :-)More
