I thought the hotel was not a four star, the grounds were nice but the pool and area was very poor. The food was very good as was the service. Rooms mediocre at best. The wedding was lovely and photos turned out amazing.More

Room with a stormy view
Mr. Costa at the reception was kind, graceful and generous. The location of the resort is fantastic, it is on the beach. The breakfast was fine. The indoor pool was good. Good free Wi-fi, but only in the lobby. The beds were two single beds rather than a double. I had booked a Sea View Room, which was much smaller than how it appeared in the photograph. Just felt that the frills that one expected given the high tariff for the room were missing. The room was a bit shabby, it stormed all night and it felt as if the pounding glass sliding door would crash on us, but it did not.Given the fantastic location of the hotel the management probably dose not feel the need to do much more pampering, so given the fact that I was there on a stormy day I would say poor value for money but on a sunny day you might not!More

Very nice place
I really liked the place and I will surely visit it again when I go to ayia napa. It is so close to whatever you need: supermarkets, shops, night clubs... The pool is nice and the beach is nicer especially at night. Breakfast is also delicious. You can eat and drink whatever you want except for cold water. In general Ayia napa is a marvellous place where you can really have fun. Do not hesitate to visit it.More
Nice Hotel - Great location for the beach
we stayed at the Nissi beach the last week of October - the hotel is in a great location with pool views put to sea and a short walk down to the beach direct through the hotel grounds. The gardens are lovely and provide a further great outlook from the pool to the sea. Breakfast was of mixed quality. The choice of bread was good, along with local fruits - fantastic pomegranates ! I prefer my eggs scrambled, but these were of poor quality in the hotel ( powdered egg?) so I switched to the poached / fried which varied through the week. No omelette station -which you'd normally get for this standard of Hotel. Our room was very comfortable and kept very clean. The only detraction was that we were in a lock nearer to the neighbouring road ( annoying quad bike / buggy engines late at night) and the shops / restaurants where 1 resident was letting a noisy Alsatian type dog out onto his roof at 5 in the morning and it's constant barking would wake us up early.More

Wedding and Holiday
We had the most amazing wedding and holiday. The hotel are brilliant for weddings and staff are brilliant. We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Nissi beach and cannot wait to return. We stayed in a suite bungalow, half board. The breakfast and evening meals are very good, and different cuisine every evening. Most of the time we booked drinks to our room but you could pay as you go if wanted. Hotel is set right on the beautiful nissi beach. The hotel grounds are beautiful. And there are a few bars around the grounds that you can buy snacks and drinks from and are very good. Little expensive but nice food and you expect to pay more inside the hotel. The hotel swimming pool is basic with a separate children's pool. With plenty of sun beds and parasols. Hotel staff constantly walk around the pool getting drinks and snacks for guests. My only problem with the hotel was 6 months before we was due to arrive I requested a bath as we have a young daughter that doesn't like showers. The hotel confirmed on a couple of occasions we would have a bath and not to worry, but when we arrive to the bungalow suite there was only a shower. The suite was stunning but missing a bath :(... I spoke to reception and they said all they can offer is a change of room in 4 days time. We was getting married in a couple of days and to move all belonging from one room to another in 4 days would be lots of trouble. This would mean unpacking and repacking and again in 4 days :(.......... I felt the rooms could of been managed better as I paid an extra £1000 for this room and when booked all suites had baths.. The hotel went and brought a large tub for my daughter to sit in.More
