Fresh from a multi-million-pound refurb, this hotel is sporting a smart new look – and its location is spot on, too.
Rooms flaunt up-to-the-minute interiors, and come with extras like free Wi-Fi and rain showers. And there’s a stylish rooftop bar made for sunset cocktails.
The hillside setting makes for great views. But, better than that, the main Strip and Grecian beach, the longest in Ayia Napa, are less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Plus, there are bars and restaurants even closer.

Bad experience with the management!!!
I booked a room at this hotel through TripAdvisor. Upon booking it i put my credit card. Because of unforseen circumstances we arrived late at the hotel (11pm) . There was no one at the front desk but the night guard. The guard ask me to pay my stay in cash and I refused saying that it has been booked through TripAdvisor with a credit card. He told me come back in the morning for the payment. Then he asked my friend and I for an id . My friend didn't have an id on her so he asked that she brings it in the morning. All this what done with a horrible and rude attitude. I didn't have my passport so I handed him my driving licence so he could register me for the room. Then he refused to give it back to me with a horrible attitude. I nicely said I need my driving licence to drive, please you make a copy of it. Then he says computer and printer are off which was a lie because the screen was on (which means he didn't know how to use it). I don't know why they left this man in charge with out the proper training. Overall I felt humiliated and very frustrated. The room was really nice and clean breakfast was ok . But people managing it are very rude. I don't think I will ever stay in this hotel again. Because when u pay so much for a room you at least expect to have a nice room and a decent treatment. When I mentioned it the next day to the receptionist she told me the guard was frightened that is the reason why he asked for cash and my driving license. How can two 25 year old girls be scary??More
Unless your Russian you will feel out of place
Pool area nice .. This hotel is full of Russians! Hotel food was not great ... Burnt and hard. Plenty of sun beds. Staff working the bar were friendly. Very clean. Excellent location. Close to shops , bars , 5 min walk from the main clubs. Close to the harbour. More
Gorgeous Hotel, would definitely return
Visited this hotel from 17th July - 24th July. We wanted something near the strip but a higher standard hotel, not one of your general young and lively ones. This hotel is fab and looks exactly as it does in the brochure which doesn't happen very often. Although this is a small hotel it's ideal for couples and young groups looking for something close to the strip but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. The pool is small, but we didn't spend much time round it so that didn't bother us too much. The sunbeds are never reserved and the days we did spend around the pool we never had any bother finding a bed in a good spot. We were absolutely chuffed with our room, it was so big! We paid extra for a pool view and we were very happy with the room we got. It's very modern, very clean and it was so big we could have fit at least another 3 bodies in our room without a problem. The only minor fault was the room cleaning, we found the first few days it was cleaned thoroughly but the last 4 days of our stay it was very rare they done anything other than pull the duvet over and put some fresh towels in. It would have been nice to have fresh sheets. This hotel is in an ideal location! It was a perfect location actually. Within a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and within a five minute walk of circus square which was where we generally began our night so this was handy. It was also within a two minute walk of river reggae club. It was also located only a 10 minute walk to all the shops and the nearest restaurants were just down the street which was ideal. We only made it to breakfast one morning out of the 7, however the one morning we did make it it was fab. Plenty of choice and everything was fresh and warm. The prices of drinks weren't too bad in the hotel, as we were only b&b, however we found the food was a but more pricey although the portion sizes were great! The ladies at reception were really nice and really friendly, allowed us to leave our cases with them whilst we went out shopping on our last day as we had to check out by 12 and our flight wasn't until later. Although the night porter was quite rude and abrupt. If suggest trying to deal with the ladies on reception throughout the day rather than dealing with the gentleman at night as he understands little English and was quite abrupt when we did try to explain. I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for a nice hotel, nearby to everything. It's worth the extra you pay. We're hoping to return to Ayia Napa next year and hoping we can get back into this hotel. Would also recommend booking with Thomson if your a young group of friends travelling as the Thomson scene reps are fab! We would have been lost without them whilst we were there. Booked all our events on the first day we arrived and we will do the same next year. So stress free and they sort everything for you. More
Perfect Location, clean, tidy and nice style
We only stayed one night so I cannot comment on room cleaning services for extended stays. Certainly the room we took was very clean and well appointed. The price of the room was high but because it included dinner we reconciled the high room prices with the saving on dinner. The pool didnt seem very clean; it look filthy in the evening with artificial lights on. Food was bog standard holiday hotel style. A lot of Russians in this hotel, so peak times are a real bun fight at the buffet, but never the less quality fine.More
