Fresh from a multi-million-pound refurb, this hotel is sporting a smart new look – and its location is spot on, too.
This place had a major makeover for summer 2013. Rooms flaunt up-to-the-minute interiors, and come with extras like free Wi-Fi and rain showers. And there’s a stylish rooftop bar made for sunset cocktails.
The hillside setting makes for great views. But, better than that, the main Strip and Grecian beach, the longest in Ayia Napa, are less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Plus, there are bars and restaurants even closer.
I prefered this hotel because it was walking distance to local amenities and it has a special safe parking place. Terrace bar is nice for some drinks or sisha. Gym is not the but at least you can enjoy your holoday without skipping a quick spontaneous workout.More
Beautiful hotel, great facilities, helpful staff
Tasia Maris Oasis is a large hotel with beautiful interiors as well as exteriors, a wide variety of lovely views (very interesting to take photos of), attentive staff and great facilities. The hotel has opened in 2013 which is very obvious as a modern, contemporary style takes over all the areas- the artsy lobby, the picture-worthy pool area where you can enjoy a drink and music, the comfortable rooms etc.
We stayed in this hotel for a night in November for a conference. The staff was very pleasant and willing to help with anything we needed.
The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully designed and the beds are thick, soft and very comfortable. The rooms are also equipped with a/c units and they have balconies with views of the pool (at least the ones we stayed in). The bathroom is also large and very spacious.
The dinner and the breakfast buffets offer a wide variety of decent meals.
What I disliked about this almost faultless hotel is the conference room which is quite small in size with two columns in the middle of the room blocking the view of a big part of the room for everyone (very inconvenient and frustrating) and there were many rectangular tables in two rows instead of a big circular one which would be ideal for a conference (considering the columns in the middle of the room that's probably the reason why there wasn't a table like that).
Overall, this hotel is definitely recommended for a budget stay and I would definitely stay here again!More

I spend the last days of summer season in this hotel - it was quite empty and very quiet. There were not crowds in the restaurant or at pool area, so it looked very cosy and silent, just 5 minutes from the beach. Hotel looks realy like in photos, modern and light, exept the colorful fauntains were switched off at last days. Nice staff (and 5 lovely cats). The food was very good - nuts and chocolate every morning (lucky children), seafood and fresh fish at dinner time. The hotel's bar was always empty but the prices off wine and bear was friendly. The only funny thing was a wednesday night's show - strange singer with stupid russian popsongs (and no one russian in hotel:).More
Stayed at this hotel twice. First time was in May 2014. By chance, without choice, just had an offer to fly to this hotel from my friend. We came with a company of 13 people and everyone was truly satisfied. As I have friends working in Ayia Napa location was mostly important for me (not to be far from the beach and bar street/city center). I'm not fond of staying in the hotel, with animation and other stuff. I like to travel, so the amenities (like swimming pool etc. ) were not important at all and other people staying in the hotel either. However, we had All Inclusive (cause it was worth for money). I loved this hotel from the first glance, it's like on the photos on the internet, I like this style: hightech,up-to-date and minimalistic. Everything you need you have in your room. Food was also good enough. You can know everything about the rules and food etc. you can read in previous reviews.
Location: just perfect. not only for young people, in the city center, 7mins to Limanaki beach, 2min to the Museum, shops, bus stop, restaurants, 7mins walk to The Bar Square. After party River Reggae Bar is in the neighborhood (for people who want to party till sunrise and get "home" in 1minute). From the bus stop you can reach any place nearby Ayia Napa ( Nissi Beach, Cape Greko, Konnos Bay, Waterpark etc.) Exploring cyprus is better with hired car (we did this for 2 days also).
I was planning to go to Ayia Napa in high season of 2015 also. So when I saw the deal with this hotel (december 2014) I booked the trip without any doubts. Hotel was as good as a year before. Moreover, we've got the best room (junior suite with huge balcony and sunbeds and umbrella on the rooftop) and a bottle of champagne for free,as they see from the system that I came there for the 2nd time. This time i had HB and it was quite enough for two girls,).
Stay there without no doubts if you are not a family who likes to go to Turkey/Egypt and stay in a huge hotel without going out.
P.S. in August 2015 I moved to Ayia Napa, live near Tasia, use their Wifi, and work in another hotel as receptionist for few months. I stayed in Euronapa hotel also during summer vacation 2014. So I can compare some hotels of Ayia NapaMore
