Hotel Nestor

The Nestor Hotel is really modern, and comes with a smart pool area. Plus, it puts you within 5 minutes of Ayia Napa’s beach and nightlife.

This hotel goes heavy on the style front. It’s all clean lines and contemporary furnishings, with futuristic LED lights wedged into roof recesses and underneath bars. The smart, unfussy motif carries on into the rooms.

Location is king for this place. A five-minute walk from the front door gets you to Ayia Napa’s famous nightlife, and the town’s white-sand beach is just as close.

This was my second time at the nester hotel, the first being 2005. They had refurbished the hotel, and it had lost some greek feel to it, it didnt feel so welcomeing. In fact the bar was like something you could see in london. The pool area is a lot better than before with the double sun beds, and the pool its self was also better than before. What i liked about the nester was it was central to everything, the beach was just a short walk across the road. You sat outside by the pool for your evening drinks and entertainment which was ok, as the bar was all white and had lost its character. The beach across the road had everyting you could want,a bar, restaurant, well kept lawns sun beds and shops. Ayia Napa is a lively resort with plently to do, but it is not just for young people. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was kept very clean and tidy, and you had a good tv with plently of channels if you wanted a night in. The hotel its self was still very good but did not have so much character, or any greek feel to it. The hotel rooms were plain with not much in them. THE food in the hotel was very good, there was always plently to eat and plently of chioce very much so in the mornings and you could have as much as you wanted, they kept bringing more out. I would go back to the nester again as it is a good hotel well kept clean and tidy, around the pool and everywhere else and the staff are very happy and helpful, i enjoyed my time there and the food was very good and i remembered the head bar man from 2005, so do go there.More

Quiet but central.

Stayed here as a mature couple in October, we found this hotel very clean " spotless", we stayed half board, the breakfast buffet had a good selection, down side was the omelettes which were a bit dry, but could be cooked fresh if wanted. The evening meals went on themes ie. French, Italian and so on, this was also a buffet and we could not fault any meals that we had. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful always had a smile. The hotel has pool, gym plenty of bars etc. the wi fi was iffy a bit slow, and we had no kettle for making morning coffee in the room which you get in most hotels, the hotel does offer this but at extra cost. You are only about 5 mins walk to the harbour and a couple of mins to the main road with shops, bars restaurants etc but still very quiet in the evenings. We definitly would come back here.More

Great stay at Nestor !

After our September stay ay the Nestor, my wife and I are already looking forward to another holiday here next year. Greeted by friendly staff and finding ourselves in a bright, modern and clean room with an exceptional view of the sea and pool, what more could we ask. The meals were of high quality with plenty of choice and all staff went out of their way to help. Overall an excellent holiday !!More

First class

Great hotel, beautifully decorated throughout. We had a superior room with a sea view and it was excellent, lovely sea views and the rooms are decorated very tastefully. There is a free hairdryer and the safe is free which is a bonus. The cleaners came every day and the towels were changed daily and our bedding once during our weeks stay. We had bed and breakfast so can't speak for the other meals but the choice for breakfast was outstanding as was the food. The hotel is perfectly located close to the harbour and all the amenities.More

We advise you to stay at this hotel, but be ready that's there can be no Wi-Fi

PLUSES: We had clean new comfortable room with nice balcony and nice view (street + sea). Clean comfortable nice modern hotel. Good service at the reception, ladies are good looking and always friendly. Comfortable, nice and clean restaurant and service at the restaurant. Wide and good selection of quality and tasty food. Good pool with nice bartenders at the bar, they are friendly and try to serve you well. Selection and quality of food at the bar also good. We enjoyed staying at Nestor Hotel. Minuses: Very bad quality of the internet for 15 euro. Connection was very bad. Don't buy it. At the hotel they promised that it will be fixed but nobody fixed it. At the restaurant during the dinner if you pay for it the same evening they can propose a discount to you, but if you ask manager he will say that there's no discount. We were confused.More
