The Nestor Hotel is really modern, and comes with a smart pool area. Plus, it puts you within 5 minutes of Ayia Napa’s beach and nightlife.
This hotel goes heavy on the style front. It’s all clean lines and contemporary furnishings, with futuristic LED lights wedged into roof recesses and underneath bars. The smart, unfussy motif carries on into the rooms.
Location is king for this place. A five-minute walk from the front door gets you to Ayia Napa’s famous nightlife, and the town’s white-sand beach is just as close.

Just the Best !!!
We had the opportunity to spend a full-week (including half-board) at Nestor Hotel, and I can tell you that we just can advise you to stay there as well. The accommodation was super, exactly as indicated on the pictures. The room was spacious, safe, well-illuminated, and with a powerful air conditioning. The right-mix for the hot-summer. The Hotel is well-located, just 03 minutes from the next beach, and about 05 to 10 minutes’ walk to downtown, including best-restaurants and clubs. Also, supermarket’s, boat-trips, …, up-to any kind of stores were available on the same corner. A huge-advantage when you have a last-minute need. Tipps: - The best Boat-Trip / Aphrodite II – Talk to Oleg. It’s a really nice-guy. - Bar/Live-music, including Nice drink’s & Pretty-people around: The SQUAREBAR Ayia-Napa. The Hotel offers an interesting day/night entertainment-program, from Kid’s up-to the old-kid’s as well, a good-call when you intend to enjoy a relaxing-time at the Hotel. As part of the half-board, we chose to dine at the Hotel, and we realize that the options and services offered at the Hotel, are on the same level as the best local restaurants, which by the way are very close. A fresh & delicious salad-menu and many hot-dishes options changed daily, with the chef’s attention to attend you at any moment. I full-recommend. The staff itself was fantastic, Mario’s “the Mojito-Man” on the Bar, Lukas at the pool, Christos & many others, ready to serve you on the spot, with the best drinks/requests. On charge of this fantastic team, the very competent Christa, ready to assist you on every-single detail to make your vacation the best experience! The pool, UAU… the pictures doesn’t really represent how good it is. Well, we really enjoyed! BTW: The indication that the Nestor Hotel has 03 stars facilities is very shy, certainly 04 stars are deserved, and the team under Christa’s management is 05 stars at minimum. So many good memories to remember from Ayia Napa & Nestor Hotel. This are just some of them. For sure, it will be pleasant to book Nestor Hotel for the next summer again, and instead to see a staff, we will visit friends!More
better than its stars
Over 28 years of staying in cyprus i have stayed in quite a few hotels, this is probably one of the best.it's offical rating is 3 star but it's much better than most 4 stars that i have stayed in.food is very good, rooms and public area's are very clean.pool area is wonderful ,everything very excessable ramps every where so good for people with mobilty issues.bar area is next to pool and goes into hotel this was my only complaint the staff are not to quick on service ,one young waiter does not understand any drink so what the hell is he doing working at a bar.the resteraunt is great you can eat inside or out and if you want to wear shorts you can but only outside, staff are very helpful and there is lots of choice of food.i did not have the best of rooms but was offered a change some rooms are over delivery and bin area bins cleared at 4.30 am.if i go back i would pick this hotel every time but not room 216.reception staff are very helpful and speak good english ,to many rules for me though.More

Lovely holiday at the Nestor!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week in September and we are very glad we chose this hotel. We previously stayed at the Napa Mermaid hotel only a few minutes walk from this hotel which was adults only, however even though this hotel was family friendly it was still very relaxing and peaceful by the pool during the day. The pool area itself was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool was a lovely temperature and a great size, the jacuzzi areas were an added bonus! Our room was very modern, clean and airy and cleaned each room daily with fresh towels provided each day, however it was very small, especially the bathroom and balcony where it was a squeeze for 2 people sharing. We chose to go half board so just having breakfast and dinner. The food was always well presented, hot and replenished very frequently. However, it was quite basic food and nothing too extravagant which meant we did head out for dinner elsewhere a couple of the nights we were there. I can't fault the waiters/waitresses though as the service they provided was very efficient and they are so attentive, always coming over to your table to check your happy and everything is good. We were a little apprehensive about the location of this hotel, as to whether it would be loud in the evenings since it is very close to the nightlife, however once in your room you cannot hear a thing and you are guaranteed a good night sleep. The main nightlife is literally round the corner from the hotel which is perfect. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming here, staff, rooms, location and holiday in general was lovely!! More
Home from Home
My wife and I have visted this hotel at least once a year since 1999 and when circumstances have allowed twice. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach and the resort amenities. It is well maintained and decorated, the rooms are well furnished Including safe and fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management are approachable if a problem occurs. We have just returned from our Autumn break and are already booked up for two visits in 2018.More
