Hotel Napa Plaza

This hotel gets rave reviews on TripAdvisor for 3 things – its location, its pool scene and its food.

The Napa Plaza gets loads of repeat visitors. It’s partly setting-related. Nightlife hub, Napa Square, is 2 minutes’ walk away. But, as reviewers point out, you’d never know it – the hotel’s got a really quiet vibe.

The pool is a real centrepiece, and there are 5 restaurants including a meze venue and a funky sushi bar. Add a couple of great bars to the mix and you’ll see why people come back for seconds.

Brilliant well worth it.

Excellent location, good food, very clean throughout. Cleaning in rooms was superb. Close to everything, bars, restaurant s, harbour, on the main bus routes, couldn't have asked for more. Will Definitely return. More

End of Season Stay

I stayed at the Napa Plaza for a week in early October with full board. Overall the hotel was very nice a similar to other hotel I have stayed at in Turkey and Spain. Service from the staff was excellent. Vera at the front desk was very helpful. In the dining room the Maitre D', Despo, and Vivian made for a very pleasant dining experience. The hotel has an excellent location even though it is not on the water. It is close to the marina, shopping, bars and just a short walk to the beach. There is also a public bus that goes to nearby beaches. The food in the dining room was very good and varied each night. For breakfast they had a wide selection. Lunches at the pool were also very good. Just a couple of comments on the dinning room. First it was very warm and this was October. They need better ventilation. I would have preferred to eat outside but that wasn't an option. Second the dress code for dinner. Even though they say long pants for men for dinner, guys showed up in just about anything. If they are not going to enforce a dress code, they should get rid of it! Overall I would recommend the Hotel.More

Great Location-Outstanding Service - Quality Food & Beverage

Coming from my home in Dubai I was feeling conservative about my visit to Cypress and Napa Plaza due to the 5&6 star hotels I have come accommodated to. But I have to say I was surprised with the level of service and the quality of the Development. OK, the rooms are a little bit on the small side but they have all been recently renovated and you can clearly see that, the only bad point was the choice of TV was extremely limited. I'm British and the only TV channel for me was BBC World - so 24 hours of EBOLA Frenzy. I arrived on the 13th- 22nd october so it was nice, relaxed and out of season, but that meant lots of 60+ year olds with their fried eggs out which i can assure you the sight of that has scared me forever. Next problem was the temperature of the pool... I done 3 years in the Royal Marines and the North Sea was warmer than that pool, no-one dare enter apart from me, so when I did everyone would look for entertainment as I became breathless and tried not to do my best impression of a robot - it was hard and masked the pain and discomfort well... I done that well in fact I managed to lure a few oldies to the steps to the pool, only for them to dip their toe in the pool and say something in Russian and scurry off back to the most uncomfortable sun loungers on planet earth... Its a very rare occurrence when the sea is warmer than the hotel pool - except when you live in Dubai. Dont get me wrong everything was better than I expected, the location Is perfect, Food in the Breakfast is amazing, service is outstanding and the rooms and hotel is spotless. I will be back for a good time because I did thoroughly enjoy myself.More
