This hotel gets rave reviews on TripAdvisor for 3 things – its location, its pool scene and its food.
The Napa Plaza gets loads of repeat visitors. It’s partly setting-related. Nightlife hub, Napa Square, is 2 minutes’ walk away. But, as reviewers point out, you’d never know it – the hotel’s got a really quiet vibe.
The pool is a real centrepiece, and there are 5 restaurants including a meze venue and a funky sushi bar. Add a couple of great bars to the mix and you’ll see why people come back for seconds.
Once again another memorable stay in Napa Plaza. This has been our sixth stay in this hotel and our opinion is that it has everything you could ask for on holiday. Great location,(right in centre) 10 min walk to beach. Good food and the friendliest staff you could meet. From the min you arrive you are made most welcome and throughout your stay you are greeted with a genuine smile and a Good Morning or whatever from all staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable throughout and we would have no hesitation in recommending it for your stay in Ayia Napa. Needless to say we are already booked for October 2015.More

Just returned home from the Napa Plaza and have to say it was a lovely hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa it has very friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness was very good, we were B&B but frequently ate in the bar, October is maybe not the best time to go though, the Napa Plaza is a child free zone which was an attraction as pool areas etc. can be noisy with youngsters, however the Plaza was very much like it catered for Saga Tours, the blue rinse brigade were there in force, there were a few younger couples but the majority were 50's to 70's, perhaps it was just the time of year, still a very enjoyable hotel and nice to have the pool area to relax in with no rowdy people around, weather wasn't the best but a good steady temperature most of the time, we travelled with Thomas Cook, this was our second time with them and second time disappointment, Rep failed to appear when she said she would be there leaving us to have to arrange our own excursions, also very unhelpful regarding transfers to the airport, Thomas Cook aside, the Plaza is a lovely hotel and I have no worries about recommending it to all.More

Couldn't have asked for more...
Everything about the stay was excellent. From the staff, to the food, to the overall atmosphere of the place. Always a cheerful face to help with any queries. Great cocktails and the evening meals have probably helped me put on about half a stone. Location is spot on....right in the centre of everything, but not so far from the beach either. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else who visits Cyprus.More

Fantastic Stay at Napa Plaza
Fantastic is actually an understatement! No words I can find will describe this hotel or its staff.
When we arrived we were greeted by a very modern looking reception area and very big 'happy to see you' smiles from the ladies and gentlemen awaiting our arrival! When they started talking I couldn't believe how well they spoke and understood the English language. After receiving all of our paperwork/key card/safe key (£10 Deposit) we were handed a lovely refreshing Lemon Squash and asked to follow the young, very smartly dressed lad to our room, who insisted on taking our luggage for us. We were amazed at how clean and modern the hotel was and the Pool looked amazing at night. We walked into our room behind him and he showed us how our air-con and electric worked (got to put the key card in the plastic holder in the wall), but he didn't hang around waiting for a tip or anything which I expected. Just let us get on with sorting everything out and wished us a happy stay.
The Pepper Bar was great for a nice drink with good dance music and once again happy faces.
Sale e Pepe Italian Restaurant, Very nice food! Highly recommended for a nice Italian if that's what you like. The Carbonara was lovely!
Cloisters Restaurant on a morning was full for breakfast, The quantity of food was unbelievable, and didn't just cater for one type of food. They had beans, sausages, eggs, hash browns, noodles, ham, cheese, fruit, fresh bread, etc etc. Absolutely fantastic selection we were spoilt for choice! The quality was also superb I didn't want to leave the place!!
Yacht Pool Bar was the best part for me! Xenis (Head Barman) couldn't do enough for you, performing some great shows for you while making your drinks, His smoothies are great, especially the lemon/lime one. But his milkshakes are the best! Every time we ordered he would insist on bringing our drinks out to us by the pool. This man deserves the Head barman position without a doubt! Thank you for a great service :)
The burgers/chips from the Yacht Pool Bar are very big portions and very tasty! Highly recommend them.
WE WILL BE BACK WITHOUT A DOUBT! THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED ON MAKING OUR STAY AS GOOD AS IT WAS! SEE YOU ALL SOON.More

The hotel location is GREAT. It is just a short walk from the beach! The common areas like hallways were a little dingy but the rooms were nice & clean. Brunch offered a wide variety of options! Arguably, I could be more used to US standards but I was a little surprised that the hotel lacked a business center and charged an exorbitant fee for Wi-Fi for the week. The staff were really nice about letting me email them my boarding passes to print out. While we were there for a wedding, the bride and groom were completely shorted and given the worst room of our group with no balcony. That was very perplexing to me considering they were the ones who brought our business to the hotel. Lastly, the hotel would benefit from soft close hinges or dampers on the doors. As guests got home late, doors would be slamming at 1, 2 am. Not great if you're a light sleeper.More
