This sanctuary-like hotel has plenty of designer style – and its location is second to none.
Completely rebuilt in 2007, the Napa Mermaid is the epitome of fresh, modern design. Its pool area is ultra-stylish, with cream loungers and sofas on the sundeck. And there’s a chic cocktail bar for the evenings.
It’s in a quiet part of town, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ayia Napa. Across the road is Grecian Beach, so sea views are par for the course.

A excellant hotel, effiecient staff beautifully clean and well presented. A hotel placed on the outskirts of this holiday town, far enough away from the noise, ( although in early December most were closed) but close enough to walk to the centre of the town, 2 minute walk to the golden sand beach. Rooms comfortable with tea making equipment. So good have booked the suite in AprilMore

More than recommendable
I've just spent a week at this hotel during the low season. Most hotels in Agia Napa, as well as restaurants/shops/entertainment, are closed for the winter but this hotel at the end of the town is not. "end of the town" means still within walking distance, and, more importantly, the beach just opposite the street! I can only imagine how different life is here when the season is at its high but nevertheless, despite a low occupancy the staff are helpful, polite, smily and do not provide the feeling of being bored like you often have when staying at hotel with hardly any rooms let! Food is fantastic, breakfast buffet as well as the evening choice of three main courses plus starter buffet, dessert buffet and a daily changing soup. So, please go ahead and book half board :) I've come on recommendation of a friend and I did not regret a second. And lastly: Book a Junior Suite and you wouldn't want to leave your room..amazingly spacious, nice walk-in shower, all the little bits and pieces you need for a holiday! I will come back, sooner or later!More
Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff
This is a beautiful hotel, a short walk from the beach. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. When our TV stopped working they fixed it immediately. The spa is lovely and relaxing and Maria was only too happy to impart her knowledge on the local area, including the best places to eat! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.More
A very nice stay towards the end of November
We decided very short notice to spend a week in Cyprus at the Napa Mermaid Hotel. I did not come with the highest expecations but found them surpassed. The hotel was renovated about 6 years ago, the lobby is very nicely furnished and designed.we chose a see view room and my daughter had a sideview room. The rooms are smallish but completely sufficient. We slept well in our king size bed. The balcony is small but suffices. The bathroom is tiny but ingeniously designed with a window between bathtub and bedroom. The bar area is nice as it extends to a large terrace. We have nightly life music. The pool is sufficient with plenty of sunbeds around it, but note we are here during low season with many hotels shut down in our area. The beach is across the road and the sunbeds are public ie you have to pay 2.50 per day. Now to the food: all 4 of us in our party have considered the food nearly perfect! Service is very friendly. I enjoyed this place during off season.More

2nd time in 4 month, because I like it
I have been here in august, and decided to go again in november. I booked a single room with seaside view on the hotels own website - bed & breakfast. I arrived to the hotel at 11 in the morning, so my room wasn't ready yet, but they informed me, that I had been upgraded to a room on the 4th floor with poolview (room 412), I also got a free meal coupon - that was nice. Room was nice, clean, bathroom with bathtub, but bathroom was smaller than I had in the summer in room 107 (just shower). The view from room was gorgeous. Almost everything around the hotel was closed, like bars and restaurant, so it was a pleasure to eat very tasty dinner in the hotels restaurant. There is something for all kinds of taste. The same for breakfast, varied and tasty. Weather was warm during the day, up to 29 degrees, but outdoor pool was too cold for me, but there were a few swimming in the pool. Alternatively the hotel has an indoor pool. I used the fitness room a lot this time, not very big but usable. The bar was opened to 1.a.m. and service was good, live music every evening. I like this place very much, planning to come back next summer againMore
