This sanctuary-like hotel has plenty of designer style – and its location is second to none.
Completely rebuilt in 2007, the Napa Mermaid is the epitome of fresh, modern design. Its pool area is ultra-stylish, with cream loungers and sofas on the sundeck. And there’s a chic cocktail bar for the evenings.
It’s in a quiet part of town, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ayia Napa. Across the road is Grecian Beach, so sea views are par for the course.
Offering themed buffet dinners and fine dining in the trendy, modern set restaurant. Snacks and à la carte meal options are also available here. Smart casual dress code is required at dinner, gentleman are asked to wear long trousers. Children's early meals and highchairs are available.

Second verse, same as the first!
This is our second time at the Napa Mermaid, and it is every bit as good as the first time we were here last year! From the friendly faces at check-in, to the wait staff at breakfast, superior service from all of the other hotel staff, they make sure you have a great holiday! Very helpful with directions and booking excursions too! We will be back again! If you haven't been here... You should definitely try it, it's a great experience!More
Nice Beach holidays
Went their for a beach escape for 5 days with my gf. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast was the highlight of the hotel, the spa is a very nice add on, albeit the jacuzzi and indoor pool have cold water. Nice dry and wet saunas. The beach in front of the hotel is ok, but the real nice beach in the area is Nissi Beach, so we ended up paying 10euro one way every day to go to Nissi Beach. The hotel staff is quite friendly but could be better. The bar serves over priced drinks but is very nice in terms of setting. Rooms are not well isolated so you hear noise from the outside. We couldn't sleep well because of crickets making a terrible noose from 2 am onwards....More

Good hotel with lovely breakfast
We stayed for a week in September. The hotel is trendy and modern in the main parts. The rooms are a little weathered but clean and with enough storage for a short stay.
We booked a pool room which has the smaller of the balconys but there still enough room to sit out and hang beach stuff to dry.
We had a problem with the large bath towels being taken from our room and not replaced by the maid on two occasions, but this was dealt with quickly by the very nice front desk who apologised for the inconvenience both times.
All the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.
You can change your towels daily at the spa and are allowed to take them to the beach.
Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice and omelette cooked to order ... but skip the cocktails at the pool.
The hotel is a 15 min walk into the centre of town which we liked to work off the huge meze dinners (a must!) and to be away from the noise of the main square.
We would stay again.
Thank you Napa Mermaid for a lovely holiday.More
