This sanctuary-like hotel has plenty of designer flair – and its location is second to none.
The Hotel Napa Mermaid leads the way style-wise. The modern pool area's fringed by cream loungers and sofas, and there's a chic cocktail bar for evening drinks.
It’s in a quiet part of town, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ayia Napa. Across the road is Grecian Beach, so sea views are par for the course.

Great hotel, with serviceminded staff. Great location just outside Ayia Napa centrum, so it's perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy your vacation. Will be back for sure!!!!! Loved the way the hotel måde is feel special. More
Birthday Getaway in the island of beauty
It was my first time visiting Ayia Napa, Cyprus together with my husband. Stayed a week at the end of May. The day we arrived was my birthday. Neither of us informed the hotel that about that. After we checked into our room, someone came knocking on our door and it was the hotel staff. She brought me a cake and two bottles of red wine which was on the house. I was really moved and surprised! It really made my day! I really appreciated the thoughtful and kind gesture! We loved everything about the hotel. The room has a partial sea view from our balcony. The room was a good size for two persons except the toilet was a bit cramped. The main door and toilet door are fitted the wrong way which is not a big problem for us. We got to change the beach towels on a daily basis and the staff who change the towels for us are very smiley and friendly. One minor downside was the housekeeper did not do a thorough job as they forgot to change out the shampoo/body wash when it was empty. We had to call them to come when I only realized it was empty in the middle of the shower. We also noticed that the housekeeper gave us "used" body lotions. But this doesn't affect us much during our stay there. The location is well situated away from the party area and very close to the love bridge. It is walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and beach. I just simply love everything about this hotel. I also love the beaches in Cyprus. Crystal clear water and almost white sand. There are quite a few beaches around the area which are easily accessible by foot and buggy/car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid. Would definitely come back in future! Thanks for the memorable experience!More
Great first Cyprus stay
Very happy with the hotel , the accommodation was clean and rechecked daily , the hotel its self was in a good location away from ayia napa clubs and still close to shops and restaurants . would stay here again.More
Fab relaxing holiday
Stayed 10 days half board in executive bungalow half board.. Nice big room right by the pool handy as u can get to pool easy and pop back and forth without going into hotel. Rooms cleaned very well every day and they come every evening to bungalows to replace anything needed like beach towels water coffee etc. Always sun beds available ..some people reserve them early but not an issue as lots of them. Good poolside service with nice treats throughout the afternoon. Food plentiful breakfast has everything .Evening dinner lots of choice so much salad .main courses lots of choice but after a week it's nice to try other restaurants close by so some days changed half board from evening to lunch which you can do anytime with no pre planning. Nothing is small..lunch or bar food is huge so best to share . Pool bar does lots of nice drinks and the staff are great with Antonio being the star of the show you won't forget him and his helpers. It is very quiet and relaxing by the pool just a bit of quiet music .no pool games no inflatables or diving allowed. Bar area in evening has different singer each night can be very quiet in there but if you want nightlife a 10-15 minute walk will get you that. Great bus service 5 min from hotel 5€ for a day pass gets to from ayia to paralimini stopping at various places like Protaras and runs every 15 mins til about 4 in the morning so easy to get round. Also always taxis outside hotel. You can hire open buggies as well which are great to go sightseeing . Wouldn't recommend taking children as quiet hotel and not really an area for them either. Beaches nice and clean with clear water but they ate full of sun beds so not picturesque but walk a bit and get lovely views.. Cape Greco has amazing views. I would highly recommend this hotel More
Excellent service, facilities, breakfast and staff. Relaxing and enjoyable stay. Wish we stayed longer!
One of the best hotels we stayed in Agia Napa. The hotel has a great feel to it and is not overly crowded unlike some hotels in the area. It almost feels like a secluded getaway in the heart of Agia Napa. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. The facilities are great with a very nice pool area. We stayed in one of the superior rooms which amazing and very spacious. The location is also great with easy access to the main road to Protaras and Larnaca. The only feedback I would give would be that the inside bar area looks rather old fashioned but I guess this also goes down to taste. All in all an amazing hotel I would gladly stay again on our next visit to Agia Napa.More
