We stayed at this lovely hotel at the beginning of June last year. Other family n guests were at the hotel for my Neice wedding .. it was just an amazing place .. food amazing .. staff lovely .. service amazing u didn't have to leave your sunbed if you wanted a drink bell service - all hotel services were second to none. Bedrooms comfy n large size rooms . The wedding day was amazing staff worked really hard to make everything run smoothly ., the location was great not to far into aia napa .. or only 8 euro in taxi ..the hotel is situated over looking the sea n beach is amazing .. highly recommend to stay here. Perfect hotel !
The staff here are amazing and can not do enough for you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and It is quite possibly the best hotel we've stayed in !! We found that although this hotel caters for families and children it wasn't too busy and noisy and the adults got to relax and enjoy there stay too. Evening entertainment was great and the food delicious as well. We will definitely be going back again !More
Probably the best location on this beach
Nice Hotel. Room was a little dated, but comfortable and clean. Bed sheets changed every day although not really necessary. Good balcony and wonderful sea view . Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely pool, but too cold to use that time of year. Only a few steps to be right on the beach, and the sea was perfect for swimming. I wanted too book the five star Grecian Bay, but it was full. I did however call in there a few times for a drink and hoping to eat, but the kew and wait was just too much. The GB is a bit more glitzy, but was very happy to return to the four star GS and get a table immediately. The food was fine and the service good. I think its actually a nicer hotel than the GB. Very personable staff who are not so rushed.More
The best features of this place are the location (the beach is great!), the breakfast area, the wonderful balconies, the green areas outside of the hotel, access to a great restaurant near-by, the excellent staff, the great entertainment, and the play area for kids. It was great to be able to swim and sunbathe in Nov! The property definitely needs some investment/to be updated to have a future! At a minimum, the carpets should be removed and replaced with a non-carpet option. The path to the beach should be fixed. There should also be bottle openers in the room (there was only one in the bar-not 4 star treatment, for sure).More
Visited in November with our baby and it was one of the few hotels still available off season as most of them were closed (as well as most restaurants actually). Unfortunately I didn t find it was worth the price and definitely not a 4 star hotel. First of all, cleaning was disappointing for the first 4 days. Hair on the floor both in the room and in the bathroom. I noticed they have vacuum cleaners in their maintenance room but none of the cleaning staff seem to use them. Bed sheets changed only after 4 nights. Most towels are old. Interior swimming pool not heated. Windows/doors to the balcony do not close properly so whrn wind is strong you can feel it inside the room as well. Food in the restaurant was terrible that s why we only ate there 2 times. First evening they had a barbeque so you could fix a plate with some salad, that was acceptable. But for lunch and the fixed menu at dinner honestly it was a huge disappointment considering there aren t many options nearby the hotel or in the center now that it s off season. Roof burger bar was closed. Beakfast was good however with plenty of choices. Staff at breakfast was polite and attentive. What we found to be ok was the location near the sea and the fact that we could always get a sunbed on the improvised beach of the hotel although during peak season is probably difficult. There is free parking if you have a car.More
