With the heart of Aiya Napa just a short stroll away, the well-placed Takkas Studios score top marks for convenience.

This place is great if you want to be in the centre of things. It’s just a ten-minute walk from Ayia Napa, so you’ve got all the restaurants, bars and clubs you could wish for within easy reach. What’s more, there’s a wide sandy beach is about the same distance away.

The accommodation itself is a traditional-looking structure – all whitewashed walls and wrought-iron balconies. Inside, the designers have gone down the no-frills route when it comes to décor – think vanilla walls, cool tiled floors and simple wooden furniture. There’s plenty of space and everything feels airy and bright. Each studio apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette and a private balcony.

Step outside, and there’s a square swimming pool. It’s a pretty compact set-up, but it’s perfect for cooling off in. Plus, it comes with a snack bar at one end, so you won’t need to wander far for refreshments. Come evening time, the poolside terrace sets the scene for barbecue theme nights and karaoke by the water’s edge.
