The Petrosana Hotel Apartments offer up stylish rooms and put Ayia Napa’s nightlife on the doorstep.
This place has nabbed a prime spot, just a five-minute walk from Ayia Napa’s strip. You can reach the Blue Flag-awarded Nissi Beach in 15 minutes, or save the leg-work and cab it in about five.
The complex is made up of sugar cube buildings with à la mode interiors. Bedrooms, for example, are done out in shades of chocolate-brown. And, in the lobby, you can relax on a stylish, curvy sofa.

Overall - no problems. good location for nightlife, the hotel has a bit of wear and tear. pool isn't big enough and needs a deep clean. probably one of the safest hotels in ayia Napa . nothing went missing and no ticket sellers! the gym isn't worth looking at but the Wi-Fi is really good! I would recommend this hotel if you are going on a group holiday. Lastly Buy the Air con for BOTH rooms.. there's a big difference.More

Friendly staff and the apartments are nice but unfortunately the pool is too small, the ace is too hot! Toilets very clean. Kitchen very clean. Big balcony. In front of supermarket and restaurant. Honestly I like the place because it's close to every thing! 5 mins walking to the clubbing point and restaurants!More
Perfect for a group of friends!
The location of the hotel is OK. It is possible to walk to the barstreet, but we ended up taking a taxi everytime. There is not really any good resturants close to the hotel, but taxi is very cheap. The rooms are great, big beds, great space and a nice bathroom as well as a small kitchen area. The resturant has a pool-bar/resturant where the food is OK, and cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff at the hotel is friendly and very helpfull. Some may say the hotel is noisy, but we went to Ayia Napa to party, and it did not bother us at all...More
The service quality that most 5 stars hotels lack
I had good expectations as this hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed in a hotel next to it. I called the hotel to reserve as it was a last minute decision to go to Ayia napa. The receptionist Svetlana was very helpful and cooperative in arranging everything. Once I arrived I was welcomed in a very nice way and taken to my room. The room was very spacious and clean and had a small kitchenette with everything you might need and a very relaxing balcony. This place is not for families or children as a young atmosphere is all over the place due to the proximity to the night life (3 minutes walk). A supermarket right in front of the hotel with 10% discount on alcohol for Petrosana guests. The guy there Goerge is amazing and very friendly, he can give you tickets for clubs and so. The bar next to the pool serve good food for a decent price. I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and most of all I loved the service and the employees. Special thanks to Svetlana and Lazaros as they took good care of me. Highly recommended for solo travellers, couples and young groups.More

I stayed here in July 2014 with four other friends. After reading mixed reviews on this site we were slightly hesitant to what was in store, fearing we would end up on a 9pm channel 4 documentary about Brits aboard and naff hotels. However the two apartments where we stayed and the complex was a lot better than what we had expected. Other reviews which I had read questioned the apartments cleanliness, but the rooms were very clean. In addition to this we had regular visits from the cleaners. The location is great for tourists seeking to experience Ayia Napa's nightlife. The bars at the bottom of the strip are about a minute walk away from the apartments. Despite this we never experienced any issues with noise as the bars closed at a reasonable time and the late night clubs were further along the strip, a reasonable distance away from the complex. The apartments' pool was very popular but it was never an issue finding a sun lounger. The staff were very friendly. The manager went by the name of 'Laz' and was very welcoming and friendly. It is often stated that the English Language is one of the hardest languages to learn so now blame can be attached to the staff's attempts to communicate with the visitors. If I ever visited Ayia Napa again I would definitely look to stay here. Another good point was that there was a supermarket across the road. Granted it was no Tesco or Asda, but it sold the essentials even if they may not have been familiar brands. Rola Cola, Tollernone etc. This Dolce & Banana supermarket was run by a friendly Cypriot family who often knocked the prices off some of our visits due to our frequent visits throughout the holiday. This may have been no Nectar card system but it proved to be very useful as the week went on. A possible negative to the apartments was the neighbouring 'hotel'. This was a Channel 4 documentary location. Throughout the holidays I was puzzled by the run down appearance of this place seeing as their was a Range Rover and BMW parked outside every day. But as Seth Rogen in said Neighbors: âYou can choose your friends but not your neighbours.â If you have any common sense you will quickly realise air con is a must, especially for the sleeping areas in the apartments. This can be easily bought from the front reception. It was relatively cheap due to the fact we went as a group of 5 and could all chip-in.More
