This place comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked by Kelly Hoppen.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.
Enjoy buffet breakfasts and lunches here. The restaurant is air-conditioned to comfort level and there's an outdoor area also. Themed nights and barbecue evening take place here also. Charges apply depending on board basis.
I stayed at the Melpo for a week from the 3rd of september with a couple of friends and we had an amazing time. Our first impressions of the hotel were good, beautiful clean lobby with free wifi (although it was not the fastest) and was taken to our room by one of the reception staff. We stayed in one of the rooms in the back buildings which were renovated but still not as modern as the poolside rooms, so I would recommend asking for a room with a pool view. The rooms were clean, modern and equipt with everything needed for a self catering holiday - oven, dinnerware, fridge, freezer etc and the maids were brilliant.
The pool was always extremely clean and there were sun beds available no matter what time of the day. The pool bar staff were friendly, chatty and would bring ice cold flannels around on those extremely hot days at midday. The only negative criticism I have about this hotel is the food which was mediocre. Breakfast was okay I always avoided the cooked breakfast and went with a bit of toast or cereal which was fine. Every dinner buffet had a 'theme' such as Greek and Mediterranean yet spaghetti and mince was served every night without fail, it was usually lukewarm too. However, the lunch menu at the hotel was nice and Frankies, the restaurant that is joined to the hotel, serves really good food. The hotel also has a supermarket, bakery, coffee and gelato shop on site so you aren't short of choices when it comes to food.
In terms of location this hotel is probably the best placed in Ayia Napa. Right opposite Luna Park which is a fairground and 5 minutes walk away from the square for bars and clubbing, which is where we went every night. There are restaurants everywhere and it's also the perfect spot for souvenir shopping. The local beach is a 5 minute walk away but we would grab a taxi and go down to Nissi Beach which was a 10 minute ride away, the views there are beautiful and the sea is so clear you feel like you're in a pool. There are also loads of different water sports available that I would highly recommend,
The Melpo Antia is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for somewhere that's decently priced with clean modern rooms and has an amazing location. I'm planning my trip to come back as soon as I can.More

Great Hotel very close to the centre 5*****
Okay I stayed here with my gf in sept 14 which we really enjoyed. The hotel appears very new the main reception and theme through the hotel is simple but clean tidy and nice. Hotel staff were helpful and freindly.
Our room which was a one bed apartment was very nice loads of space looked almost brand new. The beds were comfortable air con worked very well. We had a fridge and small kitchen although we didn't use it as we were half board. We had no problem with our room in fact its one of the best rooms I've stayed in.
HAlf board breakfast and tea were buffet style and were okay there was a new theme each night and plenty of choice I think this would be average standard for hotels.
Drinks however are not included and we avoided buying any with meals (only water) as they could work out expensive I think we paid about 11 euro for two cokes and two espresso for me this was a bit to much. If it were cheaper I would have spent more in the hotel instead off else where
Generally the hotel had a nice quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the days there is a lot of noise as you are in the centre of ayia Napa but we had no problems at night.
The location was great its on a main street with plenty of bars and restrauants it is 5 mins to 10 mins from a beach aalthough we preferred nisi beach which is a short bus trip down the road.
Then there is the main centre or party centre which is only 5 minutes away but we did not go there too much as it was a bit crazy there lol as expected.
WiFi in reception free I think you need to pay for it in the roomMore
