The Melpo Antia comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked straight from the pages of an interior design mag.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.
Enjoy buffet breakfasts and lunches here. The restaurant is air-conditioned to comfort level and there's an outdoor area also. Themed nights and barbecue evening take place here also. Charges apply depending on board basis.
These 1 bedroom apartments come with a balcony and lounge for that extra bit of space. There’s a kitchenette. You’ll have a twin bedroom and 2 extra beds for 2 children. Plus there’s Wi-Fi*. Air-conditioning is available from May to October.

Immaculate small hotel
Travelled here for one week with Thomson holidays September 23rd 2015 .
The apartments are situated directly opposite McDonalds on Nissi Avenue so are about 5 minutes walk from the harbour, the monastery and the main square in Ayia Napa. Whilst in a very busy part of the town, once inside your rooms or in the hotel it is fairly quiet. We requested a room at the back and were in room 249 well away from the main road and traffic so had no problems there.
We were 3 adults sharing a one bedroomed apartment. 2 of us in the main bedroom and one adult in the lounge area. This was OK but would not have been suitable for 4 adults as the 'bed' in the lounge was a sofa bed .
The kitchenette consisted of electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, all crockery pots pans cutlery etc and kettle and toaster. Glasses cups saucers plates etc. There was a small table effect with a couple of chairs and balcony with table and chairs. Everything was exceptionally clean and obviously brand new.
There was a Flat screen TV and Hairdryer in lounge area. The bathroom had a shower but no bath which suited us fine.
Towels etc were changed daily and bed linen changed every 2nd or 3rd day.
There was a good deal of wardrobe and storage space and the room safe was free of charge.
We had upgraded to all inclusive but most people seemed to be on bed and breakfast/ half board. The alcoholic drinks on the all inclusive were fine, most local and choice of red or white wine, no rose, no sparkling wine unfortunately. The wine was just about palatable ! The measures were huge so after one glass you didn't care how good it was ! You could have local draught beer but strangely this didnât include Carlsberg or KEO.
The food was very good. Breakfast served a full English ( Sausage, Bacon, eggs mushrooms, beans tomatoes etc)/ continental etc cakes, breads croissants fruit etc cheeses hams etc. Our only complaint was that the bacon was undercooked and sometimes not that hot but then again we were often late down to breakfast which was supposed to be served till 10 am but you could often get something a bit later on !
If you are half board you can swap your dinner for lunch served at the pool bar - OMG the portions here are HUGE ! We ordered a salad each and one would have served a family of four !
For 9.50 euros you can have a set lunch menu - with a drink but to be fair you could share one e.g. pizza is a whole 12 inch pizza ! Burgers, toasted sandwiches etc. The a la carte lunch menu also serves massive portions there is fried fish, squid, chicken, souvlaki, beefburgers Tuna salad/ Village Salad etc. Just the starters were massive.
During the day you can get ice cream on the all inclusive which is to die for ! Just ask at the bar !
The pool area did get busy but we always managed to get a sun bed which were very comfy and free pool towels were available from the spa area downstairs from reception. â
The evening meals also had a very good selection of food â starters and main courses hot and cold buffet and large selection of desserts.
The hotel is small but this was nice because the staff knew everyone . The hotel restaurant manager Michael went out of his way to make sure you had everything you needed. John and Panikos the bar staff were also excellent and worked hard to keep you happy. The front of the hotel has a restaurant bar called âFrankiesâ which was always busy and the food of excellent quality . There is a bakery/supermarket attached to the hotel where you can get a discount as a resident which sells amazing cakes pastries and sandwiches and if you walk through takes you on to the main street in Ayia napa.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the harbour towards Grecian Bay and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel where we took a taxi from to Macronyssos beach and the driver arranged to pick us up and pay on the return journey which cost 10 euros which found to be quite reasonable.
we booked this hotel as we wanted to be central to Ayia Napa as we weren't having a 'Beach' holiday but were meeting up for a reunion with old friends and it served us very well. Close to all the bars and shops and restaurants.
On the whole the hotel was beautifully maintained and very clean and tidy. We would recommend it to adults or families with older children but its not really suitable for children although there was a small children's pool and shaded play area it is quite restrictive and all concrete underfoot around the pool . The all inclusive was worth paying for but beware it stops at 11 pm and you also do not get bottled water on the all inclusive although you can drink the tap water here with out any problems.
If going for a short break and needing somewhere close to all the nightlife the hotel is ideal. More

In the heart of the city centre
We lived in the room 209 which viewed noisy street on McDonald's and Lunapark. It was huge minus, because we couldn't open windows in the evening though it was October and not too hot for AC, which we were forced to use. Room is big and clean, with low ceilings in the bath for a 1.96 m man. Cleaning is every day. Room is equipped with kitchen, but knives are blunt and there's no extractor hood (it is fake).
Meals are the same for breakfast, but you have a variety of dishes. Every day for dinner you get 4-5 new meals which don't repeat. Other dishes are the the same, but always fresh and tasty. In the evening there are also plenty of fruits and dessert, and you need to pay for drinks.
All the stuff is very friendly and always help you.
We didn't swim in the swimming pool, don't see the reason to come to the sea and swim in the pool. Good beach is Pantahou beach, but you need 20-30 minutes to take there (to sandy part of the beach with no rocks and pebbles).
In general we enjoyed our holiday.More

Great Holiday Location
Very good, modern, great location. Not for the party animals, but excellent for those who want the option of quiet within the madness. Very clean, staff more than helpful. Breakfast great and fresh everyday. Close to all that you need, and 10 mins to the Main Street of clubs and pubs.More
