This place comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked by Kelly Hoppen.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.

Lovely modern place, great location!
I stayed at the Melpo Antia with my friend (both of us in our early 20's). We had the best time! The lobby is modern and spacious. The studio that we stayed in was newly refurbished and again, modern and spacious. The pool area was lovely! Clean white sun loungers, and a clean cold pool! There was never a shortage of sun beds no matter what time of day! A variety of music was played by the pool daily too. Everywhere in the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy.We stayed in a room with a balcony that was at the back of the hotel. The view wasn't great. However, we didn't mind this as we quite liked the privacy. The rooms with pools views were all very close to the pool and it was possible to see in some peoples rooms at times! The food was nice, nothing amazing... but it was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, me and my friend found the entertainment the one night we stayed at the hotel bar area late to be quite cheesy. Karaoke etc. However, a lot of other guests seemed to enjoy this. There was a variety of different aged people at this hotel. Staff would hand out cold wet towels of a day time some days which was a nice perk! Cleaning staff were also approachable, considerate and friendly. Frankies (the restaurant attached to the hotel) was really good! Staff were friendly and the food and cocktails were delicious! The wifi connection was a bit rubbish at times in the hotel but there are multiple areas where you can connect such as the room, pool area and lobby so it wasn't much of a problem. Our room didn't have a great connection so we used to sit on our balcony to use the internet which worked fine. Melpo Antia is situated across from a fairground! Me and my friend had so much fun here! If we ever got lost too, we always knew to head towards the Ferris Wheel and other tall fairground rides! There are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants near by and the night life is a short walk away too! (This does not make the hotel too rowdy). The marina which is lovely is also only a walk away as is the nearest bus stop to Nissi beach/ The waterpark. Thomson staff were lovely around the complex and very approachable. Most people we spoke to that had stayed in Ayia Napa previously stated it was one of the nicest and cleanest places they have seen/ stayed in before in the area. I would recommend the Melpo Antia!More

Will definitely be back to the Melpo!
We travelled here in April 2014, with our two children aged 8 and 6. We arrived before the season had really kicked off, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! We were very impressed by our welcome from the reception staff, and the overall feel of the place, which gave an atmosphere of modern and friendly. The central location was great, with a 10 minute stroll to the harbour, and in the heart of the main town. Our room was luxurious and spacious, with a pool view. The pool restaurant/bar was really lovely for lunches and the staff were great with plenty of fun banter! We would recommend to anyone, and have booked to return again later in the year.More

I arrived in Ayia Napa May 31 and went to te lobby to check in.. The director really nice guy came to me and apologized that there were a few problems with my room , something had to do with plumping or whatever, so they upgraded my suite to a huge apartment in Ayia Napian Suites across the street.. It had great views, everything was closer BUT it was a long walk to the Melpo Hotel because the pool and breakfast were there. Overall had a great time in Ayia Napa!! More
i will try not to reiterate what other reviewers have said. overall we had an amazing time and would recommend staying here and i would most certainly go back myself. the rooms were clean and well maintained, air con works well, no problem getting a sunbed even if you dont get up until 1300! the pool was just the right termparature not ice cold. Staff helpful and friendly. on a down side, the breakfast is not great and wifi mostly not connecting on a general note, i couldnt find a decent restaurant but i would recommend that you particularly avoid Cornelia Restaurant where i had the worst moussaka ever. There are also the usual eateries ie KFC, McDonalds and Pizza Hut. we didnt get any mozzy bites. Cyprus use UK plugs so no need to bring adaptors. Obviuiosly night life is awesome.More
I stayed here with three friends the summer of 2010 and 2011. I really, really liked the hotel. The pool area was the best and so relaxing. We were here to party, why we really liked the short distance into the bar streets - only 10 minutes of walk away. No complaints about the beds and rooms. They were as we expected them to be. Why I give them 4 instead of 5, is because of the breakfast. It wasn't anything special. When we were there, it was a hotel mostly for young people. I don't know if that has changed since then? But anywho; I can definitely recommend this one to everyone in the 20's ready to party and enjoy the nightlife of Ayia Napa.More
