The Melpo Antia comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked straight from the pages of an interior design mag.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.

Rooms - the rooms are very spacious and modern. The kitchen area included fridge/freezer, cooker, hobs, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates etc so very good if you're self catering! The beds were comfortable and even had proper duvets which I've never found when travelling abroad. Free air conditioning and safe in the rooms also. We asked for extra pillows and got them straight away which was good. There is a TV, plenty of mirrors and a really nice bathroom with shower. The balcony was quite big also and ours overlooked the street looking out on McDonalds (room 112). They were cleaned daily with new towels every day which was great. Food - we were bed and breakfast board and the food was nice, the usual things you get on this type of holiday. A buffet with things like fruits, cooked breakfast, tea/coffee etc. cannot comment on the bar cafe as didn't eat there. frankie's restaurant attached to the hotel had really nice food and 10% off your bill if you're staying at Melpo Antia. Our favourite place to eat was Seasons over the road so I recommended eating there also. Staff - we found the staff very friendly and socialable people so can't understand why some of the reviews say otherwise. Pool - the pool is very nice and clean with comfortable sun beds compared to the usual ones you get at other places. Plenty of sun beds and parasols whatever time you want to go there - no need to reserve with towels! There is a big pool, jacuzzi and a baby pool as well. On some days around midday cold flannels will be given to guests around the pool. Wi-fi - we had days where it worked well but other days it would cut off or be very slow. Always seemed to work well in reception area though. Beach - we didn't actually visit the nearby beach so cannot comment. But we travelled by taxi which took 3-5 mins to Nissi Beach (8euros) which is an amazing beach! Very well looked after. Two sun beds and a parasol was 7.50⬠which was reasonable as well. Strip - the strip was a 5-10 minute walk away. Lots of great bars with good music and most of the deals seem to be 2 drinks 2 shots for 7â¬. The music stops at 2am and then everybody heads to the clubs which are 10⬠entry but most of the bars will give out free tickets to clubs if you visit them before you go. Overall - we had a great holiday. Definitely recommended this hotel and couldn't fault it!More

Decent hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa
We've been staying in this hotel for 2 weeks and were satisfied with the quality and price. Firstly, perfect location is an advantage - you will find yourself in the centre of the city near entertainment park, Limanaki beach, shops and bar street. We were going out every night and for us it couldn't fit better. The food in the hotel was tasty, maybe not a huge variety of dishes, but quite enough not to be hungry. We had a HB and it was good value for money. Rooms were modern and spacious, all the amenities included, cleaning was available everyday except Sundays, wi-fi was working fine in our room but that was not always the case in other rooms. The staff is friendly and helping, especially garsons in the restaurant were always communicative and prompt. The hotel has a gym, own supermarket (although it's much cheaper to go to the Universe across the road) and cafe Frankie's. Several times we had some evening perfomances like karaoke and traditional dances. We would gladly come back here, I can highly recommend this hotel for young people because of its location but I think families would also enjoy friendly and pleasant atmosphere of Melpo Antia.More
I recently stayed in this hotel and at first I was a little dubious because of previous reviews but how wrong they could have been! The staff where Absolutely fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. We did have some bad experience with one cleaner but after having a personal visit from the owner himself during dinner at there fantastic restaurant i was happy with the outcome. We stayed all inclusive which I highly recommend. "Even though the prices for food I felt were fairly priced" the food was amazing. Being a fussy eater myself I was concerned about the food but I needn't worry as the standard was high. Our room was perfect. The size and the beds were also perfect BUT the camp bed which was in our room was very uncomfortable but being girls we just took it in turns to share so in the end wasn't a problem. The room was cleaned daily which I found a huge help but I did notice that on leaving the floor under the bed hadn't been cleaned in a long time due to mould and juice spillage. The wifi in the hotel is shocking so this was a down side to the stay as being parents I found it difficult to stay in touch with family but it wasn't a beal and end all. Over all the hotel its self is perfect and situated in the perfect place as its close to pretty much everything you need. I've highly recommend the hotel to friends and family and I will consider going back in the future. Huge thanks to Jonny and mike the bar/resultant staff as they were brilliant!More

Very nice hotel
We stayed for a week in May. The rooms (in the main complex where we stayed) were excellent. The beds were comfortable , the kitchen adequate , air con good, breakfasts were great offering a bit of everything for everyone. The gym was a little poor but appears to be going through some improvement. But who wants to be stuck inside with such great scenery outside.More
