The Melpo Antia comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked straight from the pages of an interior design mag.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.

Noisy and unpolite
We spent 2 weeks in this city center apartement hotel in Aya Napa Cuprus. We stayed in double at Antia apartements which is older than Melpo ap. and definitely NOT a four star quality. We got a noisy rooms above jewellery. We drag sofa matrasses on the balcony door for the nighrs ti avoid traffic noice coming to rooms. We complained and they said they try to find a quite room in two days. So we repeated the routines on our room the next night to get some sleep. Finely we got a new room from the court yard...but there was swedish youngsters singing all night and waking everyone when coming back at 5 am. There was also a cleaning lady coming to room in the morning no matter the sign 'do not disturb'. She said she does not understand English. We told her to keep away but...she was back to room again in 30 minutes with her own keys...my husband and I was furious. How stupid can this person be? Again we complaint to reception where the old lady was absent looking and tired of people complaining all the time. Awful experience would discribe our 4 star hotel the best. Take our word and avoid booking this hotel. We are experienced travellers and have been in good hotels also in Asia We have never seen there anyting this level. The sofa was dirty and shabby..with holes on it. The balcony was tiny almost not enough room for two chairs. The kitchenette had not enough equipment to make a meal...for example a salad bowl was missing. Our shower was broken and in 2 days the floors were dirty even they promised 5 times per week cleaning. Restaurant advoticed cypritian night with traditional local delicates with grilled halloumi cheese picture. We paid the buffet but there was no halloumi and very little of anything else local. I would say normal weekly dinner. We were disappointed. There is a bakery and it seemed that they delivered old products to buffe for hotel customers to eat. And further more: there are birds in the tables in pool bar picking crumes and also eating your food if you are away in toilet etc. Please do not believe the good grades here because they are propably given by the russian turists which this hotel is full of and they stay at the newer Melpo apartements around the pool... Great holiday, Great hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at Melpo Antia. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the design in the room was modern which i personally appreciated very much. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of everything so there was no need for long walks, unless you wanted to see some of the attractions a little further away from the hotel. Even though Nissi beach wasn't exactly right next to the hotel, it was easy to go there by bus (1.5â¬) or to take a cab there (2â¬/person). We also tried the "segway scooters" which were a lot of fun, but a little bit more expensive for moving around the area. The pool area was also nice, there was music playing in the background in the afternoon, and during the hottest hours of the day the staff passed out cold, wet towels to everyone at the pool. Overall Melpo Antia was a great experience, it offered us everything we needed in a holiday :)More
Lovely quite place.
Great staff, so friendly and they are not frightened to get chatty. Lovely pool, be sure to get there in good time, if you are planning on staying there daily, before 10 AM is best, because after there will not be parasols, if you wish to lay in the shadow. We tried the king prawn dish, be sure to order lemon, it gives the dish a nice taste and freshness. :-) And ordered some fries an other day, they were not crispy at all. :-( We did not eat at the hotel besides these two times. Although we ordered drinks, be sure that Michael is the one making the drinks, he is the best. :-) We had room number 310, at this area there is no elevator if you have heavy bags or even lots of them. Even though the hotel is beside the traffic/road, it was not noisy. You might notice that workers begin to drill and such by the road, at 8 AM, but not every day. From this hotel you can see the horizon of the sea, and some of fun park, also McDonald's logo. If you love music you can also hear Tommy's Pub getting started at 9.30 PM, karaoke every night. Lovely hotel, staff and swimming pool. With the opportunity to indulge your feet or hands, by using their spa. They had an offer 25 EURO for hands or feet, "Harmony Spa". The young woman who pampered me could have done a better job at giving me a pedi- and manicure, because my nail polish was not that good looking, but OK. Otherwise having a scrub and cooling mask for hands and feet was very nice. As complimentary you get to use their sauna. :-) The only thing missing, is better pillows, they were too flat for me. :-) I would recommend this hotel to almost everyone. If you have children, then you might want to choose a hotel a little further from center, because of the noise. Some children are sleeping early. :-)More

Excellent Hotel, one of the best I have stayed in
Just returned for a week stay at the Melpo and can't rate it highly enough. Rooms where excellent, spacious, extremely clean & comfortable had everything you need, a full sized fridge and good freezer, very clean cooker & hob, cupboards had all the basics you need if you where self catering. We stayed half board, and couldn't fault the food at breakfast & evening. I am quite shocked at some previous comments about he staff as we thought they where fabulous. The reception staff where very pleasant, smiley & quick to assist. The bar & restaurant staff, very sociable & friendly & their mojito's where second to none for just 5 euros !!! The pool area was outstandingly clean No fighting for sun loungers or people putting towels on them, in the morning, plenty to go around without being over crowded. Lovely atmosphere around the pool, music came on at 11am, but not to loud but just enough to be lively. Towels provided by the Spa, that can be exchanged every other day for fresh ones, and on exceptionally hot days the ice cold towels they brought round where a god send ! A well priced & well stocked supermarket had everything you need, with bakery, fresh sandwiches and a coffee shop. I went with my mum as we like it busy and lively but also, we like a mix of ages and places to drink, basically this hotel and its central location suited us perfectly. There where some families with young children, small groups of younger ones who like to party, older couples etc We paid extra for a room overlooking the pool, it had a good sized balcony, wasn't at all noisy, and allowed quick access to the pool area. I would recommend if your budget allowed, to book one of these rooms, as well worth the little bit extra. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone of any age who likes a bit of a lively atmosphere without it being too noisy or full of loud younger ones, and likes a varied but central location. If I had only one tiny grumble is the lack of lifts, I think there was one for the 2nd floor somewhere but we still struggled to lift our cases up the dozen or so steps to our room, however, a quick word with the receptionist and within seconds one of the male bar staff was there to help us, so please don't be afraid to ask. Wi-fi, I can see some people had some issues, to be fair I didn't at all but then I only used my tablet once of twice a day and it was perfectly fine each time, but appreciate this could have been due to where our room was located or something. Thank you for a lovely stay Melpo AntiaMore

Very nice hotel apartments in the center of Ayia Napa.
Stayed there for two nights end of June. Location is excellent if you wand to be in the CENTER of Ayia Napa. This includes of' course a bite of noise, but then again you are in Ayia Napa. If you are looking to be right next to the beach this is not your place. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms where clean. Very nice large swimming pool in the CENTER of the complex. Since this is not a hotel, there is no room sevice, but there is a fully inquipted small kitchen in the room, which allows you to buy from a supermarket anything you need to have in your room.More
