The Melpo Antia comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked straight from the pages of an interior design mag.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.
Enjoy buffet breakfasts and lunches here. The restaurant is air-conditioned to comfort level and there's an outdoor area also. Themed nights and barbecue evening take place here also. Charges apply depending on board basis.
1-bedroom apartment with pool view sleeps up to 5 with twin beds an extra bed in lounge for 1 adult, and additional beds in lounge for 1 adult or 2 children and a bath or shower. Wi-Fi has an extra charge.
FANTASTIC LOCATION, WELL REFURBISHED, WELL WORTH A VISIT
We usually stay at adult only accommodation in Napa but this time we had our Grand Daughter with us so we plunged for Melpo Antia, I can honestly say after 12 visits to Cyprus, we wouldn't stay anywhere else, we are even returning in 4 weeks to the same place, first of all the rooms are well refurbished, really clean and contain everything you need, aircon is the best i have ever experienced anywhere abroad, staff are really helpful and the ice cold towels around the pool are a great touch, the breakfast is great as i am a very picky eater, you also get a free room safe which everyone else seems to charge for in Napa, and free wifi, however it does seem to be limited connectivity in your room, spa area is fantastic i can recommend the full body hot stone massage it was brill and i can't wait for another one, pool area is clean and tidy and they seem to play music to suit all genres and age groups, there is an onsite supermarket/bakery, the food is fab from there and you get 5% discount if you are staying at the hotel, if i had to moan there isn't much we wasn't allowed to keep our room however there was a courtesy room offered but it doesn't have aircon and there are very limited lockers to keep your valuables in, and also there was some very loud guests coming home at 5 am, but hey we was in Ayia Napa, overall i would definitely say you need to give it a visit, keep it up Melpo we are looking forward to our next visitMore

Stayed here for a week with my sister in June 2014, I know it's a late review however I couldn't not say how amazing this place is.
We came to ayia napa for a holiday where we could go out at night, do water sports at the beach and relax in the hotel and that's exactly what we got. The hotel is so peaceful you wouldn't think that 10 minutes walk away is the busy strip. It was always clean and tidy, no problem getting a sunbed as it's only a small hotel, rooms were lovely and nice and big. We were all inclusive and the food was great with a theme every night. There was plenty of drinks on offer for the all inclusive so didn't spend any unnecessary money. The staff were super friendly and nothing seemed too much for them, they even brought round cold towels for your face when the heat was at its highest, we loved this! I will definitely return here!More
Smart Hotel - Good Stay
Visited in the first week of August 2015 for a week and we were in a studio apartment for three. The hotel is very clean as are the rooms, it is very modern and wifi is available throughout the hotel. We used the kitchen a couple of times and it is good enough to cook a meal. Sunbeds are readily available throughout the day and the pool area is good, though in some of the beds the music is quite loud with the speakers behind you. Centrally located it is about a 5 minute walk to the strip where all the clubs are. The third bed in the room was quite uncomfortable however as it was just a sofa bed with a thin mattress, would stay in the larger style room if we were to stay again.More
Great holiday, Great hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at Melpo Antia. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the design in the room was modern which i personally appreciated very much. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of everything so there was no need for long walks, unless you wanted to see some of the attractions a little further away from the hotel. Even though Nissi beach wasn't exactly right next to the hotel, it was easy to go there by bus (1.5â¬) or to take a cab there (2â¬/person). We also tried the "segway scooters" which were a lot of fun, but a little bit more expensive for moving around the area. The pool area was also nice, there was music playing in the background in the afternoon, and during the hottest hours of the day the staff passed out cold, wet towels to everyone at the pool. Overall Melpo Antia was a great experience, it offered us everything we needed in a holiday :)More
Noisy and unpolite
We spent 2 weeks in this city center apartement hotel in Aya Napa Cuprus. We stayed in double at Antia apartements which is older than Melpo ap. and definitely NOT a four star quality. We got a noisy rooms above jewellery. We drag sofa matrasses on the balcony door for the nighrs ti avoid traffic noice coming to rooms. We complained and they said they try to find a quite room in two days. So we repeated the routines on our room the next night to get some sleep. Finely we got a new room from the court yard...but there was swedish youngsters singing all night and waking everyone when coming back at 5 am. There was also a cleaning lady coming to room in the morning no matter the sign 'do not disturb'. She said she does not understand English. We told her to keep away but...she was back to room again in 30 minutes with her own keys...my husband and I was furious. How stupid can this person be? Again we complaint to reception where the old lady was absent looking and tired of people complaining all the time. Awful experience would discribe our 4 star hotel the best. Take our word and avoid booking this hotel. We are experienced travellers and have been in good hotels also in Asia We have never seen there anyting this level. The sofa was dirty and shabby..with holes on it. The balcony was tiny almost not enough room for two chairs. The kitchenette had not enough equipment to make a meal...for example a salad bowl was missing. Our shower was broken and in 2 days the floors were dirty even they promised 5 times per week cleaning. Restaurant advoticed cypritian night with traditional local delicates with grilled halloumi cheese picture. We paid the buffet but there was no halloumi and very little of anything else local. I would say normal weekly dinner. We were disappointed. There is a bakery and it seemed that they delivered old products to buffe for hotel customers to eat. And further more: there are birds in the tables in pool bar picking crumes and also eating your food if you are away in toilet etc. Please do not believe the good grades here because they are propably given by the russian turists which this hotel is full of and they stay at the newer Melpo apartements around the pool...
