The Melpo Antia comes with a great pool, and it’s in an ideal spot for Ayia Napa’s beach and legendary nightlife.
These luxury apartments are really stylish. Contemporary shades of slate grey, camel, and off-white are used heavily throughout. And the look is finished with furniture that could've been picked straight from the pages of an interior design mag.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Limanaki Beach, a big sandy number in the heart of town. You’ll find Ayia Napa’s shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, too.

I stayed two days during the Easter holidays this year and I had a wonderful time. What impressed me most is the service. Especially the personel in the restaurant. Always there with a smile and you can see they do not pretend. They love what they do. The meals were very good and although the hotel was full, I never noticed any shortage. The appartment was very comfortable and clean, nothing more and nothing less, just enough. All I needed to feel at home.
Caffe, restaurants, super-markets and all kind of shops around, ten minutes walking to the centre and ten-fifteen minutes to the harbour. I recommend it.More
Location, Location, Location
Well, the best thing in this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of everything: restaurants, bars, bus station etc.
Room is quite big and clean. And beds are comfortable.
Don't expect much of breakfest and dinner, we preffered our dinners at the restaurants outside.
It will take you 10 minutes and 8 euro to get to Nissi Beach by cab.
Service could be better.More
An upscale Apartment Perfectly Located
We were walking around Ayia Nappa looking to see if we wanted to stay a few days and found Melpo Antia Apartment. The front desk person, Solecia was extremely pleasant. She showed me a vacant room, because my wife cannot do stairs. The one bedroom apartment was perfect. She assured us that we would get a second floor with elevator access. The price was very reasonable. So we returned a few days later. My wife loved the upscale apartment and surroundings so much we extended our stay by two days. Yiannoula Louca of the reservations Department was extremely helpful in arranging this.
The apartment was quite clean and the breakfast buffet was very complete with a nice setting on the veranda overlooking the pool. The location in city center was fantastic, because my wife cannot walk too far. She was able to see all the sites.
Being 70 years old made us three times as old as most of the guests, but we did not mind. All the front desk staff were exceptional, friendly, professional and helpful, yet Olesia and Stavri whom we met the first day continued to be special. Every Front Desk person made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Because of them, the apartment and the location, we will definitely stay here upon our return.More
Location, location, LOCATION.
This hotel is really nice but by far the selling point is the location. Its walking disance from the beach, city centre, the barstreet (but not so close that you cant get any sleep).
The hotel has a youthful atmosphere but is not run down and filthy like some "youth hotels"
I would definitely stay there again!More
