The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.
This open-air restaurant serves up a range of international and local Greek dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's an à la carte menu to choose from as well as a barbecue themed evening held once a week to mix things up. Remember there is a smart dress code here. Highchairs are available, you'll just need to reserve in advance.
A lovely place to stay - small and friendly.
We arrived at the Loutsiana on 2nd August - when we arrived we were in block 4 - that night we realised this is where all the younger guests tend to be put and we were kept awake all night by the noise. The next morning I went to the reception and having two younger children they moved us to block 2. This was great as it overlooked the pool and we didn't hear any noise during the night.
The rooms are cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels every other day. Bedding was changed every 3 days. The cleaner was great and they always did a thorough job. The room was spacious, we had a one bedroom apartment - the only niggle was the balcony is very small, but we spent our nights out and about so it was rarely used anyway.
The staff were great, always ready to entertain you and made us laugh on many occasions.
The breakfasts were great - really recommend having the English breakfast. The food was ok but we found some of the meals were a little over priced - this was in comparison to going in to the centre of Ayia Napa.
The bus stop is tight outside the apartments and after 6pm it is the first pickup/last drop off. During the day the water park (which is 5 minutes walk) is the first pick up. We go the bus once at 6.15pm and it was full of people from the watermark, I would recommend getting it a bit later at around 6.45pm, as we found it dead at that time.n it costs 1.50 euros to go anywhere - you can go to Nissi Beach which has a few lovely restaurants and shops, Ayia Napa which has mainly families up until 10/11ish, or even Protaras which takes around 45minutes.
Overall we had a great holiday, made many friends and loads of laughs. We would definitely return and would recommend this to anyone who has children and wants to be away from the hustle and bustle but wants the opportunity to go now and again in to it.More
Too terrible to describe! What one sees on the website is not what one gets. Our room was situated 500 meters from reception, restaurants and main hotel. The food at the restaurant is too disgusting. The owner is condescending and staff unprofessional. If one wants to walk to the sea, it looks about 1km away and through weeds. The hotel is situated very far from the centre of Ayia Napa. The bathroom is so small, one battles to breathe. The pillows are like rocks and the bedspreads stained. Stay away. This is no 4 star hotel, in my opinion it would be 0 grade.More

Stayed in one of the luxury rooms from 28th July to 9th August and it was so lush!! Room cleaned everyday, bed very comfortable, aircon was fantastic!! Breakfast was included in our price, with a good selection of food. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and informative. The drinks voucher for â¬20 was excellent value, we bought this on quite a few occassions while lazing by the pool. Hotel was far enough away from all the madness of Ayia Napa but just a short distance on the bus or in taxi, with reasonable fares. Waterworld 5 mins down the road which was fantastic!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit to Loutsiana. Thank you for a wonderful service. More
Nice and Clean.
The hotel was beautiful, offering great services, with supportive and caring staff. We had the bed and breakfast board, which gave variety of morning meals lasting from 7.30-10am. This is a great place to stay for a family trip to Ayia Napa, as it offers privacy and safety all in one.
If you are more about the party life and limelight of Ayia Napa, then loutsiana may be abit of a distance for you as its about a half an hour- 40 minute walk. Without a qaud bike or car you will be spending a lot on cab unless there is a group of friends your travelling with.More
My Fav ð
totally love this place....been 4x now.... i feel so safe and welcome here that id happily go myself....my parents and my 16 year old son think its great to.
its in a quiet area near 2 great beaches but bus stops right outside for taking you to town... there are few restaurants bars and shops just outside to. The staff are great especially Eszter, Andrew and Podromhus. the place is spotless and the gardens beautiful....the plants are so pretty.
The management have always been very helpful and welcoming to all my family members....the few negative comments on here im guessing are probably from guests more suited to 18-30 establishments so dont let them put you off.....the hotel does not tolerate extreme bad behaviour from guests which will be a bonus for most holidaymakers....not many people want their holiday ruined by louts.
cant wait to go back.....stayed in many hotels in and around napa but this is by far my favourite ðMore
