The Loutsiana Apartments score major points for their location. The complex is only around a five-minute walk from Makronissos Beach, and the shops, restaurants and bars of Ayia Napa's centre are less than a five-minute taxi ride away.
As for the hotel itself, it’s a low-rise, whitewashed number surrounded by lawns and palms. There’s a big swimming pool in the middle of the grounds. Flanked at one end by manmade rocks and mini waterfalls, it’s got a lagoon-like feel. There’s a smaller pool for children, too, and a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Step inside and you’ll find a smart set-up. In the lobby, terracotta walls have been teamed with chocolate-brown sofas and sleek glass tables. Move into the apartments – which have either one or two bedrooms – and white walls and wooden floors create a neutral canvas for patterned soft-furnishings. Each one has a kitchenette, too, so it’s easy to put together simple meals.
If you’d rather someone else did the cooking, head to the restaurant. A cosy space kitted out with traditional furniture and elegant white tablecloths, it’s got a real home-from-home atmosphere. In terms of food, expect international dishes alongside Greek favourites like meze.

Great place to stay, highly recommended
We (family of four, two adults+two children) stayed at Loutsiana apt. last year in August. We travelled with Thomson and were a bit sceptic regarding Ayia Napa and its reputation. But on arrival we were assured that it will be fine with the family too. Hotel staff was great and very friendly with no greed in any aspect what so ever. We used to have a good breakfast every morning before going out for ventures. Swimming pool was very clean with no trouble what so ever. Mostly found the hotel very quiet overnight as the hotel has a very strict policy regarding noise at night. We found Ayia Napa a great place to visit and stay. We bought weekly bus tickets which worked out very cheap as we used to go to Ayia Napa centre every day at least once. The buses run regularly just from outside of the hotel. To catch the bus to Nicosia we waited opposite the water Park, the bus arrived late but eventually we made it to Nicosia and enjoyed the food in Turkish part of Cyprus, we had to get a visa which was free. Our best day was in the Water Park that can be seen from the hotel, however, our daughter could not enjoy some of the rides due to height restrictions (120cm). All in all it was a great week in Cyprus and special thanks to the staff in Loutsiana hotel apt.More

Clean, nice, good location
This hotel is the best that I have visited in Cyprus. It was clean and modern. But it was the only hotel that i have seen cockroaches in bathroom. Although I know they are everywhere in warm countries, but it was still shocking to me. We went to the reception to mention about this, and they gave us some poison and told us that these ugly creatures had come from outside to our bathroom. But we certainly know that these little friends came from our drains, not outside. I was hoping that they would have taken this problem more serious, because it was big deal to me. Despite of this, hotel was awesome, and maybe we will return some day.More

Best Holiday I've Had!!
Absolutely brilliant holiday and hotel from start to finish. hot and bothered after getting off the coach from the airport the reception staff were refreshing and helpful as soon as we arrived. Checked us in and said 'room be ready shortly enjoy the pool or bar' which I got changed to sit by the lovely pool and enjoyed surrounding whilst My dad and boyfriend had the local beer Keo. The Lovely lady escorted us to our room which was large and had plentiful amenities. We went to Bedrock bar had dinner and returned to hotel. Breakfast is amazing at the hotel. so much choice from buffet to menu. lunch and dinner are also fantasic I recommend any of the Cypriot dishes and spicy chicken with rice. The entertainment was on every other night and was good. Blues brothers were brilliant and the BBQ was to die for. The was bit cold but maybe because of time of year but didn't stop me going in to cool down. One critique would be its a bit out of Ayia Napa but still nice walk in afternoon, and taxis not cheap so get the bus. For Mid October weather was gorgeous. Has a nice little beach about 600m away which is quiet but nissi beach near Adams Beach Hotel was so beautiful and the water sports were so much fun. 4th time to Cyprus but definitely returning to Loutsiana apts next year. Thanks to all the staff enjoyed very much. Ezter Mindos and everyone else made our trip memorable.More

We just do not understand why Thomson only give this place 3.5 stars when it is way ahead of the 4 star place we had in Kefalonia! Far enough away from Ayia Napa to be peaceful, yet cheap bus or walkable. Nice coastal path appears in sections well away from roads, if you enjoy walking.More
