Loutsiana Apartments

The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.

This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.

The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

Nice and Clean.

The hotel was beautiful, offering great services, with supportive and caring staff. We had the bed and breakfast board, which gave variety of morning meals lasting from 7.30-10am. This is a great place to stay for a family trip to Ayia Napa, as it offers privacy and safety all in one. If you are more about the party life and limelight of Ayia Napa, then loutsiana may be abit of a distance for you as its about a half an hour- 40 minute walk. Without a qaud bike or car you will be spending a lot on cab unless there is a group of friends your travelling with.More

Maria R,

My Fav 😊

totally love this place....been 4x now.... i feel so safe and welcome here that id happily go myself....my parents and my 16 year old son think its great to. its in a quiet area near 2 great beaches but bus stops right outside for taking you to town... there are few restaurants bars and shops just outside to. The staff are great especially Eszter, Andrew and Podromhus. the place is spotless and the gardens beautiful....the plants are so pretty. The management have always been very helpful and welcoming to all my family members....the few negative comments on here im guessing are probably from guests more suited to 18-30 establishments so dont let them put you off.....the hotel does not tolerate extreme bad behaviour from guests which will be a bonus for most holidaymakers....not many people want their holiday ruined by louts. cant wait to go back.....stayed in many hotels in and around napa but this is by far my favourite 😊More

Lovely place, friendly staff, would recommend!

Me and my friend visited from 15th-22nd July. There was a mix of families, couples and youth staying at the hotel. Upon arrival we were told our room number and greeted by our rep! Shortly after he visited our room and spent time going through the parties/events, he really helped out as it was our first time visiting! We stayed in 407 which was at the back, apparently it was where the youth stayed which I thought was a really good idea. The room was modern, spacious, perfect for us. We got bed and breakfast, which we got up for every morning, the staff were helpful and pleasant, the food was nice, they changed it up a little each day and kept it topped up right until the end (10am) The pool area was a decent size, there were always sunbeds available throughout the day! I would recommend visiting Nissi Beach, it's only 5 minutes away on the bus and is definitely worth it. Buses were €1.50 which I thought was reasonable and these run until late...there were always taxis available outside the hotel too. About €10 to the strip which is okay if there's a few of you. Apparently a few rooms were broken into, we had no problems with this, I think it was people leaving windows and doors open whilst out, which is not the hotels fault. It is more than safe, they have security, as long as you lock up properly before you leave! The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant! We checked out at 12 but our pick up wasn't til 7pm, the staff were more than helpful and gave us access to a shower and a clean towels before we left. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here, Me and my friend didn't want a full on party holiday, I went for some relaxation too so this hotel was in a perfect location, there were people our age which was nice but when you wanted quiet...you got it. There were two supermarkets down the road which were reasonably priced. The cleaners came in regularly always changing towels and bedding. I would definitely stay here again - also have recommended to my friends who are looking to visit Ayia Napa next month. Thank you for the lovely stay. More

Vicky R,

If you are a young group of boys/girls looking for somewhere to stay in Napa, I would not advise this hotel. Firstly its 15 min drive from the strip and a 45 min walk, secondly it is ran by a manager with no manners whatsoever. I stayed here with 10 other girls and he verbally attacked a handful of us and made one of my friends so scared that she had to lock herself into the bathroom!! He also pulled a quilt of one of my friends whilst she was asleep and for all he knew she could of been naked? I just wouldn't advise to stay here if you are young as it seems he only has an issue with young people which to others it could seem as if we was causing trouble when we actually wasnt. I personally think if he has such an issue with younger boys and girls staying here he shouldn't allow them too by making it a family only Hotel, as it wasnt just my group of friends he verbally attacked, because I wouldnt waste my time making an account and writing this if I didnt feel like it was serious and an issue that needs to be resolved!!More
