The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.
This open-air restaurant serves up a range of international and local Greek dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's an à la carte menu to choose from as well as a barbecue themed evening held once a week to mix things up. Remember there is a smart dress code here. Highchairs are available, you'll just need to reserve in advance.
This hotel was good even though we got robbed while on a night out. We were drunk so we kind of flipped out and started getting angry. After watching the cctv with the manager we found out that they got in from the back window. Our safe was taken which had all of our cash in there. Luckily some guests at the hotel who were on our flight threw some money together and gave it to us for the day while we sorted out our cash problem with out family as we didn't have our bank cards they were in the safe. But we got it sorted and stayed in Napa for the rest of the holiday best decision of my life. The manager helped us get in touch with the police which is apparently hard to do and we got a crime number so we could claim our stuff back. He let us use the phone to phone our families for free. The price for the hotel was one of the best even though the strip is a short drive away. The manager will let you have fun but if its too much he will kick you out as its a family hotel. The rooms are very nice in my opinion the cleaners come in regularly to clean. We are probably staying at the hotel next year for Napa 2016.More

It was a nice surprise when we walked in to our room , it was so modern & clean with everything you could need for a weeks holiday. Very close to the water park & an easy walk into town. I would say though make sure you get a room by the pool. We had a room around the back by the bins. It seemed this is where they put the "younger" people which was a shame. Definitely worth a visit especially as a cheaper or last min holiday. More
Great hotel apartments
I booked this hotel for a weeks stay following a review of the positive guest feedback on this site.
The hotel apartments are clean and well furnished. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was big and comfortable enough for 3 people.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to enquire about taxis from the airport to the hotel and they responded promptly with an offer to arrange a taxi. I had also requested a 'decent' room as we were on hols for our anniversary and hubby's birthday. Upon arrival they informed us that they had upgraded us and had arranged complimentary wine and a rose in the room.
If you are older you may prefer staying in the Loutsiana 2 apartments which are quieter. We were placed there initially but requested a move to Loutsiana 1 which is where the gym is although it is only a few minutes walk between the two.
Travel into the main part of ayia maps is a 40 minute walk or 10 euros in a taxi.
I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again.More
Had brilliant holiday
We had wonderful time here and was please when we got into the room. We had studio apartment and before I go on I will go over few things we were disappointed with and need improving but unlike other holidays these didn't ruined our holiday.
Twin bed are not together so move when sleeping
Had to pay 86 euros for air conditioning that was very poor we did complain but just told us to keep it on cool etc do we did but was only 25 at night so we didn't sweat as had sheets off as air con was so rubbish
Maids well the cleaning was ok but I had to agree with other reviews They weren't that good at cleaning.
Staff in the bar are the best and fun. No one of them was rude and had brilliant sense of humour
The hotel was modern and the room had moon lighting.
The food was good and the drinks very reasonable and affordable.
Bus stop just outside and only 1.50 euro and can go any stop with that so we exploring.
Entertainment there was ok but we mainly went out.
Staff overall nice and happy to help. Would we go back? No. The room was ok but sitting outside the room was to small we had top floor.
We will be going back to the area and we will be popping in for lunch and sone drinks
Swimming pool area nice.More
