Loutsiana Apartments

The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.

This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.

The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

Not bad great staff

I did enjoy my 2 weeks after a few problems at the beginning the staff are brilliant and very friendly rooms clean and nice and agree with others there was a lot of ants but would not go back again to stay prefer all inclusive now More

Beverley S,

I have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay and the AMAZING Loutsiana Hotel apartments. This was my second visit, and I am certain it will not be my last. Where can I start with my praise for the hotel? Perhaps it is best to begin with the those who make the hotel what it is. The staff. Upon arrival to the hotel you are welcomed by an array of friendly people who want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Check in is smooth and easy, with all the information you could need. The bilingual, Russian receptionist also means that this hotel is ideal for those travelling from Moscow and beyond. The restaurant staff are always friendly, with big smiles and a fantastic sense of humour, which makes you feel like you are part of the hotel, and not simply a guest. They then serve you up an array of tasty food and cocktails, which can be enjoyed whilst watching the sun set gently over the sea in the distance. The fun isn't over when the sun goes down though. An excellent selection of entertainment from Tribute acts, to BBQ night will ensure that there is no need to get an early night. Moving on to the facilities. The rooms are of an incredibly high standard. Very clean and spacious, especially the brand new suites that have been built recently. The WiFi is of a great quality throughout the hotel, thus making the uploading of your Instagram picture of the beautiful pool area even easier. For me the location of this hotel is it's real hidden quality. Of course, some of the hardcore 'party animals' may complain that it is a bit far from town. I say, a 4km bus ride for a couple of euros is perfect! The location is quiet, with stunning, quieter beaches just a short walk or cycle away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Simply the best.More

Great Accomodation with just one issue

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of August with my girlfriend for a wedding along the road. Lovely apartments, very clean and modern inside. Good quality kitchen and bathroom. Had food a few times in the restaurant and was really nice. Would recommend this. Pool area is good and really nice bar. Location is what you expect really. Quite far out of town but a couple of euros into Nissi beach or a few more to get to Ayia Napa. Lovely couple of beaches across the road so loved the area. Staff at the hotel seemed really friendly and polite when checking in and talking throughout the trip. Only issue I have with the place is you have a selection of rooms around the pool where the balcony is around the pool and door is at the back on the road so no noise really. Then you have a block of 10-12 room behind this. The design of the ground floor rooms are not very well thought through as your front door, balcony door and next doors are all joined so basically one large balcony. This is just causes noise at night so when we did want an early night you couldn't because people were talking next to your head. There is also a road in front of your door for cars to park on which caused issues as some guys had quads and would come back from town at 4,5,6 in the morning reving their engines. Would advise to request away from these rooms. 410 was mine. Apart from this issue would recommend and go back if I could get a different roomMore

We spend 7 day's in this hotel. The room looked very nice, good cleaning service. Very nice pool, you can't take a your own drinks or food, you have to buy in pool bar. One guy do rounds around the pool every 30 minute's to check if you did bring something. The prices and quality in the pool bar are not too bad. Alcohol drinks are about 3.5 euro's. They do some deals for 20 euro's. The staff are very helpful. They also got a supermarket in the hotel. The prices are little bit high, but everywhere in Ayia Napa the prices look the same. Best thing is if you got own transport is go to Lidl's, is so cheap. Nearest beach is Makronissons Beach, is about 600 meters away and is very nice. Nice blue water on the seaside, clean and white sandy beach. Sunbed's are 2.50 euro's each and free umbrella. If you want go to Nissi Beach, is about 1.5km, 30 minute's walk. To the centre of Ayia Napa, bar's, pub's, shop's, resteurant's is about 4km, We walked over 1 hour. You can take a public bus, for 1.5 euro's each, in daytime, and 2.5 euro's nighttime. The taxi's are for 5-7 euro's. Around this hotel is a few resteurant's and water park. Personally for us, is not the best location, We were thinink that the centre of Ayia Napa is a little bit close. If you stay in Makronissons evningtime, is not much to do. Best thing is go Ayaia Napa. We can recommended this hotel to everyone, who want to relax.More

wouldn't recommend to party go-ers, so far away from the strip - family hotel.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my mum, dad, and nan on 27th August - 10th September, and can honestly say, to look at, what a beautiful hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, particular bar staff were extremely unfriendly, particularly with bringing your own drinks to the pool, and actually threatening to kill you lol. The wifi is over priced, and doesn't actually work. The bed sheets only get changed every 4 days and towels changed every 3 days, so considering its a hot country, we found a fault with that and weren't happy. Hotel staff were only ever happy when throwing money at them. Our rep never gave us a welcoming, very moody and actually rolled her eyes when asked about excursions, this is Chantel. Other than that, beautiful hotel, perfect location if you wanna be away from the strip, although it is only a 5 minute drive into the centre, and to nissi beach which is unbelievably gorgeous. would definitely recommend Protaras, as we fancied a change and stayed in Ayia Napa, but will not be returning, unless it is a party holiday!More
