The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

Nice relaxed stay
Good small family apartment hotel outside of Ayia Napa. Makronisos beach 10 minutes walk. The hotel is tidy, stuff is friendly, cuisine is OK. Small free gym. There was a charge for safebox in my room (15 euro pw). A conditioner and a fridge were free of charge for me, but this may depend on particular room/tariff. My room was very clean and quite modern and the bed linen was fresh. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed once in several days. Tea/coffee appliances and a toaster. I believe the best building is #7. No animation, the hotel is very quiet and relaxed. 10 minutes walk to the Waterworld aqua park (the biggest on Cyprus).More

Amazing from start to finish
2 friends and myself stayed here for one week in the middle of May. The hotel reception is stunning and the pool area was pretty as well. The room was clean and the cleaners were always in tidying and changing towels. Our room was basic but exactly what we required. You are only a short ride away from Ayia Napa on the bus (1.50 euros) and a taxi home at night was like 10euros. So all good. There is a small beach called landla beach ( I think) a few bus stops from the hotel and it is gorgeous. You can stand right out in the water. What made this week so memorable was the staff in the hotel.... From Maria at breakfast to Andrew on reception at night when we came home. The family that run this hotel make everyone feel so welcome and are very genuine and the owner certainly has some impressive dance moves. Thank you for the memories... :) Will Defo recommend this hotel for all age groups.More
Stayed here a week in June. Bit far from ayia napa but for us that was a good thing. The reception area looked very modern and our room was a good size. Pool was great. No issues with sun beds. Shame not more put on for children. But all in all a good hotel. More

Great location and fabulous facilities
My boyfriend and I went to the Loutsiana for a week in May. We had a great time. The hotel is in an ideal location- near to Nissi Beach and a short bus journey from Aiya Napa. The bus is really good value- 15 euro for a week. We also hired a car locally- there are lots of places near the hotel. There are also plenty of supermarkets close by. Self catering worked well for us. Only complaint- a large group of people arrived during our stay and slightly dominated the pool area. This was not the fault of the hotel. However the beaches close by are spectacular so we went there instead. Highly recommend the hotel for drinks and food. Excellent value and we were surprised by how good at the hotel was and also by the large selection. They serve lots of fresh food, great salads as well as burgers etc. Brandy sours are a must try! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. In short, we had a great time, very relaxing and all our needs were catered for. Thank you Loutsiana.More
