The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

I travelled to Ayia Napa for a clubbing/drinking holiday with a friend. The room was very nice and modern! Really good shower which you don't often get with hotels! it's near a nice beach and a good supermarket. The only problem is it isn't close to the main town or the night life, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The food is really good and friendly helpful staff, quiet at night too so easy to sleep.More

We stayed in Loutsiana Hotel apts in Oct 2014. Had the best time! our 10 yr old daughter did not want to leave and since then keep asking to come back and we do hope to do so! We stayed in room 308.Great, spotless . I must say the room was always cleaned so very well. Thank you ladies! We noticed ants in one corner of our room on the arrival, but the problem was sorted straight away when we reported it to the reception (very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you as well!) They treated the room with something and gave us spray in case we see more of naughty ants. But we didn't. We were worried about WiFi , as read on trip advisor it was very expensive for some customers. We had it from our travel provider as free and we actually had it free in Loutsiana apt, unlimited & good quality. Would like to say that the atmosphere all staff create there is very friendly and we really appreciated it . We would like to say big thank to All at Loutsiana hotel appt: the management, staff in the restaurant , especially Esther and Dorothy who were always there for us and are so very nice, and everybody who we forgot to mention but who worked so hard to make our stay unforgettable. We wish you all a successful 2015 ! hope to see you again!More

Just needs a clean sheet
We have stayed in the Macronissos area of Ayia Napa for about ten years but this was our first time at the Loutsiana apartments, self catering. The Goods:- Clean basic one bedroom apartment with good selection of self catering utensils. Very nice bar area with good food, drink, service and entertainment. A clean pool and sunbed area with pleasant staff throughout. The Not So Goods:- Our only real complaint was the condition of the towels and bedding. Although changed regulary, during our two week stay, the sheets and towels always carried embedded stains. Although they were clean we did find some of the larger stains especially on the bed sheets a little off putting !!!!!! So to some up, yes we will probably book again for 2015 as we love the Macronissos area, but a replacement of old bedding and towels must be of a high priority for the management.More
Half Term End Of Year Holiday
Lovely hotel was very nice @ this time of year ,but could be a problem with noise (in height of summer) as water park is right next door (although quite away off) . Quite away out of town, but buses run every 20mins starting on the hour ,both into & out of town no.101 & 102.There is a cycle track into town , bikes can be hired @ hotel. This hotel is very clean & well run. When waiting for buses @ bustop( just outside hotel) beware of taxi drivers touting for buisness which will undoubtedly cost you more than the bus service. The use of WIFI is @ at a charge go next door to the hotel Cosmelena to use free WIFI they also have good food & use of pool etc. This hotel is nice & relaxing. Across the road down a dirt track is the beach/bar the sea is clear/clean.Also if you walk into town about 800 metres & turn right you come onto landau beach which is much better sunbeds/umbrellas, bar ,toilets etc,the sea here is very child friendly ie very shallow for a long way out.The rooms have been refurbished in this hotel & are of a very good standard whith all modcons.More
