This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

I stayed at the Loutsiana in July 2017 with two friends on a 'girls holiday'. Our week spent in Ayia Napa was amazing, which was partly down to the amazing experience we had at Loutsiana. Our room was very modern and looked like it had just been redecorated which was lovely (we stayed in the 3 bed luxury suite which I would highly recommend), it was also spotless when we arrived and it gave us just the right amount of space. In addition to the high standard of the room, the staff could not be flawed in their services as they were so friendly and were always willing to help us. It was also beneficial that they provided a service where you can drop your room key at reception before you go out and then collect it (a member of staff was at reception 24/7) when you return to prevent you from losing it! Checking in and checking out was a breeze, and we had no problems whatsoever. Although most nights we had to pay 10 Euros for a taxi to the strip, it was definitely worth it as the hotel is in a very tranquil area which was nice to come back to after a long day. I will definitely be returning, thank you for the most amazing stay!More
Not good for children
Can't moan about the standard of the place, its very clean and presentable. The cleaners do a excellent job! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are excellent. The only thing is two things, the half-board option is terrible as theres hardly any choice of food as its as basic as it comes really. The range for children is pretty much none existent! No entertainment for young ones as advertised. So they get very bored easily. Its not as close to the beach as advertised. Some of the staff could do with cheering up. More
STILL GOOD WILL RETURN
Stayed at the Louisiana early June as a family of four , stayed in an apartment room , room was clean and tidy as usual, yes we did have the obligatory ant invasion but I guess that's Cyprus!! I would guess I've stayed here 10+ times over the years and will come back at some point in the not two distant future . The staff are all pretty pleasant as usual, we always stay self catering as we like to eat out , that said we do have the breakfast and it pretty good . Some people complain about having to pay for aircon , I always have it and whilst it would be nice if it was included is it realistic given the reasonable price to stay here , you have to take into account the fact that Thomson would not pay them massively for there room allocation, so expecting it to be included ??? Is probably a big ask . For the first time in years there is some big money being invested throughout the whole area , and in a couple of years time it will be unrecognisable, even the owners of the Louisiana are building what looks to be a nice new hotel so might give that a try at some point. What a great time!!
We stayed here from 28th June for a week!! I was very surprised to read previous reviews and the slating they gave to air con prices, wifi prices and general amenities. During our stay our room was tended to EVERY SINGLE DAY ... the only downside to this was the maids woke us after a few pretty late nights. We were in Cyprus for a wedding in Olympic Lagoon and we were very pleased with the location.... we were able to meet up the the rest of the wedding party who were staying 2 hotels down. Could have easily walked to Olympic but the weather was scorching so the walk would have been too hot!! The room was fantastic ... room 304... overlooking the pool area. Clean, spacious and well appointed. As I say, cleaners round everyday with fresh towels and everything else required. Wifi was grand, we got ours free as we booked through booking.com, our aircon was also free too!! Staff at reception fantastic and did everything straight away... I know there are deposits for this and for that (beach towels etc) but they have probably had to put these practices in to places as people have left with towels... accidentally or on purpose. Staff in the bar/restaurant great.... if you are about at night speak to Mario... he will probably speak to you first though... great guy and so funny!! All in all, we had a fantastic stay.... ignore all these other reviews please and take my word for it!! We will definitely be back to Cyprus AND Loutsiana!! ( turn the heat down a touch the next time please) Room 304 😁😁 More
Just returned from two weeks holiday, we stayed here on a bed and breakfast package. The ground floor studio we were allocated was okay other than the bathroom was a little on the small side, the kitchen area and equipment were fairly good although we did get a lot of ants running riot on the work surface. Might I add this is quite a common problem on the island so it's your choice if you choose to cook or eat out in the many lovely restaurants in Ayia Napa. The beds are comfortable pillows not so good, a decent sized terrace with table and chairs. The breakfast was poor, not a great deal of choice and no fresh fruit other than water melon over our two weeks stay, tinned peaches was the only other fruit available. We only had two days around the pool area, it's very cramped and there are not enough sunbeds for the apartments, a lot of guests ended up asking for extra sunbeds to be put out on the garden in the children's play area as there is not enough room around the pool to accommodate all the guests. Did not use the bar as we preferred to go into town for our evening's entertainment. Basic hygiene and cleaning let this place down rather badly, our studio had a bed change but when I turned back the sheet I was horrified to see the bottom sheet and the pillow cases were terribly stained, I had to sleep on the top sheet and report it to reception the next morning. Yes the sheets and pillow cases were then changed, not good enough standards I'm afraid. Be aware that cleaners do not come every day so bins are not always emptied, in the heat we did not find this acceptable and twice had to ask reception to sort it out. Also looking for a cleaner to ask for toilet paper because none had been left on several occasions. If the management can sort out the basic hygiene and cleaning standards it could be much better. The location is nice with a bus service running into town, Protaras and beyond for € 1.50 before nine thirty in the evening and €2.50 after that. Beaches are just a short walk across the road and there are a few lovely ones to choose from, go out and explore. Overall we had a lovely two weeks holiday, would we recommend this place, probably not. Bev and Theresa Nottinghamshire. More
