Loutsiana Apartments

The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.

This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.

The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.

This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

18 year olds first holiday

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Staff beef friendly and Mario and Luigi from the bar are great! Stayed here with 11 friends on our first 'own' holiday, very relaxing during the day and bar is open until 2am, you can then get a taxi (€2 each) into the strip. Staff offer 1 warning policy, all in all of you come in at 7am bladdered like us, it's okay as long as you're quiet and go straight to your rooms. Would recommend for a safe and enjoyable holiday! Lovely rooms, nice staff

We booked a luxury room which was lovely and modern with a really comfy bed and relaxing rain shower. It was fully renovated and spacious. A proper luxury room! Reception staff were kind and smiley. Cleaning ladies were also nice and our room was spotless. Breakfast, though needs additions such as yogurt, some croissants and cake, some more fruit, and better quality in orange juice and coffee. I would love to see those improvements next time we stay here!More

not as in the photos

We booked this place last weekend and we were given a place far from the city next to the waterpark where the place was totally different than what the photos show. The reception was helpful though. We were dissapointed and felt cheated getting something else than what we paid for. More

Sevago,

Home from home

I cannot rate this place highly enough. From the moment you arrive the staff are warm and friendly. I travelled with my two 13 y o daughters and felt very comfortable. We had a great room overlooking the pool on the ground floor, room 107. It meant I could relax on the patio whilst they played in the pool or sit at the bar whilst they got ready in the evening. We were always very close to each other but could have our own space if required. The food was delicious, we ate lunch or dinner there every day and never got bored of the menu. Proper home made chips! The kebabs were juicy and flavoursome. Lots of salad and pitta bread. I ordered a side of grilled vegetables and got a huge dinner plate of them. I told the waiter I was embarrassed I had to send some back and he said its Cyprus portions! The kids menu offered great sized portions for my two and they were even accommodating with vegan requests (chips or pasta in tomato sauce!) The waiters were all really friendly and attentive. There was entertainment a few times a week, just the right balance I felt. It was lovely and peaceful through the night, never that noisy after 11:30. The pool was very nice and the gardens were well maintained. The whole complex was very clean. Rooms cleaned most days. I'm hoping to visit again later in the year with the rest of my family. (Dear owners if you are reading this I have emailed a few times to see if you are open for our uk school holiday which is a late one in the first week of November. As soon as I know this I'll be coming back with my husband and sons!!) More
