The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.
This open-air restaurant serves up a range of international and local Greek dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's an à la carte menu to choose from as well as a barbecue themed evening held once a week to mix things up. Remember there is a smart dress code here. Highchairs are available, you'll just need to reserve in advance.
Styled with bright colours and wooden furnishings, your studio will include either a balcony or terrace, offering that extra space outside. You'll also get a lounge and kitchenette, for that home-from-home feel. Plus, twin beds, a sofa-bed, and air-conditioning*.

We have just returned this morning from a 2 week family holiday at Lotsiana. The most fantastic time was had by all, the owners, reception staff, cleaners & Restaurant/Bar staff are very polite, friendly with top class communication skills. We as a family have been visiting for over 10 years and every time all staff surpass the previous holiday stay.... I would highly recommend Loutsiama to young and old as the complex is outstanding, big thank you goes out to Panikos/Estrella, Andreas, Antonio, Chris, Mario, Alex these guys are so friendly and ensure your stay is fun...More
Superb as always.
I have nothing bad to say about Loutsiana.
This is my second stay and won't be my last.
Perfect in almost every way.
My only gripe is with the cost of the wifi.
Wifi is a luxury so isn't a big deal at all.
Rooms cleaned everyday. Towels changed every day.
Pool lovely. Food is fantastic in the restaurant.
I was self catering and ate in the hotel restaurant everyday.
And thanks to the guy on the front desk who kindly woke me up when I fell asleep outside my apartment door. Lol.
Happy days. Thanks Loutsiana. More
Yet another fantastic holiday at this wonderful place.
Would not even think of staying anywhere else.
Absolutely spotless. Really nice food. Staff so helpful and friendly.
Always lovely to see Panicos and Elias.
If you want a peaceful, friendly, family run hotel then this is the place. We must have stayed here at least 10 times and have never been disappointed. Can't wait for the next visit. Love to you all from mel and Sam xxMore
Quality Holiday complex with choice of peace and quiet or easy access to clubland.
Did just a week as usually stay at the Paphos end of the island, Ideally placed for beaches to walk to or stay round the pool. really well designed gardens and pool area, lit up at night . Rooms look newly done out with proper shower and fittings. Could do with some net curtain as French window and balcony on ground floor opens directly on to garden /pool area so I probably accidentaly put on a bit of a show before I realised! Bus stop is right outside to get into town but next time i'll hire a Buggy-ther'e everywhere and look good fun.Bar opens till 2am if needed, good selection of snacks throughout the day served with a smile no matter what the time.I'll use it more as a base to go further afield next time.Recommended for hassle free holiday.More
Great hotel in a quiet location.
I recently returned from a week long stay at Loutsiana with 4 friends and loved it!
The hotel/apartments are really nice and modern. The rooms were lovely and you can tell they've recently been updated with everything you'll need for a self catering stay.
The location is a bit out of Ayia Napa, however a bus is only â¬1.50 and a taxi around â¬10 (although this can be haggled) and it's nice to be out of the craziness.
Makronisos beach is a short walk away and is a lovely quiet spot which I'd definitely recommend. However a bit further down the road and you're at Nissi Beach with all its water sports and beach parties.
Staff like everything else here were really nice and helpful, don't really have a bad word to say.
The drinks vouchers are really good value for money, â¬20 and you get 8 drinks and 2 shots - you don't have to use it all at once either, just a cheap way of buying drinks throughout your stay.
Would definitely go back and I'm sure anyone visiting would have a great time!!!More
