The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.
This open-air restaurant serves up a range of international and local Greek dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's an à la carte menu to choose from as well as a barbecue themed evening held once a week to mix things up. Remember there is a smart dress code here. Highchairs are available, you'll just need to reserve in advance.

Fantastic value for money. Apartments spotlessly clean. Lovely pool, and gardens if you want shade under trees. Right on edge of Aiya Napa next to water park so really quiet location, probably about 2 miles from town centre. Lots of bars close by and fantastic beaches ( marconnisos) just 10 min walk away. Staff really friendly. Entertainment was on a couple of nights, guy from up north who did Robbie Williams tribute was fantastic. Good food at hotel and priced same as everywhere else so not expensive and was better than other places we tried in town. Would definitely go here again. More
Can't recommend enough!
I came home last night from a holiday with my friend Lauren, we stayed at Loutsianna. I cannot reccomend highly enough!!! The rooms were spotless, gorgeous pool area and food and drinks were lovely. Cleaners came every day with fresh sheets and towels. However the thing that stood out most to me were the bar staff. So so friendly and they can't do enough to help you! Reception were also very helpful. I hope the bar staff see this because I want them to know what a fantastic job they do. Gutted to leave would be an understatement and I will be returning here as soon as possible!!! Thanks for making our holiday such a good one x x More
Nice and comfortable place to stay, great staff and friendly atmosphere
Nice and comfortable place to stay not to far away from Makronisos and Nissi beach, quiet neighborhood during evening period (so can sleep and enjoy salience) with cosy parking area (it would be more productive to take a car to travel around island and nearest beaches). Tasty food and friendly stuff, clean and comfortable rooms with terrace and kitchen appliances, cosy territory with poolMore

Go there but do not eat!!!!
Stayed qith family during the Ayia Napa youth football tournament. The place is clean, good for kids and easy for the family. The food though, is a discrace. As a Cypriot I am ashamed for the management of this hotel and the way I suppose they treat foreign tourists by serving their food. For the 3 days of our stay, we did not manage to find anything eatable. They could not even make decent coffee. Total discrace.More
