The Loutsiana Apartments benefit from a secluded location, although Ayia Napa’s bright lights are only a short drive away.
This place is tucked away in a quiet corner of Ayia Napa. It’s around a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the same in a taxi will get you to the lively resort centre. Europe’s biggest waterpark is next door, too.
The complex is made up of low-rise, whitewashed buildings scattered among chunky palms and well-tended lawns. They house sleek apartments with marble-look kitchenettes and recessed mood lighting.
This open-air restaurant serves up a range of international and local Greek dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's an à la carte menu to choose from as well as a barbecue themed evening held once a week to mix things up. Remember there is a smart dress code here. Highchairs are available, you'll just need to reserve in advance.
Styled with bright colours and wooden furnishings, your studio will include either a balcony or terrace, offering that extra space outside. You'll also get a lounge and kitchenette, for that home-from-home feel. Plus, twin beds, a sofa-bed, and air-conditioning.

We stayed here for a week once again in September, it was ridiculously hot for mid September!!!!! And dust storms that cleared after a couple of days, since our last visit the reception has been modernised and it very nice , I was I bit disappointed last year and said I wouldn't go again I'm just glad we did as it was very nice, all the staff where great as per usual, would return again .More
Me & my 4 friends recently stayed here & would 100% go back again. The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful! The breakfast was ok,nothing to write home about but wasn't unpleasant for 5euro! The swimming pool is immaculate with plenty of comfortable sun loungers! The rooms are spotless and very updated.air con was brill (once we figured it out) the domestic staff came everyday with clean bedsheets, towels etc. Drinks & food at bar are reasonably priced. Short walk from beach (with appropriate foot wear) More
Looks can be deceiving
This hotel is nice apart from you have to pay £45 euros a week for air conditioning, so if you don't want to pay that don't stay here because the rooms are hot and you sweat all night,so with no air con you would expect your bedding to be changed at least.....but when we asked in reception they said every 3 days your bedding getting changed and if you want it changing every day 2 days it would be an extra 7 euros for each time they change it. We also went self catering and was told we weren't allowed to drink our own drinks round the pool area we had to buy them from the bar, and the wifi was 35 euros a week to use which I thought was way over the odds! Food wad dripping in Greese too.More
