I hope I will be back to the Anesis hotel

I absolutely loved this hotel. Here are some pluses: - Great location (near to bars, restaurants, beach etc.); -Very professional, helpful and friendly staff for all guests(no matter which nationality); -Very good cook! I dream to eat bacon and lamb from "Anesis" again and again . I hope I will be back to the Anesis hotelMore

Uliana K,

Newly renovated

Congratulations on the new look hotel, very modern and clean looking lines. New rooms are great we had 225 and its large. Staff as always make our holiday special even though Nicos has gone. Food was good plenty of choice for breakfast. Never a problem getting a sunbed and the pool is a very good area to relax and soak up the sun. British guests now outnumbered by eastern block and Russians which is a shame , they are very unsociable but not as rude as they used to be. What will next years improvement be ? we will have to wait and see! More

Paul F,

Good locationg, clean, hidden costs

When we booked the room, we expected something differently from the room we got. From a brand new nice white room, we got an old room - but OK. It was clean so we though not to complain. There was a noise in the room I could not bear listening to. I couldn't even sleep. When I reported this to the reception they came in the room and heard the noise however they couldn't change us a room since the hotel was fully booked. When I booked the room it said I was going to have free Wi-Fi but when I arrived at the hotel I discovered that I had to pay. The other thing which annoyed me is the fact that the fridge was locked and in order to get the key we had to pay extra. Come on, you pay around 120 euros per night and have to pay extra for Wi-Fi and fridge? Breakfast was included in the price and was good. Also people are very friendly. Location is really good since you can walk to the beach and the nearby restaurants and bars.More

Dora C,

Gorgeous as always!

We have stayed lots of times over the years at the Anesis and we absolutely adore it! You can't fault anything at all. The breakfasts are lovely, the pool is big and nice and clean, the rooms are gorgeous and newly renovated and the staff are just lovely and so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble! We always look forward to going back and have made great friends over the years with the staff, who we consider our friends, and people that also go year after year. The hotel is in the perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beautiful harbour. I class it as a family hotel but it's also good for couples. My daughter is 9 now but she has been going since she was a baby and loves it! I would also like to mention the fact that we got a late checkout as we were travelling home late. If they can, they will accommodate. By far, this is the best hotel in Ayia Napa and we can't wait to go back!More
