This family-owned and run complex has a location that’s second to none – the bars and restaurants in Ayia Napa’s centre are practically on the doorstep, and you can stroll to the nearest beach in 10 minutes. You’re not too far from Nissi Beach’s white sands, either – it’s a 40-minute walk or a quick taxi ride away.
Studios and apartments are light and bright, with whitewashed walls, tiled floors and light-wood furniture. They each have a balcony or terrace, and a kitchenette for making snacks and light meals. There’s a small shop at the hotel for picking up supplies.
Outside, you’ll find a big pool set in gardens. There’s a bar to one side, which serves drinks and snacks all day, a children’s pool, and a whirlpool bath. Twice a week, the staff throw pool parties so everyone can get to know each other.
Finally, there’s the restaurant – it comes with a menu that features home favourites like steak, pasta and salads.

Went in July with five other girls and had literally the best ten days of my life. The hotel was clean and i felt very safe as there's someone up all night making sure no randomers walk in. The doctor was so helpful, he came and picked us up from the hotel and took us straight there and back. The nightlife there is dead but during the day is good when you get drunk. Definitely the best hotel in aiya napa for 18 year olds. Location is almost bang on the strip. Start in galianos and work your way up.More

Arrived on 16th October 2013 for 7 nights. Booked with Thomson's. Hotel management upgraded us from a studio apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment free of any charge. Hotel room was basic but clean. Maid cleaned twice during our stay.Small balcony. All staff were friendly enough. We had room 402 and our friends 404. The pool was lovely and the area around the pool was kept nicely. The hotel was closing for the winter on 26th.......The hotel was quiet. No 24 hour reception or bar. Limited shop opening times etc. Although it was the end of the season we were not expecting that. Not the fault of the hotel - Thomson's should have stated that In their brochure's. We had a rep but only saw him once at the welcome meeting. In fairness to him he did leave his mobile number with reception in case of problems. Did not need air conditioning but we did hire a safe deposit box. It was just big enough for items but not for a camera. Had to be a bit careful as reception is not 24 hours at this time of year. Hotel was a few minutes from bars and eating places. 10 minutes to nearest beach.45 minutes walk to Nissi beach. Well sited. You had to walk to hotel from bottom of road as the road was difficult for coaches to go up. It took only a few minutes, say 250 yards, slight incline. Downside is the hot water which comes out a dirty brown colour !! A bit off putting when you have to shower in it ! Bottom of road on right is a lovely Greek restaurant, Cicero, serving lovely food. Down road turn right and cross road is Gary's bar also serves lovely food. Down near beach is Napa Star also good food and Tommy's pub-lovely pub. If you go up onto 'top road' is 'The three lions'-lovely food (big cheap meals), worth a visit. Beer around 2 euros 50 for a pint. A decent meal around 8 euro's. Weather was good all week, Ayia Napa is a lovely resort which has changed a lot since our last visit some years ago. More modern and a clean resort. Still lively at night even at this time of year. I would consider returning to the hotel and definitely will return to resort.More

Good fun, Served it's purpose
as there in July 2006 with 10 other lads... Has the 24 hour bar, the swimming pool, an astroturf pitch to play a game of ball. 5 min walk from the nightlife boulevard.. Had reasonable quality food for reasonable prices. Entertainment there at night was completely rubbish but good laugh after 5/6 drinks in apartment!More

Don't even bother! :(
For the first time in my life I stayed in the hotel where the rooms where not cleaned and the towels not change every day. You have to pay extra for everything inc the air con, toaster and stuff like that. When we arrived the reception didn't have our second room reservation. We had to wait about 1 hour to get this sorted. For wi-fi you have to pay 6 euros per hour!! Ridiculous!! ..and 2 steps from the hotel there's a internet cafe 1e/h. The towels were dirty and smelly with huge holes on it. Looks like they were never washed. Our balcony didn't have a secure so it wasn't safe to leave the belongings in the room, we had to use our friends room. I'm not a demanding person but this place was just terrible!! The only positives: nice bar stuff, parking, location.More
