Not great

Hard beds, rubbish air con that costs 60 euros, shower didn't work for three days then we were told to move rooms. Complaints not dealt with at all, until asking numerous times. Good thing is great location, staff friendly even if they are slow at fixing things.More

Daniel H,

if Ryan Air would decide to enter the hotel business

The hotel itself is quite nice, a central relatively big swimming pool and basic apartments with terrace or balcony all around it, and some free parking places. Nothing fancy but ok. The business model they use was quite funny for me and i linked it with Ryan Air. the price of the rooms are cheap but: do you have adapter for the electric plug? yes, of course, 2 euro. Breakfast: Do you have breakfast included in the room? yes i have. Oh i see, you have continental breakfast that consist of 2 slices of bread, 2 of cheese and 2 of ham, and you can choose one among coffe, tea or juice, but for only 3 euro more you can choose between english breakfast and Cyprus breakfast! Can i use wi-fi? yes it is 2 Euro/hour but if you want full day it is only 10 euro (well, probably it will not reach your room, but close to the reception it works great!). Plus there is a fine for everythning: swimming after 10 or before 8: 50 euro, and a long list of price for broken objects attached in your room (everything exaggerately overpriced of course). But if you do not break things and be careful about the fines you can have a nice room for a very competitive price :)More

Great girls holiday! likely to go back this year

Went in June 2014 for 2 weeks and had the best time of our lives! As it was the start of the season it wasn't horrendously busy, however there was a nice amount of people and everyone was friendly so made many friends over the 2 weeks. The rooms are pretty basic, however spacious and kept clean. All the staff are really friendly and happy to help you with anything. Our door broke (came off the hinges) a couple of days before the end of our holiday, they moved us to a new and bigger room within an hour or two. The food at the restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The pool is always entertaining with music playing and has small pool parties a couple of days a week, where you can play some great games. It is located right next to the strip, only have to walk up the hill and your there, so its easy to find again after a night out! There is also loads of restaurants back on the main road, we went to a different one every night, all serving great food at a good price with good sized portions. You do have to pay for air con (this is pretty normal for other hotels in the area) which for us was worth it but it does depend on your room. You also have to pay for a safety deposit box which is in reception, however there is always someone in reception making sure it is secure. The hotel isn't too far away from the airport about 45mins-hour. Overall it was great value for what we paid and we really enjoyed our time there so we are very likely to return at a similar time this year!More

Could not have been happier!

I stayed here mid October for 10 nights with 2 of my friends, we are mature ladies (50's) but young at heart. Our 2 bedroomed accommodation was very clean, very spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. The bar restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was of a good high standard, with huge portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nick and also the co-owner George, and if you happen to need the doctor, Nick arranged a fabulous doctor for me, we were picked up, taken to the surgery, I had a consultation, was given advise, and we were then driven back, and I was charged NOTHING, only the medication costs if I needed any, which I didn't as I had anti inflammatory tablets of my own, so that was amazing, they could have charged me loads! Anyway, the apartments are very conveniently located and were quiet due to being end of season, which was great for what we wanted, but I was told it was booming there in peak season. We will definitely return.More

You get what you pay for

For the price this hotel has everything you need. It's location is on the one hand a great plus point but if you are looking for peace and quiet the location is the biggest negative. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Nice pool abs secure parking. Staff very helpful. Only minutes away from a variety of restaurants, shops and pubs. noisy until midnight then all goes quiet. Once you get used to it everything is fine. But then who goes to the centre of Ayia Napa for peace and quiet. More
