Perfect for groups of boys / girls (families stay away)
We stayed here for my brother's stag. There was 7 of us and we got a 1 bed apartment per 2 people. The rooms are clean enough but not spotless. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful and kept cleaning our mess without a complaint! Make sure you tip well as we did upon leaving. The swimming pool is good too and the staff are very relaxed and friendly. The food is good for a hotel and drinks are cheap (as cheap as the supermarket across the road!) It gets 5 stars for 3 reasons: - location was great, 5 mins walk to the strip so you have best of both worlds and 10-15 mins ride to Nissi beach on our quads with lots of shops nearby - for a lads holiday it was perfect, we were not bothered by the staff and all guests were coming and going at ALL hours so it worked for a group of lads. The things some people got away with was amazing, the staff are very patient. - Alex the bar and restaurant manager is the most amazing hotel staff you'll ever meet. He was always there to greet us, would bring us the occasional treat as we were by the pool and just made sure we had everything we needed In my opinion if you are going to Ayia Napa as a large group this is the only place you should stay. HOWEVER avoid it if you are a family or even a couple as things get out of hand sometimes. Also it has a gym which is not advertised (not the best equipped) but you can get some cardio going and do a bit of wire work. More

A cockroach a day
Visited 3rd June for one week. Standard room nothing special, alright if you're going for a clubbing holiday , wild cats drinking the pool and had cockroaches come in the room everyday (if your on the bottom floor). Didn't stay by the pool, went to Nissi beach everyday taking a 3 minute taxi ride. 10 minute walk to the strip, must go to Gary's restaurant near the Evabelle! Overall average hotel and not very modern but alright if you're just using the room to sleep and get ready. Room comes with towels, kitchen and hair dryer. Have to pay for wifi.More
We stayed there a week, but never ever again. This is a party hotel, not to rest and sleep. There were very loud music from different rooms and the corridor till late night (1-2 am), with shouting, singing and many other loud noises. It started again every morning from 6-7 am when the guests returned form the city.We called the reception many times and asked to stop them, but they didn't do anything. Once we changed room, but didn't get better. There were no free wifi.PR people were disturbing us in our room at late night, try to sell tickets to different programs. The location is good, free private parking and clean.Don't go there if you would like to sleep.More

Infested with cockroaches of all sizes. We couldn't sleep there since they were even in the bed!!! Anyway, at midnight we went looking for another place to stay. We ended up paying more elsewhere. The next day we asked them to pay for our new hotel since they couldn't offer us a cockroach free room. They refused of course but did refunded us. The residents were in the age range of 18-25 who didn't seem to mind that the place is so run down! It's relatively cheap, but compared to what you get I would say that it is expensive. There are no plugs in the kitchen to put on the kettle or toaster. There are no blinds or think curtains to block some light out.More

Everything you need
This hotel have everything you need and lays close to everything, beaches, bars, resturants and shopping. The rooms are a little bit worn but have everything you need and a nice balkony. The sun shines on the pool-area all day long. By the pool there is a resturant and bar where you can eat and drink from the morning until the evening. When I was there they had Happy Hour after 6pm. They play lound music all day at the pool wich is nice if you like that. Only thing that was not very good is the wifi, but hey, you are on vacation, let go of mobilephones and laptops! Over all I like this place and I would love to stay there again.More
