With its lively atmosphere and central spot on Nissi Avenue, this place puts you right in the heart of Ayia Napa's party scene. There's a big pool, too, plus a bar and a restaurant dishing up Greek favourites.
The Evabelle attracts a lively crowd of beach and club seekers. It’s right on Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa’s bar-filled main street, and a couple of beaches are within a 5-minute walk away.
It’s also got a big pool, plus a bar and restaurant dishing up Greek favourites.
Party hotel?? We chose this hotel as it 'apparently' was good for young people. We have been thrown out the hotel and fined â¬200 for a simple misunderstanding. A few drinks led to a naked rampage through the hotel, In which a boy was set on fire. We feel that 'party hotel' is hugely misleading...
Despite all the cheers from other guests during all the shenanigans, the owners claimed they lost money because of families leaving the hotel early. If anything they should be pleased as they now have spare rooms to rent out!
This logic obviously went over the heads of these deluded killjoys.
Do not come to this hotel if you enjoy having a fun.More
Party Hotel !!!
Party hotel .... Our expectations were quite low after a few bad reviews but was quite pleased at our room ... it's all very basic but that's all we needed... It's close to the strip, bars and restaurants would definitely recommend it for people looking for a party holiday !!! We will be returning in the future.More

Minor changes needed
Stayed at Evabelle for 10 days (7th July - 17th July) and stayed in room 28. When we arrived at the hotel it looked lively and busy, just what we wanted from a hotel in Napa. We were greeted by the receptionist. We were very disappointed that there was only 1 key between 4 of us. We got told that we can leave our key at reception and collect it after a night out. We did that on the first night only as we quickly realised there was no security there. I personally gave in the key on my own and three of the other girls collected it yet this receptionist didn't know who they were and if it was even their room key so we decided to keep it on us the rest of the holiday.
We paid for air-con which was â¬42 for a week plus â¬15 deposit. Split between 4 people it wasn't too bad but it is extremely expensive if you're a smaller group. You have to pay â¬42 per air-con unit and there is two in each room, the lady said we were lucky that our key would work in both rooms but we can only use one at a time. We asked about WiFi and got told we'd need a code each and the week WiFi was â¬35 each so we opted out of getting WiFi, after a few days of getting 3 hours here and there we realise we could actually use one code and share it which is worth it for the â¬35 between you all.
We also got the safe box which cost â¬15 for the week and was unfortunately at reception, although reception has someone there 24/7 and there is CCTV we'd feel a lot better having the safe in our room or a little closer. The boxes were pretty small and couldn't hold much.
We wasn't overly impressed by the room but we wasn't let down either, what do you expect with a 18-30 hotel? We did have to call reception for more chairs and cups/plates as we had two of everything yet there were four of us. The room was pretty clean and the cleaner did a good job each day if you wasn't in the room. Only real issue with our room was how filthy the bath and toilet were when we arrived. After reviews we were expecting cockroaches but we didn't see any.
The music was always good at the pool and always a buzzing environment. You can pick your own music too which was a bonus. We ate at the restaurant by the pool pretty much every day and not once did we have a bad meal. They were always hot, tasty and actually had too much on the plate. Cocktails were cheap and very strong too.
The hotel can be very noisy between 5am and 7am with people getting back from a night out, if you come back even remotely sober you'll hear many different 'noises' and furniture moving and people talking loudly.
Staff were very friendly, always there to help us and made us all feel very welcome. Sometimes a little too friendly.
Overall, the hotel is pretty good, with a few upgrades the hotel would be perfect, I've stayed in worse hotels.More

Evabelle hotel staff are the best!!!!
AMAZING STAFF.. So friendly, helpful and kind!!!!!!! Very fussy with food and was giving more options than I should have been given. Great hotel, pool is lovely and area around is clean. Plenty of sun beds to sleep the hangover off and rooms were good size and perfect for what I paid. Cleaners kept the room lovely and fresh and made sure you have fresh towels and toilet roll even if you were still asleep and didn't was them to clean the room. Had the best ice cream from such a handsome man hahahahahahahahahhaahahahhaahaha. Someone always on reception to help if you need anything and good help. Would defiantly stay here again came for a girls holiday so enjoyed the music round he pool and the whole atmosphere from everyone. Shops, strip and beach minutes from the hotel. More
