With its lively atmosphere and central spot on Nissi Avenue, this place puts you right in the heart of Ayia Napa's party scene. There's a big pool, too, plus a bar and a restaurant dishing up Greek favourites.
The Evabelle attracts a lively crowd of beach and club seekers. It’s right on Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa’s bar-filled main street, and a couple of beaches are within a 5-minute walk away.
It’s also got a big pool, plus a bar and restaurant dishing up Greek favourites.

Cheap and cheerful
Stayed here as a cheap base for a nearby family wedding at a dearer hotel.rooms clean pool and Sunbeds good and in a good location with parking if hiring a car.couldn't fault it for the price - does exactly what it says on the tin.More
Good location for budget prices- very pleasant staff and a relaced atmosphere. Close to funfair for the evening and a range of good places to eat and drink. In one direction you have within walking distance the harbour for boat trips and parasailing and then in the other the famous Nissi beach - paradise! Lots of other gorgeous beaches lining the coast which is across the road! Swimming pool and sun traps aplenty for lazy days.More
A mixed review.
Arrived here 28th Feb 2016. First time for me staying here out of season. Came here as a couple for a bit of sun. Basic ammenities apart from having to scrounge a plug for the bath from reception. Twin room apartment suited for self catering(we were B&B).
Breakfast is English but no menu, get what you're given. Yanos(John) was very helpful unlike the young female receptionist who could have been a bit more helpful when we asked for some milk for our tea one morning. No real complaints although be warned, if you're pregnant, I'd keep a wide berth as you'll wake up to the smell of freshly marked terroritory by one of the many cats here. I'm a cat owner but for someone who isn't fond of them you'll struggle.
No screaming kids, quite the opposite. A lot of Scandanavians in the cocoon club living here.
As for the recent review of someone saying there's nowhere to eat, bunkum.
Highly recommended are Mangas, De Medici, Blueberries. Cicero was a lovely place too. All within between 5 and 15 mins walk. Footloose pub is near too. They have 3 dartboards and a pool table.
Weather good, apart from last day Friday when it rained in the evening.
The heating was on when we arrived but we turned it off as it was quite warm day and night.
So all in all a good break away in the sun. Plus it was cheaper than Tenerife.More
Me and a friend stayed here during the summer for 10 days. We had a pleasant time during our stay, our rooms were cleaned and clean on arrival, we had a flat screen tv, a small but equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. It is very close to the strip only a few minutes walk and close to the beach so it is an ideal location. The food was average but inexpensive and just what we wanted after a night out. Swimming pool was a good size and lots of sun beds for sunbathing. Overall very good, I would definitely say it's for younger people as music is playing quite loudly until guests decide they want to go out. More
