ECONOMY CLASS

Stayed here two weeks and could only recommend it if you are looking for a sound but basic place to stay.If it is frills you want you wont find them here but you could pay two to three times more for same resort higher class accommodation. We managed the two weeks fairly comfortably and had a relatively quiet apartment considering the majority of guests seemed to be in the younger bracket. Only a couple of late night /early morning disturbances with banshee behaviour. Toilet/shower facilities worked mostly although putting your waste paper in a bin rather than down the toilet is a bit of a culture shock for me. Room was kept tidy with occasional bedmaking. Did not use the facilities as went out on trips or beach every day so just used the apartment as a base for which it is ideal being handily situated for walking to Nissi Beach or To Harbour beach in opposite direction. Both are a good stretch of the legs but if you want a closer beach there is a rocky beach about 150 yards away directly opposite apartments across main road. The Piagglio opposite is a nice place to eat lunch or evening meal with good food and welcoming staff.Garys Bar a short walk awayhas good pub grub . I had complimentary Wi-Fi for 1 week and it worked fine. Never been to Cyprus before but saw much of the island and if ever stayed again would choose the Protaras region. The bus to Fig Tree Bay there takes about 20 mins and only costs 1.5 Euros. It is beautiful there. There is a flat Screen TV but it is a waste of time switching it on as there is not one word of English. Managed to get through the time here without Air Con (58 Euros a week ) but it was a close thing as swelters at night. Beware of ant and sand fly bites. We needed plenty of repellant and bite ointment from Chemist.More

DARGEA,

Basic but good

Very basic hotel but good. We picked this hotel due to been 15 mins walk from the main stip so we were not in the party bit. There was plenty of bars/restaurants in a few mins walking for a quite drink/meal. The first few days was lovely - relaxed by the pool - family/ couples/older couples. ( music played very loud) but the last few were not due to a few groups of new people out to drunk the atmosphere changed. They sat and drunk round the pool which is no problem but would throw there cups in after, took over the pool a bit and at night time it was terrible . 3/4/5 am in the morning when they returned they would be very loud, jumping in the pool ( we had pool view) singing/ screaming . Staff did try to get them out but very hard when there drunk. One night it was staff raking loud that kept us away. I would have giving an extra star if not for noise. I no it's a party town but we chose a hotel far away to avoid this.More

Gemma W,

Amazing hotel, brilliant atmosphere!

Came for a girls holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel was absolutely perfect for the type of holiday we had come for and the staff were lovely. This hotel is brilliant in terms of location to strip and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby so the location was everything we needed!:-) Definitely would recommend this hotel for young people coming for a lively holiday!!! Can't wait to return:-)More

Thoroughly enjoyable

Apartments basic but functional. Clean and maid service good. The rep representation was poor and no where was there a sign saying Eliana Apartments which made it very difficult to find as we drove ourselves to the apartments.More
