This villa is not far from the man-made pebble beach in Ravni (approx. 4 minutes' drive) and is within easy driving distance of the supermarket, shops and restaurants of Labin (approx. 15 minutes) and Rabac.

Don't forget to visit the Roman ampitheatre and temple at Pula, along with the market. If you enjoy walking you can take a variety of walks across Istria and around Mount Ucka, or take a walk from the villa to Skitaca viewpoint.
