Built of Dalmatian stone, Jasna's House in ensconced, above the harbour, in the cobbled streets of this medieval walled city. Occupying the top floor of this authentic town house, the apartment puts you right at the hub of the thriving capital of the island. Not to be confused with the hustle and bustle of the larger mainland towns, Korcula Old Town has a mellow ambience that is more suited to this relatively un-commercialised island.
The entrance of this three bedroom apartment opens into a large open-plan living area with three sets of ceiling high, double doors leading to the bedrooms. Filled with antique furniture the interior of the apartment is in keeping with the traditional style of Jasna's house and both the double bedroom and the living area have fabulous views of the harbour below. A kitchen is tucked away at the rear and while the decor may be a little dated it is full of character. You have all the equipment you could need to rustle up delectable dishes, cooked with the freshest ingredients collected from local shops, so you can dine on the roof terrace in the warmth of the early evening sun
