Orsetta

Outside of the Old Town walls is where most of Dubrovnik's inhabitants live. Due to the lie of the land, there are flights of stone steps to negotiate in order to reach the apartments and houses clinging to the hillside, but the wide-sweeping views over the Old Town and the bay usually make the climb well worthwhile.
This is certainly the case at the Orsetta, where we have selected two apartments for Simply Collection guests. Of the two, apartment A is the higher placed one and has a larger terrace, from where the views out towards the sea and the island of Lokrum are magnificent. The best time of day to appreciate these views is the evening when the sun sets over the western horizon and the hefty stone walls of the Old Town and an impregnable fortress or two: the Minceta - 50m away as the crow flies - and the Lovrijenac. Inside, both apartments are simply yet comfortably furnished providing cosy holiday accommodation for a couple and a child, sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
The heart of the Old Town with its wide choice of restaurants is just ten minutes walk away and the town beach is 800m from Orsetta.
