Rajski Dvori

The large welcoming building of Rajski Dvori rises above many of the houses in this residential area, but its pretty facade is not intrusive. Of the ten apartments, we have chosen two spacious studios at the top of the house for the soothing views they enjoy from the balcony; you can gaze over neighbouring houses and treetops to a hazy line of distant mountains hovering above a strip of sea.
The accommodation at the studios is simple but pleasant and the location of Rajski Dvori is wonderful. The tranquil neighbourhood and grassed garden offer every opportunity to forget daily stresses and fully unwind, while the famous Zlatni Rat beach is just a stroll away for when you are ready to start enjoying yourself. Bol town is also just ten minutes' walk away, with superb restaurants and attractions of its own; the late Gothic Church of Our Lady of Mercy is well worth a look for its charming ceiling paintings and fascinating tombstone paviors. It is lovely walking country, and if you set off to the west it is not too long before you reach the fascinating Dragon's Cave at Murvica, where breathtaking 15th-century reliefs can be admired.
