This hotel doesn’t just give you the beach. You also get three great pools and a mini waterpark.
The huge, lake-sized activity pool is a real scene-stealer and comes complete with a mini-waterpark. And there are two more pools – including one that's made for relaxing. As for dining, there’s a choice between a buffet and three à la cartes.
In terms of location, the hotel’s a 5-minute walk from Sunny Beach’s main drag, with its lively shops, bars and restaurants. And the golden-sand beach is just a short stroll through the grounds.

Lovely beach holiday!
Recently stayed here for a week with three friends. Had an amazing time! Lovely food and atmosphere! The staff were so friendly and the hotel is close to everything! The beach is right out the front with bars and restaurants! I'd definitely recommended! The only negative is that when we arrived at half four in the morning a member of staff carried our bags to our room which we were more than happy to do ourself, he didn't speak to us at all then when in our room asked for a tip and we only had 5 lev as it was half four in the morning and we had only been in the country an hour he then questioned the amount and then asked for English money which felt a little aggressive. We felt so uncomfortable and we were basically forced to give up money when all we wanted to do was get to sleep apart from this a perfect trip away! Thank you!More
Just spent 11nights at this fantastic hotel couldn't have been any better weather nice and to describe the hotel: Room- really nicely decorated very clean, fridge/freezer, air con iffy but reported and fixed within 30 minutes. Lovely sea view. Food: vast selection to choose from from hot food and cold options also kids menu at the top of the restaurant ate most lunchtimes at the snack bar near the pool the same daily but was nice(apart from the rude arrogant chef on the pizza counter). Evening meal left me every night in a "food coma". Hot delicious food even a specials counter serving anything from turky to shark. Pool: massive with a massive water park for the kids open 10-12 and 3-5. There is also 3 water slides also open too at these times, a twisty slide, a kamikaze style and like a vortex one would defo recommend. Staff: well where to start reception staff very friendly on arrival cleaners and pool staff very helpful if they understand you and then there's the bar staff which gave us a laugh nightly the young lady in the rainy bar who worked nightly struggled a bit with English e.g asked for 2large vodka and comes ended up with 2lagers and a vodka and coke then there's Fillip, Dis and all the others in salon bar absolutely crazy job well done guys. Overall fantastic holiday and hotel will definitely return and recommend 150%More
Lovely hotel shame about the clientele!
Stayed here from 2/6/17 to 16/6/17. I will start with the negatives: Food in the main restaurant was not always kept warm enough which was a real shame as the food was very good. Also given a sitting time which was not always when we wanted to Go! On holiday we like to choose when we eat! The alcoholic drinks tasted like they had been watered down. Sea gulls were a pain and guests should be told not to feed them. They should have a ruling that all children under 12 eating in restaurants must be accompanied by an adult at the self-serve areas and must have at least one adult to each table of children under 12! The manners of the children leaves a lot to be desired and I realise this is an issue of bad parenting, but the hotel need to make rules and stick to them. My husband witnessed a child drop his pasta into the ice cream! Also, the hotel should stop people piling plates with food and then wasting it. British travellers tend to only put on the plate what they will eat but other nationalities have plate after plate then leave half of it. So unnecessary. The restaurant clearly states 'no shorts' to be worn by men but this was not enforced. I don't have a problem with shorts being worn but rules are rules. Finally, the cost of keeping the room on the last day was extortionate. We had a midnight pick up from the hotel and had to check out by noon. They wanted 20lev for 1 hour or 170lev for the day. Ridiculous. Now for the positives: Very clean hotel in all areas. Lovely comfy room and excellent shower. They provide soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, hairdryer and free safe plus flat screen tv and air con. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach (free of charge). Very well maintained and comfy to lie on! Beach towels provided free of charge. Food was excellent and would recommend the kebabs at the snack bar and the Bulgarian restaurant was also really good. Ice cream was plentiful and very tasty. Security very good at each entrance. Pepsi max available in drink machines in most bars for those wanting sugar free pop but was always flat. All in all the hotel is very good but there were too many kids there for our liking. That said, we wouldn't have minded if they were well behaved but the parents didn't seem to want to 'parent' them, which is not the hotels fault! I doubt we will return unless it became an adult only hotel!!More
2nd visit and would go back again!!
2nd visit. First visited in 2015 and visited again 2017. Second visit was even better than the first. The staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped, large and very clean. The pools are great; big pool with swim up bar and waterfall, relax pool and kids splash park as well as the slides and lazy river which operates between 10-12 and 3-5. Plenty of sunbeds and staff more than helpful. Food was amazing, plenty to choose from and 1 meal at each al a carte restaurant; Italian, Bulgarian and Asian. The beach is directly in front of the hotel. hotel in fantastic location beach directly outside with plenty to do on an evening. Can take a trip to Nessebar by going outside the front of the hotel crossing over the road and catching the number 1 bus which cost 3 lev there and 3 lev back for 1 adult and 2 children. Supermarkets, shops and bars next to hotel. What can I say Bulgaria is a fantastic place and this hotel is fabulous will be staying again in the future. Thank you Evrika :)More

My overall experience with this hotel summarize low-level quality. It's my first time when the receptionists asked to see everyone that was lodged to this hotel, prior to their departure...why? To cut off the bracelets!!! This sounds and spells cheap, low value and stingy. Another thing that pissed me off were the guards at every entrance trying to look and control guests bracelets... If you have long sleeve, they would ask you to show them the bracelets... I've stayed at D building, rooms were nice, clean, the elevator opened the doors randomly at the first floor...More
