Easy to kick back and relax.
We travel a lot with my better half but we hadn’t been in all inclusive before so this was our first try for real tourist stuff. Pick up from airport went smooth and in less than 30min we were at our hotel. We arrived quite late (around 22.00) but they were so nice that they kept restaurant open for us. After eating we went in line to check in. There was only 1 person signing people in so that took almost 1,5h. Thank god lobby bar was open so didn’t got too annoyed about it. When we finally had our turn they didn’t have enough “bracelets” for us so that made littlebit hassle for next day. When we finally got them, they were littlebit different than they usually are so couple days we needed to explain in restaurant and pool bar personel that we really stay at their hotel and those weren’t fake. That could have been handled better I think. Overall hotel was clean and the view was nice. Half of the personel were really kind and helpful but staff at the counter were incredibly blunt and didn’t have any answers for simplest questitions. That got quite annoying in 2 weeks but thanks for the great staff at lobby bar we got all the info that we needed. Location was great, walking distance to nessebar and quick bus to sunny beach. Easy to travel also in Pomorie, Varna etc. Food was mediocre for my taste but I can understand that many people might like it, especially if they are half buzzed all the time. In 2 weeks you get bored really quickly for that but I have to admit that those crepes at breakfast… oh my. Fast way to diabetes but still kinda worth it. Cleaning the room was done in quite a haste, no vacuuming, not cleaning the ash tray from balcony, not cleaning glasses etc. Our goal on this whole trip was to relax, read some good book, have some drinks and enjoy the sun and some small towns in Bulgaria. This place offered all of that. Nice restaurants in walking distance, easy bus access practically everywhere if you just do some research, nice poolside for reading and drinks. Of course there was many things they could have handled better but on that price range cannot really complain. Focus on the positive and you are good.More
Superb hotel. Rooms large comfortable and clean, services daily, and buffet restaurant excellent with a wide range of choice. Nice stroll to Old Town and far enough away from Sunny Beach not to be bothered by it. Would recommend highly.More
Absolutely Amazing Hotel
We have never been to Bulgaria before and therefore did a lot of research before deciding on the Festa Panorama and I think we hit the jackpot with this one. From arrival to departure we could not fault it. We arrived at 2 in the morning and check in was speedy and efficient, we were even given a bag of food each containing, filled rolls, croissants, cheese, fruit, juice and water, which was most welcome. The room we had was huge and overlooked the sea and even the wardrobe space was massive. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a whole team of cleaners out and about during the day making sure that there was no rubbish to be seen. The food was plentiful and very tasty and there was so much to choose from. Freshly made pancakes and omelettes were a speciality for breakfast and lunch and beer and wine on tap at lunchtime and dinner. The pool bar had plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from throughout the day....I could just go on praising this place for ever. The hotel is less than a 15 minute walk from the old town of Nesebar and also a 20 minute walk to Sunny Beach and the buses run regularly every 10 minutes if you don't want to walk and at less than 70p per person it's good value. Would definitely go back to this hotel again, and I never go back to the same place twice.More
We arrived from Tyneside at around midnight? We were checked in quickly and given a pack of sandwiches and some water which was very welcome. Our luggage was taken straight to our room by a very pleasant porter. We were amazed at the standard of accommodation ( having been to Bulgaria many times before). The room was spacious, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Our bathroom was as new, excellent! The pool NS surrounding area was nice, clean and staffed by pleasant youngsters with good senses of humour. The dining room was a bit chaotic at times but the food was very nice if a bit boring at times. The only downside was the number of rude, greedy, boorish and totally inconsiderate Russians who took the edge of an otherwise good holiday. All in all we had a good holiday the Festa spoiled only by the actions of a lot of Muscovites. The hotel was within half an hours walk of old Nessebar. We walked there most days, it's a beautiful place with a myriad of shaded alleys, interesting shops and welcome bars/ restaurants. All in all we felt we got a good value holiday.More
Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
Quick one this. Food excellent. Nice choice, Always cooked well. Room clean and big. Superb view over the Black See looking out to Nessebar. NEVER ran out of toilet paper as reviewed by someone else!!! Staff were always friendly. They are new to the tourist game in Nessebar and sometimes English was a little short but then we should have learnt basic Bulgarian if we had an issue lol. Pool very big and clean. Pool bar served beers, cocktails and usual tea and coffee and soft drinks. Also Ice cream and can you believe it, chips and burgers! On a diet now.....I really can't stress enough that this hotel was superb. One tip....go for a massage! Excursions available. Gym good. Nightclub in basement (which you can't hear anywhere else in the hotel so don't panic) every night. Walk to the Old Town as it's wonderful. Another tip. If you want a local supermarket for anything then walk out the front doors, turn left and walk about 300 yards and there's a little shop on the left selling so much Milka chocolate it's unbelievable. :)More
