What a diamond of a hotel in a great location, had a wonderful time, staff very pleasant, food great, hot every night and varied. Animation team worked very hard to make a fun time for all ages. Mariya who worked at the pool side bar and restaurant was like a breath of fresh air with always a smile on her faceMore
Very good 3* hotel
Room - very spacious, huge comfortable bed and quiet. Housekeeping came in every day Location - in the middle of the new bit of nessebar and about 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town. Bus stop right outside hotel and easy to get to sunny beach, really cheap and takes no more than 15 minutes. Hotel is literally on the beach which is perfect. There is a small convenience shop next door which is useful for buying water etc. (There is a fridge in the room) Food - we were all inclusive. Breakfast was good, no day to day variation but lots of choice. Full continental and full English sort of thing available and fresh crepes made on request. Lunch and dinner very similar, the menu repeats so being there for 2 weeks got boring so we ate out a lot (which was fine because very cheap restaurants even of a high quality) Staff - all friendly and helpful with good English. Useful luggage storage area. Facilities - large pool area which was kept clean. Often had to queue at bar but the barman who was there every day all day and into the evening worked hard. There was an activity team who tried very hard to involve everyone but not our thing. More
