While Grand Esmeralda Beach Resort and Spa is modelled on a traditional Mayan village, it's anything but old-fashioned. With its Aztec styling, this place is a masterpiece of modern design – wrapped in 180 acres of Mayan jungle. It's achingly beautiful.
