If you're planning a family holiday to Jamaica, this place deserves a spot on your shortlist. One look at the activity menu will reveal why. Down on the beach there are loads of watersports, including kayaking and windsurfing. And while we're on the subject of water, back at the hotel there are no less than four pools to choose from. The adults-only one even has a huge water slide, so it's not just the kids that can have a good time in the water. On top of that, you'll find three hot tubs, two whirlpools and a glam swim-up bar. By now you're probably beginning to get the picture. This hotel caters for your every whim – and plenty more besides. And that goes for the food as well. It's All Inclusive here so you can graze all day if you like. Try some tasty Jamaican specialities by the pool at the Seashell Bar and Grill. For a more formal setting, meanwhile, treat yourself to a slap-up Italian meal at Giuseppi's dining room or maybe get your chopsticks round sushi in the slick Japanese restaurant. There's a small surcharge for both of these but it's worth every penny. All in all, if you're looking for a family-friendly, All Inclusive hotel that's slap bang on the sands, you've hit the jackpot with Starfish Trelawny.

My 4 yr old daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and could of stayed longer with the choice of 4 pools slides mimi park golf etc there was always something to keep my daughter occupied! All staff from reception right through to the gardeners... more on this review
