The name says it all. This place is tropical to a T. It’s the perfect spot to make your Caribbean dreams come true. Sitting in gorgeous green grounds that swish with palm trees, you can really kick-back and relax here. Designed to capture the Caribbean spirit, it’s picturesque here to say the least. We’re talking pastel-coloured villa blocks - each one with a different name, so you won't get lost. Thatched roofed bars. And a vast swathe of golden sand. It’s gorgeous.

Now we’ve set the scene let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. It’d probably be easier to say what Tropical Princess hasn’t got - because this place is bursting with things to do. Going all out to grab your attention is the pool. It’s definitely a case of big is beautiful – this lagoon-shaped lovely will sweep you off your flip flops. And there’s a section just for kids too – so if you’re travelling with little ones, they’ll be splashing about from dawn till dusk.

If sports are your thing, you’re spoilt for choice here. Play a game of tennis. Try your hand at archery. Or have a workout in the fully-equipped gym. And if you’d rather make the most of the outdoors while you’re here, join in a volleyball game down on the sands or hire a bike and get pedaling. If you’ve had enough sun though, step inside. Head to your spacious bedroom and admire the views from your private terrace.

We stayed in the Tropical Princess for 2 weeks May 03 to May 17 2009. it was a delight.We read some really bad reviews on Trip advisor just before we went so we were very aprehensive of our stay, however when we got there the place was just beautiful.... more on this review
